Theres a lady working there at the drop off laundry service if you need assistance. Very on point with pricing and the washer and dryer did great with cleaning and drying my clothes. I would definitely recommend this establishment! They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. Games to play and dedicated horse blanket washers.

Its pretty good. Washers good the dryers not so much so. The prices are good, its clean, and kid friendly. It was also easy for me to get to from the campground where we were staying.

The place is always clean and being tidy up, like all machines they have faults but every time I have a issue, Im helped with a smile shes very kind. Only place I go and with specials like free dryer Wednesday and bulk washer I think is a $1 you cant beat it. Just make sure guys, that youre going to the front desk and getting a senior bubbles card so you can use those benefits!

Ive been visiting this laundromat for about 6 months. I love it. The machines are great, the staff is helpful. The facility is always clean, bathroom is clean. They have over size horsey/animal stuff only machines. Theres a loyalty program which has some nice discounts. The rates are reasonable, the hours are extensive. Theres a wash and fold service available.

Absolutely the best laundromat in the area by far. Clean, spacious, plenty of baskets and machine take both coin and laundry card....and if your hungry while waiting slide over to La Hacienda and try the Chelada and Tacos.

I have used the laundry service here for over 4 years now and I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of work.

Normally when I go in there and I only go in once every two months because it’s only for a bedspread but normally the woman that owns the place runs the place is always bubbly smiling very kind very helpful today she was rude and she wouldn’t speak and when I walked out of the place normally she would say thank you and have a good day she said nothing she was just cold! If you’re having a bad day or have a bad customer before hand you drop it and let it go you never let it flow on to other customers I think you were grand today your attitude your disposition and your manners were totally inappropriate Hope you have a better day don’t let bad people get you down

Nicely well maintained local, huge amount of washers and good number of dryers, fair price and even has promotions days. In-store laundry products in case you forgot yours. Definitely one of the nicest aroun Ocala. Even if is well packed you can find your spot to wash.

This facility is outstanding with its large size, gently used equipment, friendly services and great prices! Ill never return to Spin City again! This place really knows how to outdo the laundromat game and comes out on top! They have $1 washes on Thursday and free dryers on Wednesday. Dedicated machines for horse blankets and animal items are available to keep the other machines fresh! The facility is easy to social distance in with the amount of spread out seating.

This has to be the best laundromat in Ocala. I cant say for sure because I only stopped at a couple spin something... where you have to use the laundry cards... here its optional with rewards if you do... very nice. I would say in the laundromats I have been in from here to Colorado and Ohio this is one of the top, if not the best! This laundromat is very outstanding. However, this morning laundry attendant Christina was very rude. My clothes were in dryer #11 which wasnt working properly. I told Christina which she came to check the dryer #11. I suggested to switch dryers in which Christina stated hurry up and put them in there. I was very taken back and told her to calm down. I did pull her aside and asked what was her name and manager Steve information. Ive called twice to file a complaint with the manager but the phone just ranged. I do understand we as people have bad days but dont take out on your customers.

The washers do not spin out well and the dryers are not very hot. Have noticed that it has changed so as to have more profit. Very Disappointed 😞

This place is super clean! Restrooms too. You’re not going to find dirty washers or dryers. Dryers are gas; therefore, hot. Dryers 25¢ small washers $2.50.

Everything was fine, weirdly saw a couple ants on top of the washing machine i used after i loaded and started it. I dont think it was a big deal, but it was an issue. Ill rereview and improve the star count appropriately if the next time i go, and i will return, things are different. I went after 9pm on a Thursday and it seemed like a safe location, and clean other then the couple ants. The dryers were very powerful and give you your moneys worth. Apparently Wednesday during the daytime dryers are free according to the signs.

Great place to get your laundry done they have in-house laundry employees. Wednesday free dryer. They have a small convenient sodas and chips etc and you can also buy laundry soap and fabric softener and dryer sheets. I used the claw machine cuz theres a South Park Cartman in it and a Kyle. I feel like the claw machine is good theres also a claw machine for some kind of watch some headphones different little prizes. You can use your debit or credit card for washing machines and dryers. Three sizes of washers. Theres a arcade game.

In these times, people are very tight with money. Ive been washing here for Four years now and this is the FIRST time Ive had a major complaint.One of the dryers would stop after 5 minutes. I asked the front for help and her answer was theres too many clothes in the dryer and you have to split the load. Mind you, the dryer was NOT FULL and theres nothing I have changed in the past four years loading up the dryer and pay $2 for each dryer I use. I told her I dont have any more money and she saw i dropped eight quarters. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away....wow.

The facility is decent. The prices are fair and they have plenty of machines. They have weekly specials for extra savings. Wouldve given 5 stars were it not for the rude attendants. I come once a week, every week for almost a year and have yet to have a decent experience with the older Hispanic woman or the younger one. They answer your questions in a hostile manner. The older one gets almost disrespectful if you ask for a rag to wipe down the tables (her job not mine) or if you alert them to an issue such as dryers not drying properly. The gentleman that works here is the complete opposite. Always has a kind smile for you and is extremely polite and helpful. The ladies could learn a few things from him. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar folks.

This place is awesome, I’m traveling and have to say, for a laundromat it was busy (and a serious parking lot hill for my rv. Yet it has spacious parking on the side & the machines are really user friendly, prices displayed properly and free dry, accepts card, change machines. Good experience here.

Top of the line, clean laundromat! Reasonably priced small to large front loaders, lots of them! Dryers are free on Wednesday. Large and extra large dryers, one dedicated to horse and pet blankets (something I need). They have play room for kids. Also a counter person where they sell regular sized laundry products and if you want and they have pay by the pound laundry service.

Excellent place to do laundry in a safe, comfortable atmosphere. I have been coming here for five years and I love it. Im in and out in less than an hour. The staff are always friendly and my clothes are always cleaned. Try it and see. You will keep coming back.

For those of you who spend some time in laundromats (I travel extensively for work, so I routinely visit laundromats all across the nation) this will blow your mind.There are 60 washing machines & 50 dryers of various sizes in Senor Bubbles, I know because they are all neatly numbered. Every single one of them is functioning AND spotless. Every. Single. One. This is not a new facility and yes, we are in horse country so there are designated machines for horse & animal blankets.They have a nice little selection of detergents, snacks, etc. as well.This place now sets the bar for laundromats in my book.

Hands down one of the best laundromat facilities I have ever been to.Edited to make current. We went to do our normal laundry this past Friday (as we have been doing for a couple of years). All of sudden they dont accept debit to add money to the card. Not to mention the attendant has gotten progressively more rude with each week that passes. So with all of this being said, our family is finding another laundromat to take our business to.

Seriously the greatest laundromat ever. We drop off our laundry and it is ready within a few hours and they have the lowest rate. What triggered this review was the fact that my mesh hamper had broken and when I picked up my laundry they had HAND SEWN IT. Also, I love how they fold underwear.

The older lady that usually works Saturdays is so rude. It takes 42 min to wash clothes. I ran to the store and back and she said I was gone for one hour so she took my clothes out , put them in a basket and pushed them to the side. They washed for FORTY TWO MIN which means I was only a few minutes late. All because she needed the washer. I will not be back here. I don’t appreciate nobody touching my clothes. I come here every weekend. People leave their clothes for HOURS !!!!

Why stay open till eleven if your last wash is at 10 ? My car is totaled so at the moment i use lyft to get around paid a 15 dollar lift to senor bubbles. I load all my clothes into washers. Im about to get change when the guy who is working comes up and say the machines are going to lock at 10 (it was 9:58) so i try and swipe my debit car declined for some reason. Had well over enough money on there by the way. So i rush to change machine trying to start the washers in 1 minute which is literally impossible

Wife was there doing some laundry she pointed out that some stuffing from a dog bed had fallen on the floor and the lady working there was rude and gave her a broom and a dustpan for her to pick up in a disrespectful way she was very unprofessional and rude as someone who works retail when a customer points out they spilled and dropped something my job is to go pick it up not hand the customer a broom and a dustpan and be rude about it
