My sons car was towed here after an accident. It was a roll over crash with a soft top jeep. He was in the process of moving so he had boxes of personal items in the car. There has been heavy rain but nobody had thought to put a tarp over the car to protect his stuff. When we got there the attendant was polite and friendly. He even helped a little bit with unloading the car.

Having experienced towing services in multiple cities & states before I honestly have to give Ace Towing 5 stars. Good staffers, no pilferaging or vehicle damages fast courteous excellent service keep up the good work guys.👍

Terrible, horrible,deplorable service... They picked up our car on the 2nd. We called the next day and ACE said they had no record of our car. We call the next day then the next.. Nothing !!! Finally after a week they had sent us a Bill for almost $400 ... Had we had known this days earlier we could have saved hundreds !!! Now here it is the 16th we went to collect our broken car and they were closed even as their very own Website stated that they were open until 12 midnight... Perfect ... Now we owe $50 more through the weekend... Never never again.. Im contacting the BBB !!!

I understand a company has to stay afloat, but when a family loses a loved one due to a fatal accident I would hope a business could put their financial needs and selfishness aside for a brief moment and be a little more understanding. My family and I were not looking for the bill to be tossed out, but at least some sympathy. Not only did we get charged a big bill for a tow and storage, but Its interesting how we did not get a call to pick up the bike, but we received a letter in the mail about this company wanting to place our dads motorcycle in an auction. We did contact this company the day after my dads accident, but we were told the vehicle could not be released yet. Sorry Ace towing, but I would not recommend this tow company just because of the lack of caring and peoples skills.

Worthless staff. Poor service and take advantage of people every chance they can. They did the same thing. No call or anything until you receive a letter saying your vehicle will be put up for auction. Had no idea my vehicle was even being released until that letter. Absolutely pitiful and bad business!
