I recently purchased an older home which contained lead and asbestos. I was doing minor renovations (ie removing wall paper/painting) and reached out to Paul in order to do a walk through. While I am handy and understood basics of lead, we have two children under two so we’re obviously considered about lead exposure.He was excellent. I found him kind, knowledgeable and not an alarmist. He examined the entire house, pointed out issues that should be addressed immediately and things that could wait.I would highly recommend if you have any lead, asbestos, or mold issues or if you are considering purchasing and older house and would like a professional to look at prior.
