I needed a tree removed. I called them and they scheduled an appointment. They showed up when they said they did. I was given a price and a breakdown of what they would do. We agreed to the price. I was told “10 weeks”. I received a phone call within the 10 weeks that they were ready to come out. They called the day before to confirm. They were here when they said they would be. I was presented the invoice up front then A full crew with all the appropriate machinery got to work. The entire crew was cordial and respectful of my property and my neighbors property. They were efficient and did exactly what we agreed upon. I’m stating this very bluntly because it’s important to acknowledge when good business is conducted. I would recommend their services to anyone. I hope to never need this type of service again, but if I do I will be calling one place.

Very dependable. They arrivedearly and hustled the entire time!!! They were careful of our lawn and irrigation system as well. DId extra per our request at minimal charge. Will be our go to tree service.

Used Bobs a year or so ago to remove a single tree, they showed up and I didnt have any complaints. Naturally I called them when I needed 6 more trees removed. They were quick to get the estimate and said they would be out in 6 to 8 weeks. After a few months and 3 phone calls, they never showed or even called back. Dont waste your time, its just frustrating.

Bobs Tree service was super great. They showed up on time ready to go, took two trees down and one was a large Cedar Tree. So very pleased will definitely use again and will recommend. Also the price was very reasonable..Thank you guys for your hard work today.

I had several trees removed from property. Crew was well organized, moving between tasks on each tree without waiting to complete one then move to another. Left job site clean and crew gave impression they liked working with each other. Have already called to schedule another job!!

They absolutely did, since the nicest crew of guys came and performed my requested tree removal, stump grinding and debris removal efficiently and quickly. They did a great job trimming our oak trees.

I decided to hire Bobs tree service after interviewing several companies, the crew removed two oak trees, trimmed many others and perfectly ground the stumps of three trees.. I found the whole experience stress free, and would hire Bobs tree service again without hesitation.

We made an appointment for today they come out and see two cars in the driveway but do not knock on the door and want to reschedule. Why come out all the way to the home and not knock on the door? Very dumb, stupid in fact. A waste of my time!

Bob and his team came on time and removed two trees. His crew was very experienced and friendly. They took out the trees and ground out the stumps. They raked up all the debris and even swept the road. Highly recommended!! Great job!!

Great price good service

After calling several companies to trim our large palm, Bob came by the same day, gave us a price and said it would about two weeks. We came home about a week later and the palm looked great and area cleaned, with the bill stuck in the door. Thanks Bob and the check is in the mail. Take notice all you other companies who wouldnt even call us back.....this is customer service at its best.
