They do amazing work. The place is very nice and they keep everything clean. I have been there 3 times now and I will keep going back. Ive had nothing but great experiences there!

****Disability Discrimination****I took my son in today for a pedicure and manicure, and the woman refused service. He is 13 and is special needs but I was obviously going to stay with him. I called them afterwards and asked if they could do a manicure and pedicure for a 13 y/o and they said yes. They will he contacted by my lawyer. This is completely unacceptable.

Personable, professional. They really do know your name.😅 immediate acknowledgement when you enter the spa. Works to please the client. Walk-ins really try are made to feel welcome.

Sean was excellent. Never did the gel and he explained to me in detail about it. My niece recommended me to go to this place and I am so glad I did. I live in the other side of Orlando which is Hunter’s Creek the commute is worth it . The staff was nice and pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone. They are always polite and greet everyone who walks through the door as they are very welcoming. Its hard to find a good nail tech but I must say Haley made a very great impression my first visit about 2/3 years ago and Ive been going there since. I would highly recommend Candy Nails & Spa to anyone.

Respectful and courteous. Showed the design I wanted and got what I wanted. The nail technician was nice. My nails lasted a whole month without chipping or breaking. Matter of fact when I needed to take them off, the nails were a little difficult to remove because they used the right products. I will definitely be returning.

At first I like them. The man criticized me for my tattoo then he rushed on my nails and it came out bad. And still made me pay 45. I asked him do you think you can do this design if not its ok. He attempted having no idea how to and messed up the shape of my nails. Horrible.

Great service. I went to get a full set and got attended quickly. (It was pretty empty on a saturday around lunch time.) the girl who did my nails did a great job.. I barely felt her touch! When i asked for an extra she quickly let me know it would be extra (which i greatly appreciate because i hate getting hit with surprises at the end) great job.Now my sister went and got her eyebrow done the same day and asked for them not to be too thin, and got them thin and lopsided.But nail wise.. GREAT JOB

I’ve come here for years everyone is great. They take special care of my 7 year old daughters when they come. I will always come to Candy Nails long as I’m in Centeal Florida. Always Job Well Done!

Beautifully done gel polish

This was by far the worst nail salon Ive been to. The service rendered was very subpar. I came in requesting a Polish change on my toes and a gel Polish on my hands. How can you mess up something so simple? My toes looked like my 9 year old niece painted them. The gel Polish was horrible and was bubbling up and peeling before I could leave the salon. My best friend also requested a manicure with gel Polish... I dont know what they were doing wrong but every time she put her nail under the light it began to bubble up. They literally had to redo her nails several time and still did not get it right. After being the for over an hour were tired and ready to leave, we paid and the nail insisted we come back so they could fix her nails. I will never go back here. I hate wasting my money on bad work.

Ive gone here for 2 years & have always been satisfied. Those impatient to wait should call & see how theyre running. $30 for the mani-pedi special is a good deal, & Im in love with those massage chairs...wish I could go every week. The cleanliness is noticeable & each client gets a new liner & sterilized instruments. Recommend this place.

Im sorry to say this but honestly I use to get very good service here but today I came and instead of being careful with my feet I came out with cuts on my feet and I continue to bleed and even when I was bleed he continued to hurt me it was not good to that you gotta know what you are foi g and I was too nice to say anything but as I left I felt pain and now I have to wear bandages in my feet and I thought I would get a good service but guess not came out with cuts not coming back anymore good luck to anyone that leaves with cuts from there

Dont even make an appointment. Just walk in.Made an appointment and waited a whole hour. They had employees just standing around while I waited.

Im sorry but I have been to this place twice and both times experience has been sub par. Owner is friendly but a bit too opinionated with clients and it comes off as rude. Wait time is horrible too, waited over 45 mins for a fill and there were only 3 people in the shop. Never greeted me or gave me estimate of how long they thought it might be. I finally asked 30 mins in and was told a few minutes... Then a woman who came in much later went before me. At least let me know if there are appts in front of me and you cant take me.Just overall not a good experience which is too bad because this is salon closest to my home

Went in for my usual mani pedi thats always $60 even with my extras and she charged me $80 and couldnt even explain what the extra charges were for and had a really nasty attitude. It didnt make sense, I still tipped her $10 but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This place will rob you of your money and change prices on you. Thats probably why they dont hand out price sheets anymore or have the prices anywhere posted in the salon.

Very rude people at this nail place!! They clearly saw us park right in front of their shop and it was 6:30 and they closed it and locked up right in our face!! Their sign says they close at 7:30pm!! Worst place and people ever!! Dont come to this place. Their are much better places than this!!!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER, their costumer service is trash,THEY HAVE ROACHES, they only have like 3 workers that are actually working the rest are just sitting around useless. They provide inaccurate information and their prices are unreasonable for the quality. They’re very disrespectful and the place stinks. If you value your nail services stay home or go another salon.

I hate this place . They reuse their tools on their clients and thanks to them now I have a fungal infection on my little toe. Dont go to this place is not sanitary. Go somewhere else!!
