Amazing place, I cannot recommend it enough. My kids (ages 3 and 1) love this indoor playground so much. Its clean, safe and fun! The staff is incredible, always sanitizing the toys and surfaces. We love it here so much that we decided to book my son’s 1st birthday party there and it was a great decision. The team took care of all of the decorations, set up and breakdown. It was worth every penny to not have to host/prepare/clean my house for guests. The 2 hour package was perfect for our group, the kids had a lot of fun! Will definitely book future parties and play dates at P&P!

This place is hands down the perfect experience for a childs birthday party. They set up the decorations (which are extremely well done) for you and allow you to bring in outside vendor food. Its also nice because the layout of the facility allows all of the kids to be able to play in eyesight of all of the parents without much effort at all. 10 out of 10 for us.

My 20 month old daughter absolutely loves it here. She will play on her own for over an hour. There are so many things for her to do there that she never gets bored. Her favorite is getting a princess sticker at the end. They are extremely clean and do a great job at keeping everyone safe from covid19. We feel very safe and absolutely love all of the staff that works there!

We are always amazed at how immaculate your facility is and how beautifully the party room is decorated. We have seen other venues attempt to do the same thing, and your set up and execution are far superior. It is always a pleasure to attend and be part of your events. The friendly, efficient staff and attention to detail are second to none.

If you are looking for a private party venue for your child, I would highly recommend Princesses and Princes! From the moment I booked the party, Grant was very organized with the process and extremely responsive to any questions that I had. On the day of the event, the room looked beautiful, every detail made it look very well put together and you could tell time was spent doing so. The two team members on site for the event were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist with anything needed. The play area was spacious and open letting the children freely explore safely. The team was extremely accommodating! My daughter had such a great birthday and such a big thank you to the staff at Princesses and Princes for doing an amazing job!

Our children (5 and 3) love Princesses and Princes! They will literally spend hours here. It’s a great indoor activity for rainy or hot days. The staff is great, toys are clean and well organized, bathrooms are easy access for young kids. What’s not to love!

We celebrated my babys 1st birthday Monday in Princesses and Princes, they prepared everything with perfection. I couldnt find my theme anywhere else bob the train , but they did a great job and an amazing decoration to match our theme. All my guests were impressed. Also they were cleaning and sanitizing every toy around making sure the kids are safe. The kids had so much fun. I didnt have to worry or bring any plates or cutlery, they provided everything, you only bring your cake and food.Thank you to all team in there for making an awesome job.

I’m sad 5 is the best rating... They deserve a million! We love this place! I love the hands on approach the staff uses. Abby loves Ms. Fabi and Ms. Paula, and they love her just as much! Mr. Grant is not only a business man, but a dad so he knows exactly what makes this age group happy. I have not used the drop off program yet, but I would do it in a heart beat. That says a lot, as Abby hasn’t been left with anyone other then family. In my eyes they have become our family! We spend almost every Friday here, and it’s never time to leave for Abby! Grant, you have to do something for the 6-12 age quick! 😁😁

Princess & prince absolutely went above and beyond for my son‘s first birthday party. I requested a theme that has never been, & they went all out with decorations. The staff was extremely helpful making it easy for me to enjoy every moment and make memories. My family, friends and little ones had a blast. The bubble party they do for the little ones was absolute it. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for stress free great time. PNP is one of our absolute favorite places to take my almost 3 year old and 5.5 year old. We started going when my oldest was 18 months. They offer quality toys for kids to play with and everything is clean. So so clean. We’ve been to birthday parties there and they are awesome. We just booked a birthday party at PNP for my youngest and can’t wait for it to happen because I know it will be phenomenal. I cannot recommend PNP more than enough if you have kiddos and high standards for where you take them!

It would have been nicer if the place have more like kid to kid experience it was just alot of toys the Birthday decorations was nice but for 2 hours it seems to pricey.

This indoor playground is true Royalty for the little ones. Extremely clean, organized and a ton of variety for learning and entertainment. My 21 month old son loved going from activity to activity. I could see his attention, curiosity and learning take place before my eyes! He was truly happy in this environment. We cant wait to go back! Happy baby/Happy Mommy 😊

This place is amazing! The staff is phenomenal, they keep everything very clean and organized, and the play space itself is perfection for young kids. I was fretting about where I would bring my 2 year old during the summer heat and this place is it. They have high quality toys and have created a safe and inviting environment. My daughter did not want to leave and we already have plans to go back with a friend.

My daughter had an unforgettable experience for her 3rd birthday. The staff is very friendly and made planning her birthday completely hassle free and very special. We had delicious themed cake-pops and Anna and Elsa attend which were a fantastic addition and the kids loved them. They were very attentive to my daughter and made her feel so special she is still talking about her party months later. I would recommend this place to anyone wondering what to do for their child’s birthday celebration.

We are visiting from out of town and came across this place; loved everything about it! There were lots of great things to play with, a very well thought out environment for young kids and great value for money. Our 1 and 3 year old had a great time, we wish there was something like this in our city!

We love working with Grant and the fabulous staff at Princesses and Princes. This is by far the best indoor play place in Central Florida. Immaculate and impeccably run. Everything they do here from private parties to special events to play time is first rate and exceptional. This place is a treasure as are the staff and owner. Would give 100 stars if they let me.

This place is amazing. I use the drop-off program for my 2.5 year old son where I can leave him here for a few hours a day and he loves it. When my son was in day care, he got sick every other week, but this is a great alternative and has great prices. The staff is wonderful and the place is very clean.

We moved few months ago to the area and still dont know a lot of people yet. Im a stay home mom who needed to leave my son for few hours to go to a doctor appointment. Princesses and Princes drop off program was a life saver. They watched my 2 1/2 year old son while I was at the doctor. This indoor playground is always clean and the staff and owners are always so nice. Ill definitely take my son back so he enjoy all the great things they have for his age. The only issue is that he never wants to leave. Great place and drop off program!

A great place to take the little ones. My 4 year old loved dressing as a knight then going to all the activity centers to play. He made a couple of friends there too. Theres a cool Interactive floor display that was very fun. Theres a fun play set with a fire pole and slide with tunnels next to the snack area. For ages up to 6 years old.

We had such a great experience here for our daughters 4th birthday party. It was the easiest and most beautifully decorated party experience weve had for her :) All the children had a wonderful time and the staff were so attentive and flexible (her party was during the weekend before Dorian and that caused some last minute changes in numbers of attendees). I definitely plan to utilize them again for our next party for her or her sister.

At first, we took our kids of 10 months and 2 years old to play on a week day. They simply loved it. We, as parents, also were impressed with the cleanliness of everything.Then, it was almost time for our oldest boy birthday and we had no doubt that Princesses and Princes was the perfect place for that.I had the great surprise to be able to do everything, from the scheduling to the final payment, online. They have an awesome and mature process that gave me confidence that the party would be a success with no surprises.At preparation minutes before the party, they were there to help with everything. The owner was there and helped to hang the decoration and was very nice with everyone.During the party, they were always available and watchful. Talked to the owner and had the final surprise when he said that its not part of a franchise, that he had paused his commercial pilot career to build that place for his kids 8 months ago.I gave my feedback and, days later, I was surprised again with an email from the owner saying that he thought about that and is implementing what Ive suggested. An owner that listens his customers have to say and take action to improve what they have to offer lead his company to success.Now, I wouldnt be surprised to see Princesses and Princes becoming a chain and spreading around the Nation. Their mentality and processes are very mature for such young lifetime.Thank you Princesses and Princes for your awesome service, and see you again soon!!

I want to share my experience at the Princesses and Princes Place since they have opened. My son loves to play here. I love how intimate and welcoming the staff are. They make us feel at home when we are here. The place is exceptionally clean and you don’t have to worry about your child getting sick. The staff there is constantly cleaning and making sure everything is sanitized. We had our sons birthday there recently and the staff went above and beyond. The decorations were so jaw dropping. They definitely take pride in organization and time management skills, which is very important for hosting a party. This is the place to be! Don’t just take my word for it go check it out yourself.

Absolutely amazing! My daughter loves going here to play and interact with other kids. It’s clean, the staff is professional and friendly. We have the membership for unlimited play. We also hosted our daughters first birthday at Princesses and princes and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Such a pleasant and happy place to have a party for young children or bring them for stimulating playtime. There has been a great deal of attention paid by the owners to details that are clean, neat and very organized. The party room for food and cake is so nicely decorated. Facilities are extremely comfortable and clean. The play areas are just wonderful for many age groups and the staff just could not have been nicer or more helpful. The PERFECT place for happy times for youngsters. They also have very nice developmental toys available for purchase.

I have had the pleasure of many play time visits with my toddler since it first opened. They are to this day consistent in their cleanliness, attention to detail in party decor, and thoughtful on their selection in toys and equipment. I could not sing higher praises for the wonderful PnP family of staff that have taken the time to play with my daughter, make us feel welcomed and always greeted with a smile.

This was a great place for a kids birthday party. I believe it is intended for kids up to 6 or 7 years old, but the older kids also enjoyed themselves. Lots of educational toys, the kids quickly spread out and found their toys of choice. Toys also available for sale. Kids were crying at the end of the party (3 hours) because they didnt want to leave.

We recently celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at one of his favorite places – Princesses and Princes in Ocoee. Jon had an unforgettable time and is still talking about his birthday celebration a week later. Grant (owner) and his team did an incredible job thinking attending every detail and ensuring that we as hosts got to enjoy time with the birthday boy and our guests and not on serving or set up/cleaning up. The special themed decorations (of which they have many), chosen by the birthday boy, were provided as part of our package and the party room (where pizza and cupcakes were served) was a big hit with all of the kids. The play area with multiple interactive areas was big hit as was the bubble dance party. We received multiple comments from parents about how great the party was, but best of all – ALL of the kiddos had a great time and our little guy felt special on his big day. We HIGHLY recommend Princesses and Princes if you are looking for a birthday party venue for your kiddo. Just stop by on a normal day and you and your child will fall in love with this special playground.

Great place to spend a hot afternoon. I’m always searching for good indoor play areas and this is a great one. My 4 year old had a great time shopping in the market area and cooking in the kitchen. This place also had lots of fun colorful things for my 1 year old to enjoy!

Ive been taking my now two year old daughter to P&P for over a year. We go several times a week and participate In their morning classes.We love it there! We have made several friendships and the staff have won my daughters heart. She talks about Ms.Paula daily and even calls her on her pretend phone! Haha! The staff at P&P are compassionate people who genuinely care about the children that go there. I am continuously impressed with them and will reccomend over and over again. A wonderful indoor playground for toddlers..

This place definitely tops our indoor playground experience. Basic membership is best value and there are lots of reasonable add-ons or events you can become a part of. My daughter has grown very attached to Fabiana and Paula and weve met a lot of other nice people including the owner Grant. Its a very original family-oriented place where you can join stem classes and arts and crafts. We look forward to meeting the whole Princesses and Princes family as we make this our regular Play Place for as long as we are in Florida. This place also has a great opportunity for parents to connect and collaborate.

Large space with lots of hands on areas to play. They have everything for legos, costumes, trains, large kitchen/market, inside play structure, and a full size castle complete with throne.Staff does a great job keeping everything clean and set up.

The place is so clean!On Wednesday, I decided to try out their drop off program for the very first time. I first need to tell you, I don’t drop my daughter off with anyone, ever! Anyway, Princesses and Princes gives you up to three hours to leave your little one there to play and be watched while you go out and run errands. After I did what I needed to do for the day and went back to Princesses and Princes to pick up my daughter, she didn’t want to leave! She loved all the fun she had with Ms. Fabi and Ms. Paula, two amazing employees. She played Snow White, she dressed up like all different princesses. She was playing with Legos. She had a blast! We came home and she told my husband and I about her day with Ms. Fabi and Ms. Paula and asked if I would leave her there again. My answer is yes, I would trust the staff at Princesses and Princes to take care of the most important thing in the world to me, my daughter. If you’re a mom who doesn’t easily trust anyone with their child, like me, please consider this place for drop off.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party here, it was a PJ Masks theme and it was fantastic! When we arrived, the room was setup with balloons and other decorations, even themed plates and napkins. They provided pizza, which tasted great. The only thing we had to bring was a cake.We booked the playground for three hours, which was perfect for us. We needed the extra play time, none of the kids wanted to leave at the end. The playground was closed to the public during the party, which was really nice for the kids and the parents too.The facility and bathrooms were very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. They did bubbles and dancing, my son and all his friends had an amazing time!

My two year old loves it here. Its like a nicer, clean version of Chuck e Cheeses without the creepy animals singing on stage.

Ever since the very first contact I had with Princesses and Princes back in March, I knew that we made the right choice for my son’s 2nd birthday party. It was amazing how quickly Grant and his staff responded to all of my random emails over these past three months. I can honestly say I had ZERO worries during the planning process because of how responsive and kind the team was. My son’s favorite toy is his cozy coupe (yes, the traditional Little Tikes red and yellow car!) and I was really hoping to have his party theme centered around that. The team at Princes and Princesses made that happen. The decorations were so beautiful - every little detail was Pinterest-perfect! All of the kids and parents enjoyed the playground and of course the bubble party was a huge hit. We had kids ranging in age from 13 months to 3.5 years and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. Throughout the party, the staff were so attentive - tidying up the playground constantly and keeping everything incredibly clean . Grant checked on us several times throughout the party just to make sure everything was going well. I cannot thank you all enough for such a memorable and stress free party. Thank you for everything - you truly are the best of the best!! A top notch experience I would recommend to everyone!

It was worth it.Customer service was superb from booking up to closing the party. The theme was Bob the Train, a new youtube sensation and not very commercialized yet so the staff had to create decors from scratch! I love that they are flexible.The place in itself is clean and to be honest, the toys are awesome! I have attended at least two other bday parties at this venue and most of the time, the kids never wanted to leave. That tells you something! Highly recommending this place.Thank you to the staff for helping us put together a memorable bday party!

I’m a part of a Mom’s group and we scheduled a play date at our Ocoee location. Took my 22 month old and he LOVED it! So many interactive toys and play sets. The owner gave us a tour upon entrance, answered all our questions and the staff were wonderful as well. Someone was constantly cleaning the toys and the play areas, but in an unobtrusive way. My son loved the interactive floor, all the Hape activity sets and the magnatiles building sets. We all had such a great time, one of our moms noted that we didn’t have any crazy meltdowns or fights between our kids. They were all too busy having an amazing time! I highly recommend this place!!

Indoor play area with jungle gym, castle, and play tables. Majority are Hape toys and a Cedarworks playset. They use nontoxic cleaners.The windows have a covering that allow those inside to see out, but cannot be seen from the outside, giving all those inside the play area privacy from the outside world.Staff was very friendly to myself and my children. One of them was walking around and cleaning toys/putting them back in their proper place after children used them. She also interacted with them while I was playing with my other child. Very pleasant experience.There is a separate cafe area with some tables and chairs and a picnic table where you are allowed to have a drink/snack (only those purchased from the establishment) or get some work done.Also, there is a separate enclosed infant area with rockers, swings, play mat and cubbies.Clean and fully equipped bathroom with a changing table, step stool, extra chair, diaper pail.Socks only in the entire play area.Free Wi-FiThey accept Apple Pay!
