Pet approved. (Grooming services so much easier from doing it yourself!). All the fur babies love this location.

I have been happily going to this location for 20 years, but lately I have noticed that the conditions in which they are keeping the animals they are selling has declined to the point of being unacceptable. The cages are dirty and you can see in this picture that the anoles had no water at all in their dish. A few weeks ago, we went in with the plan of purchasing a long-tailed lizard that we had seen a couple days before. Sadly, we arrived to find it stiff and dead, in the front of the small tank where it was housed with several anoles. When we notified the manager, he said they were short-staffed and busy, but assured me that they took good care of all the animals. Seeing the lizards with no water today, and lots of feces in several other enclosures, leads me to believe that they are not actually meeting the goal of properly caring for all these animals.I understand that a great many places are unable to find enough employees to properly staff their businesses currently. But an understaffed pet store endangers the lives of all the creatures in their care. They should seriously consider greatly reducing the number of animals that they are keeping on the premises, until such time as they are adequately staffed to properly care for them.

The grooming staff working on Wednesday august 18th 2021 were extremely unhelpful and overall rude. Been taking my dog there for the last four years to get his nails ground down. Safe to say I will not be back. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

Showed up with my dog to buy him clothes and buy a rat buddy for my other, dog clothes were very limited and when i asked if they had female fancy rats they told me by policy they only carry male animals and tried to convince me to buy a male *i own a female* when i said that i didnt want a infestation from breeding they acted like it wouldnt be a problem, yeah no thanks i dont want 20 rats.

Every week I will upload pics and videos of cats for adoption 😻😻I love this location. They even have pics with Santa during Christmas! Staff is always friendly and helpful 🐶 Almost always have cats up for adoption 🐈

I went pretty late to this store at around 6 , it was very clean and extremely well stocked. I thought that they had some pretty expensive tanks but had several deals as well as promotions. I bought a neon beta fish and had to wait in line for quite a while as there was one cashier and 4 people ahead of me. I would definitely recommend this pet store as it was so highly stocked

Overall great customer service, however often out of specific Authority products very quickly, like the chicken and beef cuts in cans.

Was there to have dog groomed. End result was excellent but it was 5 hours before she was finished. All employees with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and friendly, but the unexpected delay forced me to cancel plans that I wud normally have been able to make.

It is not uncommon to receive conflicting information from this establishment, and it seems that their knowledge of essential facts is lacking, especially as it relates to fish. They are nice, however, so I give them credit for that.

I needed an inflatable collar for my small dog who is being spayed.I took my dog with me to the store.No one greeted me when I entered, I did see an associate off to the side, cleaning and stocking the register area.I approached her and told her what I needed, she took me to the product and helped to measure my dog to ensure that we got the proper size. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.The posted price was $21.95 it rang up at $42.95I mentioned to the associate that the posted price was $21.95She and I walked together to the display to check the price. The sign, which was posted over the display, did indeed say $21.95 however apparently that price was only for the smallest size. I needed one size up.The price doubled.The higher price was posted, however it was hidden from view behind the product.I feel like this is price gouging, how can you justify doubling the price for one inch?

Fish selection is best on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Very friendly customer service.

This was my first time taking my 4 month old puppy for any sort of haircut so we were advised to do the puppy trim. I was fine with this and our 4 month old terrier came out looking well groomed and clean but come to find out that they didn’t even trim all of her nails. The woman who did the grooming on my dog told me that my dog was an angel, which I know was a lie. She freaks out every time she comes close to water. Being a first time dog owner, and being in a groomers for the first time, I had a bunch of just general questions, and the woman was being rude to me saying “you need to calm down...” and when I was told that my dog didn’t freak out, she said with attitude, “we’ll you would imagine I know what I’m doing. This is my job”If you want the bare minimum done to your dog, and have attitude thrown towards you, their doors are open for you. Take your dog somewhere else if you want your moneys worth.

Groomer did an awful job of shaving my dog (doodle) down to nothing. But worse, injured both ears in the process causing them to bleed and blaming hemangiomas. My dog doesn’t have hemangiomas. The vet doc, who we took him to immediately after, also said there are no hemangiomas and that it was due to trauma. We needed antibiotics, sedation, painful drainage of the ears, wrapping his ears up and coning for the next week. Horrid experience. No empathy. Will not set foot in there again.

I was given the run around for 2 weeks when scheduling an appointment, twice I booked and arrived only to be told there was a glitch in the system and I would need to reschedule. After finally confirming a appt, I arrived only to encounter more issues.

This store is absolutely horrendous, especially in regards to their reptiles. No one knows how to properly care for them and they give out false information which could kill the animal. The enclosures are incorrect in all aspects, namely temperature and humidity. When they feed crickets they leave them in the enclosures with the reptile which you’re not supposed to do, because of this there was a dead bearded dragon and no one was aware of it. That’s just further proof of the carelessness of everyone involved. This is beyond ridiculous.

Plenty of parking. Easy access. Employees are helpful and will generally open another line if several people are waiting. I generally find the product I am looking for. Prices are slightly higher than mail order but you have the convenience of getting it today. Clean

Not too many supplies for our bunnies but it is what it is. Their ok, I only went there looking for rabbit food after another PetSmart already let me down.

Ordered online for curbside pickup, but was asked to give my ID to an employee to get it. Defeats the purpose of contactless pick up of items if I’m giving my ID (like how would anyone know I had an order to pick up anyway) if I’m asked to hand over my ID & then they hand it back to me. Even inside we swipe our own credit cards!!!

They are unwilling to work with customers in the grooming area at all even with a dog thats had perfect report card and is not aggressive and has had multiple appointments for the last 2 years they dont care about keeping customers and I will not be shopping or taking my dog to there grooming area again at any of there location and I can only hope other people wont go there to have the same problems

Just wanted to give a special shout out to the grooming department. Everyone in there is super friendly. We have a Yorkie that is 16 years old that needs a little special attention & the staff here meets all his needs. His groomer Gina is compassionate & sent our fur baby home looking dog show ready!

Theyre a little pricey but they carry everything. They do have some really good sales. I love to go visit the adoptable cats.

I called the store to ask if they had electric carts. The lady said, no Im sorry we dont. She said whats going on maybe I can help? I explained I just injured my ankle, Im in severe pain & can barely walk. My baby is out of food & I have to get some TODAY. She said, dont worry, can you make it in the front door? I said yes. She said park by the front door, come in, they will go get the food for me and carry it to the car for me after checking out. They were AWESOME, above and beyond my expectations today. Thank You From the bottom of my heart ❤️ I was almost in tears cause I was stressing about what to do.

This store has a very friendly staff and has a good variety of products. The problem is that they are forever running out of small crickets and the staff never seems to know when they will be getting them in. So my advise call before you go if thats what youre looking for.

Friendly, clean and they price matched Wal-Mart in 3 seconds saving me $7. (I had it ready on my phone). Science Diet Sensitive Stomach Toy Breed is the only food that doesnt irritate my tiny Chihuahuas stomach. I was greeted upon entering and was in and out in probably 2-3 minutes and thats with the price match. Everything is well organized and the abundance of signs make everything easy to find.

No one came to help and even if they were short staff I remember when I was in retailing, managers with hop on to at least help. He look stress but he made it through

Not a good place to buy pet fish. Bought 7 fish and they all died except 1. He was to aggressive and didnt allow the other fish to eat. Make sure you shop at a store where the employee is knowledgeable about fish. All fish cant cohabitate together and they should know which ones can. But on a good note I did get a refund.

The girls name that helped me was Carla and she was very knowledgeable I was inquiring about my cat has allergies and I was looking for something to help him with that besides what Ive been doing. And she was very knowledgeable and helpful..

Excellent service! My dogs were groomed beautifully.

My dog Roxy had an appointment for grooming today and they did nothing but trim her. Did not cut nails or trim feet because she was nervous I have take my pup here before and never had an issue until today. My dog is still shaking and scared and we had to pay for services they did not even do. I demand a full refund!
