Scheduled appointment online and waited in car for text . Received text to come in. I have been standing here waiting for over 30 minutes. I would rather be waiting in my car. In my waiting I have witnessed many un happy individuals. I suggest trying another location and or never a Friday. The receptionist at main desk is the only reason for any stars. She is nice and tries her best to help. It is not her fault this location stinks. Someone come offer her a better job.

Second time at this location and the process was very streamlined and easy. Excellent customer service from the staff.

Just want to give a shout out to the ladies who are working at Labcorp today. They had a waiting room full of people and they were the nicest, most upbeat, funny and kind ladies ever. We need more people like you! Thank you!

I visit this location every 3 months for Labwork and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and service! Truly top notch! And the lady at the front desk, don’t know her name, is an asset to your organization. Efficient, fast, resourceful and super friendly!

No one has any idea what’s going on . They open at 6am and the phone just rings and rings for over two hours. Then the appointment check in is where you would go to check in for an appointment but they make you stand in line then tell you to go check in at the appointment check in even if you don’t have an appointment even after you already waited in line . Then once they actually call you it’s just to do your paperwork but then you have to wait again to be called to do what you came to do. Absolutely garbage location and employees

Had an appointment on Thursday 5/20 and waited over an hour then asked how long and was told 2 more appointments for the same time ahead of me. Left angry only to receive an apology call the next day from YamileNieves and asked me to come in and see her and she would get me in.She followed through and the tech Marina D. did a great and painless job.After starting out bad, what great customer service. 5 stars to both.

Absolutely love this location! They are so amazing! Every single one of the ladies here are amazing! They are so welcoming. The wait time can vary but it’s never extremely long. I feel right at home. Can’t say enough good things about this location and I will never go anywhere else!

Staff was courteous and friendly at LabCorp in Ocoee. Morena is the best technician I’ve ever met. Morena is courteous kind considerate and professional. Because I have anxiety about having my blood drawn, she has a calming spirit about her. She always gets my blood drawn with no problem at all. If it wasn’t for Morena, and some of the other staff, I probably wouldn’t come here. I hope LabCorp knows what a great asset Morena is to the company and the community. I highly recommend Morena, she’s a keeper. LabCorp should do everything in their power to keep Morena as a technician because she’s truly the best.

LOOOONG WAIT. Appointment is irrelevant. Over 30 mins wait after the appointment time. Checked in 10 mins early. Still waited 40 mins to be seen. Staff is friendly. Social distancing is not effective... Seating is not 6 ft apart. However, patients are practicing social distancing.

I am a huge fan of this labcorp location. Brought my son for a blood test with no appointment and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone who works here was so pleasant from the woman who checked us in to the lady who drew his blood. She was super gentle and talked to him the whole time so he wouldn’t be scared. Highly recommended!!! I will never go near a Quest again!

I kid you not this is one of the best LabCorp i’ve been too in the central Florida area. I needed to get blood drawn for my checkup and I already mentally prepared myself cause I knew I was going to wait for eternity. However, this was not the case! Ocoee Psc open at 6:30 in the morning I came in around 7:30 as a walk in with no an appointment on a Friday. I checked in digitally, and I was called up when my insurance information was needed. I promise in a matter of twenty minutes I was called up and went to the back to get everything done. What really caught my attention was two employees. First was Yamila, she is the happiest person on earth. Her energy was on 1000 she was singing her life away and making everyone laugh at her jokes. Second Ms.Bridget. She took my blood sample and I didn’t feel a thing. Also, her word of encouragement meant everything to me she makes me never want to give up! All in all, this location is great. All the employees are very sweet, they get their job done and it’s fast and easy. Believe me you won’t regret it!

This place was super quick walk-in. Waited about 20 min. Attended very sweetly and people tried to social distance as much as possible. Its a small place and when you have people walking in trying to check in there is not really much they can do. The staff does ask everyone to be mindful of others.

This LabCorp is the best experience Ive ever had with this type of business. I had to get a pre-employment drug screen and was sent by the employer to quest up the road yesterday. They were so rude and not accommodating and refused to take any walk-ins and their method of delivery was not professional at all. I came down to LabCorp and they told me theyd be happy to help me but I needed to get a different code from my employer. I got a new code and came back today to LabCorp again being greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. From the time you open the door to the time you walk out the door each encounter with every person is so professional, and friendly, and welcoming. The representative, Bridget, that assisted me with my test was so wonderful and just started my day off on the best note. It truly goes to show you what kindness and courtesy can do. I am almost in tears as I write this as Im going through a big hardship in my personal life with a very seriously ill family member. some days are more of a struggle than others and encountering people as friendly, professional, and helpful as the representatives at LabCorp make it a great day!!! This is the only place I will get blood work and this type of testing done going forward.

I didnt have an appointment but went in at 7am for my sons blood work. I was worried that I would be there forever because of the reviews. However we were out in 45 minutes and there were probably 15 people in the lobby ahead of us. The techs were kind and personal and it was a pleasant experience.

I came into the lap corp today and received the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, unethical behavior ever . For starters they are under staff , and all of the staff have very bad attitudes with everyone that walks in and out of their faces . I asked one of the ladies if my client can use the bathroom and she told me to wait in the lobby, j then told her that he can’t hold it and can he please use the bathroom, she then pulled the door open with force and said there you go , there’s someone in there so had to wait , I knocked on the door snd no one responded i then opened the door and said oh okay whatever he can use it then . I asked her how long before my clients get gets seen and she said very rudely, an hour i have to take my appointments first and their names are at the bottom of the list . I said okay so we went to sit in the car , I received a phone call an hour and 20 minutes later saying that they are ready for them so we went back inside and the lady at the front asked me for the doctors note i gave it to her but bedside her was another lady as she seen my client . She looked him up and down and rolled her eyes , and went back to the back . I was told to go have a seat and they will call them when they are ready , so i asked why did they call me and tell me that they we’re ready for them if they wasn’t she couldn’t answer so we left . This is one of the most unprofessional places i have ever been to . They need to get more staff that actually wants to come to work .

This place is absolutely terrible and disgusting. Got here at 11am and waited until 1:50pm to be seen for regular blood work. The sign in screens are disgusting and not cleaned at all. The lobby is full with people no COVID rules at all. The staff provides no comfort and is very rude. Do not come here unless its early in the morning. Period.

Went their Wednesday morning, lady at the front desk (Ms M) was extremely nice and attentive. My visit was quick and easy. If you do your part, they will be ready to help you in their part, and you will have a flowing experience. Excellent experience.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My first issue is that they didn’t have anyone cleaning off the express check-in kiosks after each use. My seconds issue is that, after waiting for 1hr 30 mins after I checked in they closed the facility and turned everyone away. This place should be looked in to.

Read reviews and was skeptical. Had an 11:30 am appointment. Got there at 11:05 am. Receptionist greeted politely and did the automated check in. Called up to do paperwork at 11:25 am. Everything explained regarding co-pay process and singed papers.11:30 called to go in with technicians. Did explain to tech that it might be difficult to find a vein due to all the chemo I had. A week prior when having blood drawn at the hospital it had taken three people to find a vein that they could draw one vial from.The tech said “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, so trust me.” Sure enough, she on first try tapped a vein and drew 8 vials without a problem. I complimented her, and she smiled. More importantly, she massaged the upper arm where she had drawn the blood from and the result was no bruising or bleeding. No need for a bandage!Sure the office is not the Ritz, but was clean, fast and best blood taking tech I’ve had in six months of battling cancer.

Absolutely rude and loud staff, 3 tablets to check in with , no one cleaning screens , sanitizer, social distancing. Very unprofessional place, talk to people like they are stupid. Total nightmare or a facility , thank god I only got to be here once!!

The wait times at this facility is unbelievable! Even for scheduled appointments. The staff sit, laugh, sing and talk as if there isn’t a lobby of customers waiting to get serviced! By 6:30 the lobby was full and only about 3 customers had been seen. This is a true disappointment!!!! LabCorp, you have to do better. I was here for 2+ hours. Just for an employment drug screening. I arrived shortly after they opened. Just pitiful

They are testing for covid 19 in the same location that they are doing bloodwork and drug tests. The associates arent assigned to specific jobs which is more of an exposed risk plus. They also like to get an attitude and play games.

Do not go here if you want to be social distancing. Waiting room packed with every seat full. Also do not keep appointment times. Wife did not get seen until at least 30 minutes after appointment. If you can go to the Quest Lab nearby. Everyone was spaced out and I only had to wait 5 min from scheduled appointment.

Had a 1:15 appointment, checked in at 1:00, got called in at 1:23, was told to sit down and wait, its currently 1:47, still waiting...

Went there with a scheduled appointment on my lunch break (30 mins) checked in 5 mins before my appointment time. I spent my entire lunch break waiting to be called, finally left and went back to work. 10 minutes after being back at work, I get a text stating to come inside.. at this point 40 minutes has passed from my appointment time.. that’s is absolutely RIDICULOUS!I attempted to go again early in the morning, checked in on their kiosk, and waited in my car. 40 minutes passed, so I walked inside to be told that they called me. I received no text or call!! At this point I sat and waited again because I really needed to get it done but after already sitting for another 10 minutes I left!!!I will NEVER Go back to this facility!!

I came in for a three-hour glucose test as a walk-in. I didn’t have to wait and was seen right away. I felt light-headed and nauseous after the first hour. The staff saw I was feeling faint and really helped me. They took me to the back and let me sit on a recliner until I felt better. I really appreciated how they took care of me. These tests can be stressful and the staff were all so kind.

This place is so slow and under staffed this place is always backed up hrs just for labs this is not right they make all this money and make u wait 3 hrs open a new lab or hire the right amount of staff . Its obvious they can handle to capacity yet they are so greedy .they wont hire enough staff or make other locations capable of doing urinalysis.. Im feeling like a prisoner. If I wont to work I have to use this facility I dont want to use this company ever again I will not give them money for this horrible service. There arent enough chairs for all of us waiting .. deplorable conditions

Called them 4 times and left 3 vm never got a return phone call. My husband went in for a test and they told them they can’t do the test there. 1. Thanks for calling us back, my husband could have avoided re arranging his patient schedule 2. I called your corporate phone number and you DO the test at your facility but were just unwilling. I visit this facility several times per year for blood tests, since it is the preferred provider for United Healthcare. This facility has excellent phlebotomists; I can usually barely feel the puncture. They are also warm and caring, which helps to put me at ease. When I had to take my children in for blood draws, the process went so gently and smoothly that they didnt even cry. The front desk staff members are also friendly and very efficient. When they first open, this facility tends to be very busy and you may have an extended wait. But if you go in around mid-morning, the wait is not bad at all. The only downfall that I see is that they do close early, at 2:30pm, so late afternoon appointments are not available, which is a bit inconvenient. But I still recommend this facility for excellent care.

Dont even bother making an appointment. It does you no good and in no way speeds up your wait time. This place is like the dmv. They are insanely slow. Expect to wait at least an hour whether you make an appointment or not. I made an appointment for 12:30pm. Usually mornings are their busiest times. They did not call me back until 1:10. That was with an appointment.

I had an appointment and although I didnt get seen right on time (which never happens anywhere anyway), I was seen within 10 minutes. The staff was very polite and kind - even at 6:30am! And they were very gentle with the needle. I will definitely be making this my go to lab.

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm, arrived at 12:40 and signed in. They called me at 1:10 to take my ID and insurance card. It was 1:30 when I was called back for the blood sample. It could have been a little quicker, as they were not very busy. Looked like they were short of staff at this location. I have had better experiences at prior appointments.

This place is the most slowest, unprofessional Ive ever been to The staff was so rude. First of all, they take forever to call your name even if you have an appointment. They dont speak English properly. I had to go there again for my results since nobody wants to answer my calls. Then, again the lady at the front desk acted so rude. When I asked why the results took so long when I was told it only takes a couple days, she said ok next time Ill tell you it takes a couple weeks These people do not know how to talk and how to treat their patients. She also said you have more choices to go. Never going there again. This is my first bad review on anything. This place really made me mad and wasted so much of my time. Ive been going to this lab core for the last four years and within the last two months it looks like theyve completely re-staffed . The new staff is very unfriendly and rude . I wouldnt even bother making an appointment since you still have to wait an hour to be seen. I just walk in and wait the exact amount of time as if I had made an appointment

I set my appointment a week ago for 9:30a.m.. I got there at 9:10 and checked in. The woman behind the desk didnt ask for my insurance card and paperwork until 9:46 a.m. and Im sitting there watching every single person who was in the waiting room when I got there be called back and then I start watching people who came in way after I did being called back. So I said something I said hey is something wrong because my appointment was at 9:30 and Im watching people who came in way after me be called back? She says oh no your next. really? Im next? Well I guess I should have said something a half an hour ago! Absolutely ridiculous theres no point in making an appointment you still sit there and watch people who didnt make an appointment go ahead of you. Im not coming to this location anymore.

I made my appointment on line it was at 9:00am. I reach LabCorp at 8:30 just to be early in case I had to fill some paperwork out. There were plenty of people that had appointments there. They called me at 8:50 to get my insurance info, 9:00 they were calling my name to come back, 9:03 I was walking out to go home. I think this is a very nice facility very professional. The nurse I had she made me very comfortable cause Im afraid of needles. I will recommend someone to come to this facility.Thanks to you all for making my first experience there a successful.

I had an appointment at 11:00, arrived at 10:45 and was attended at 12:00. Why schedule if you dont respect the schedule? and the front receptionist shouts and warns that whoever does not want to wait will leave.

Booked an appointment for 10:30AM. Its currently 11:04AM and they still havent processed my demographics, which I already filled out online. Front desk turtle just told me they had to call my Drs office to clarify the order, no problem, but why did it take you over a half hour to figure that out? And why make an appointment when everyone is taken by sign in time? Will not come here again.

The staff at the Ocoee Labcorp Location is exceptional! From the moment I walked in, they all made me feel like family! The front desk coordinator, Yamile, was welcoming, hospitable, knowledgable and made me feel so important. I was able to quickly sign-in and was fully informed on what to do next. Knowing that I had a limited time to return to work, the staff expedited my procedure and I was out in 20 minutes!! Although I may never need to return, they made me feel like I would go back 1000 times! The lab worker that attended to me, Marina, was so incredibly sweet and warm. Her positive attitude portrayed such knowledge, professionalism, and calmness that it was clear that she could probably do this procedure in her sleep. Within less than 5 minutes, I was done and out of the office. I have never had a doctors visit that went so well and one that I would not mind doing again and again. Thank you Labcorp Ocoee Team. I showed up here at 9:25 for a 9:30 appointment. Here it is 10:38. I had to ask for the glucose drink at 10 because I knew I had to sit here for a hour with it. They did not give it to me when I got here. So now I have to sit here till 11:00. Im 6 months pregnant and hungry 😡😡😡. I have never experienced this in my life. I am pissed. Why did I make this appointment.

I made an appt the morning of and was expecting a wait. Not too bad. And they did really well with my daughter who has CP. She had a seizure during the process and the girls were so friendly and patient. Also my daughter is a hard draw so I usually take her to the APH lab but these girls got it on their first try.

Worst lab Corp there is. The receptionist doesnt speak English very well, butchers everyones name and then everyone is confused as to who she is calling. Customer service of all other employees is not any better than this.

Very slow place. They need to stop booking more than their capacity. Customer time is as valuable as their time. Been here twice in three days, the same things. To drop off specimen takes more than 30 minutes. I dont believe it is the staff mistake, the staff is working non-stop. It is the management mistake for being greedy and overbooking. I will try to avoid to come here at all cost.

Horrible Experience! I scheduled an appointment online for my daughter to have bloodwork done. She was fasting and I indicated that on the appointment. We arrived on time and it was packed. I wasnt concerned because we had an appointment and there were a lot of walk-ins. We waited for almost an hour and my daughter wasnt called. Very rude, terrible customer service, really bad attitudes towards patients. At that point I really didnt want them touching my daughter so I left. Will never go back again and will certainly not recommend this location to anyone. It is a shame that these are people working with patients that are in pain and need compassion.

Long wait time and was passed over for an appointment that I had at 11:30 AM. I got seen at 12 and results from those labs have not been processed yet and it’s been three weeks. The secretary was extremely rude, dismissive cut me off instead of trying to rectify the situation both at the time of the appointment and when I called asking why the bloodwork hadn’t been processed.

First of all at 6:30 a.m this morning I called to get correct directions after traveling 5 miles they would pick up the phone put it on hold and would say nothing. I attempted this 3 times before I returned home corporate needs to close this location.

Didnt realize that I wrote a review for this place ago smh. But its the same as before. Unprofessional, slow, and rude! Making an appointment makes absolutely no difference. Got here at 920 and people with 8 oclock appts are still waiting to be seen. Please dont come here if youre not willing to wait. And if youre fasting (like me) reconsider! Worst lab corp I have ever been to! Staff is so unorganized, multiple calls for the same people due to the lack of a working system. Even with appointments you sit and wait for hours! Front desk staff was completely overwhelmed and made several mistakes with people needing to correct them multiple times. Terrible experience!!!

On tuesday the 22 of January 2019 I chose this location to get my routine bloodwork done because is nearby Windermere where I reside. The lab lady that did my bloodwork was very polite and respectful. However, I was disappointed and felt disrespected by the front desk lady. My toddler had to use the restroom and when I asked her to open the door so that I can take my todder to the restroom she had me wait and and kept typing in her computer. She said that someone will open the door for me but nobody came to open the door. I had to storm outside and have my toddler urinate by a plant outside. when I came back inside I asked her if she had any children because obviously she didnt understand that when a toddler asks to use the restroom they need to use it right away. She told me that someone came to open the door as I walked outside. Even if that was the case she should have opened the door herself instead of having me wait. The lab staff was extremely busy doing their job. It was not going to take her anymore that 30 seconds to get up from her desk to open the door for my toddler. She did not care at all.

Very unfriendly, arrogant and disrespectful staff. I will not come back. Quest Diagnostics is way closer to my house and they will have my and my familys money from now on. Who in their healthy mind would bother with such terrible customer service. Problem seems to be that you deal with employees-this is not their business, so they do not care. The less patients, the less work. Do them a favor then-do not go there!

They tell you it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment - and they’re snotty when they tell you too!!They never have the electronic paperwork my Dr. sends over. For some reason, Quest Diagnostics never had a problem having my e-paperwork in the past!Then the nurse stuck me in the arm 3 different times to find a vein and left a huge bruise!Do NOT go here!!!! I am in awe with the way I was treated at this place. I went to Labcorp to have my bloodtest done. I can still not believe how the nurse in charge on drawing my blood questioned my face expression (a bit of pain). She just asked me if I had children, that i didnt know pain!!, well everyone knows I cant have kids because of my 2 times ovarian cancer. And I am great! Well, maam I know pain, i know how it feels to have a C section without a baby coming out of my body! Oh beleive me I know!! I go to Labcorp to continue on my check ups not be questioned and schooled about the 3 children you had ( blessed them). Slow, rude and incompetent front desk staff. Amazing phlebotomists though. Had 9:45am appointment and due to the long line of patients trying to be helped and couldnt sign in until closer to 10:00am. One of the front desk staff said he wasnt here until after 10:00am when I corrected her she said oh I know. Well then why be so rude if you know? The phlebotomists are wonderful and do an amazing job. They need to clean house in the front desk staff department. Like for real!!

Deplorable experience with this location. I am a diabetic and I visit a Lab every 3 months for regular endocrine testing. Ive used Labcorp in the past and also Quest. Today, 7/2-/18 I visited the Labcorp located at 1151 Blackwood Ave, Ocoee, FL 34761. First Problem: I waited for about 48 (yes, nearly 1 entire hour) minutes from the moment I arrived to the moment I was called to give them my paperwork for lab tests. I have NEVER waited more than 10 minutes anywhere else at Quest or any other lab, including other Labcorp locations in the past, to hand over my paperwork after I signed in. Again, I have done lab tests every 3 months for the last 2 decades. Once I was called to hand them my paperwork, I waited another 25 minutes to be called to finally have bloodwork done. Second Problem and perhaps most serious: The male technician who drew blood from me, finished drawing blood and said youre done - thanks. Because I do these tests every 3 months, I knew that the tests included urine testing. I asked the technician do I not have to do a urine test?. He replied Oh, sorry - yes, you do. Take this and go in that bathroom. It took me about 3 minutes in the bathroom. I returned with a cup filled with urine sample and handed it to him. When I did, there was another patient sitting at the chair I as sitting 3 minutes earlier getting ready to have blood drawn. The risk of him mixing samples from two different persons was enornous at that time. If there was a zero (0) star rating I would not give it to to this location. I would give a highest negative rating instead. However, the lowest I can go is one star which is unfortunate for this place does not deserve stars. Stars are for stars. Avoid this dump.

Ridiculously slow, more then any other labcorp. Had me wait longer then anyone else then in front of me but not to me said just put cl on the sheet so theres why they waited so long and put my name on the back of the list so i could watch the dozen people who got there after me go before me.

These people are horrible! I made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. I didnt get service until 10:55 a.m. they are very rude slow and highly unprofessional. I will never come to this LabCorp ever again

Rude to everyone in waiting room. Took 5 hours for a drug screen for employment. Messed up drug test at lab, have to re-take. Unprofessional. Cant even imagine how much cross contamination is going on at the lab. Should be seriously concerned if your employer is using this company.

The staff here was great for me. Very nice.

Slowest and most unprofessional lab I’ve ever been too. They had a 3 hour wait just for blood work and 2 hour wait for a drug test. I’ll stick with going to Quest Diagnostics.

Took my husband there and I can tell u it nothing like quest. I guess all the incompetent people work there

I booked my appointment online about 5 days in advance on a Thursday at 10am. Only two people were there when I arrived. I sign in the arriving sheet when I came in, sat for 3 mins got called up to comfirmed my lab work. Within another 3 mins got call in for the blood work done in less than 5 mins. Everything perfect just make sure you come in on a Thursday around 10am and you too might have this luck. Was out in about 10:10am couldnt ask for anything more perfect. The staff was very friendly. Thank you!

Worst experience ever! The receptionist rolled her eyes at me after I brought it to her attention that we had waited an hour past our appointment time and still hadnt been seen. We finally left without tests.

After having appointment they checked me in after 30mins past the appt time. Then they told me out of test kit and asked me to go to another place.

Dont even bother making an online appointment. You will wait just like everyone else. Horrible experience.

If you have 3 hours to wait come here. This place is straight garbage. All appointments are delayed at least one hour.
