My kids love coming here for math enrichment! They look forward to their sessions and are getting more comfortable with mental math. Mathnasium came very highly recommended to us and they have a great program!

Love this place!!! My daughter got behind in math in elementary school. I knew I needed to get her help before she hit middle school where it was only going to get harder. Well she is getting straight As in middle school! Her confidence in math has grown as well. I will probably keep her here for another year just to continue strengthening her skills but she definitely has excelled in math thanks to Mathnasium! The initial evaluation that assesses where they are at and queues in on what they need work on is what makes it great. Also math has changed so much since I was in school its great that she can get help on any homework questions. Dont hesitate to sign your kids up early!!!

My third grader joined Mathnasium last year pre-COVID after we learned about the Center at our back to school night. My son loves math but we wanted to make sure he was really learning the fundamentals, something that schools arent always able to ensure. On the first day, they gave him a diagnostic assessment to measure his baseline and created a plan for him to follow to get him to where he needed to be for his grade level. The sessions were exciting for my son because he got to earn stars at the end of each session which he collected in order to earn a prize. When COVID started, we switched to an online platform and were able to continue participating in the program. I think it really helped him stay on top of where he needed to be for math when the rest of the school system was struggling to transfer to a virtual landscape. My son recently took a diagnostic assessment for his class and he scored early third grade math level which is right where he needs to be. His teacher explained that a lot of the other students are at a second grade level - likely an effect from last semester. This alone validated our choice to continue to send our child to Mathnasium. Its incredibly reassuring that despite all of the uncertainty with schooling right now, I know my child will be okay in math. Ms. Nita is great at communicating my sons progress with me and checking in to see how things are going with school so that she can try to align what shes seeing through Mathnasium with what the teacher may think he needs from school. The staff are also engaging and keep math fun for my son. The ability to schedule sessions through an online appointment platform is so convenient. I highly recommend Mathnaisum!

My kids love coming here. 8 Y/O girl, 10 Y/O boy. They never want to miss a day and love learning new math skills with the very kind staff. This Summer everyday had a theme. My kids would wake up in the morning to see what that days theme was on the calendar. They would get super excited every morning and ask when they could go.

My 3rd grader at the time went to a highly rated elementary school but she was falling behind in math. Many attempts were made to get help at school, all without success. I finally decided to find a tutor center and looked at 2 different ones in the area. One was significantly less expensive but was really focused on repetitive exercises. Basically doing worksheets over and over again until it was correct. I chose Mathnasium in Oceanside instead because it focused more on learning basic math foundations, building on those skills. SO glad I did! She is now in 5th grade and excelling in math. It did wonders for her confidence and the processes she learned have been invaluable. She didnt always love going (3x a week) but admits that it really helped her. If your child is struggling in math and youre not sure if its worth it, I can attest it works!

The staff is so professional, and the times they are available for my son works well with our daily work schedule. My son learned alot, and this facility is cleanI highly reccomend this place.
