I called the office with a simple question and the lady that answers the phone said she was in charge but instead of listening to my question she just said they are good and got real short. I do business with 20 plus elevator companies in the Bay Area and this woman was by far the rudest person. I cant believe they let her answer the phones. First line of communication and this is what they offer. She apparently has dirt on someone because I have read the other reviews. I will call her Karen!!
I had a simple question about a DIR number which is a requirement for public works projects but when she didnt understand what I was asking for, she became very rude and short before saying they werent interested and hanging up. Not the best first impression. Apple must be dong pretty well to just turn down work like that without even asking about the job.
Rude and arrogant employee. sadly shes the manager. Go straight to CEO if you can. also the worker never do their job good. keep broken and they they keep fixing. weirdly. still gonna broken next couple week.
Rude, discourteous employees. Rarely show up on time. Never respond to requests for information. Many entries missing on the maintenance log, so we have no way of knowing if they actually are doing what we are paying them for. Always pushing for more expensive work, always blaming circumstances for their poor service.Avoid.
The new elevator at the empress hotel, where i live, passed state inspection this afternoon. apple elevator has been onsite since january and have done a fantastic job; the finished cab is beautiful. i cant wait to ride it -- i live on the top (6th) floor, and cant wait until i dont have to climb those stairs every time we go out.the apple employees are friendly, patient and professional, and i can tell by the way they go about their work that theyve been doing long enough to be masters of their craft.
