Been here since 830am. My apt was at 9am. Truck was unloaded at 10am. It’s now 2pm and I’m still waiting on paperwork. Only thing they are saying is that they are still counting. Never come here.

First time here ..luckily everything goes smooth ..deliver in 45 mins ..guard is awesome and professional..window time preferred..lumper fee yes ..don’t move from dock until you got papers ..busy place so it’s hit or miss ..try your luck ..unloading fast sometimes take time for counting ..i96 to Novi rd exit ..pass grand river rd and top of bridge turn right to gen mar rd then go left toward dead-end cvs dc on your right ( wide turn)..no overnight

Made me miss a PU (lose money), and wait 20 plus hours to unload because Circle Logistics screwed up delivery date. Will take lots of convincing to touch CVS / Circle Logistics!!!

Brought the load .. security men asked for an appointment ..? no appointment then next month. today 6/14/21. this is my last time in this place. there are no stars.

Do not work at this place if you are a temp!!!! They will have you during a special holiday coming up, have you thinking after 90 days you will be hired in but then use your percentage to be your down fall as to why they cant hire you in. I started there in late August through temp agency, was told after 90 days they hire you in. At the time of starting , no one said anything about percent acuracy. My acuracy score was 94% when I was let go. I was pulled aside by Kathy K, and asked if I could get my score up on the second week of December. Although this place took me in before my appointment time, I arrived at 0800 when my appointment was for 1500. No other truck was waiting but they took me in 30 minute prior to appointment. Went to dock door and notice that around 75% of dock doors had no trailers. No efficiency and no sense of work ownership.

Had a driver delivering here with a 6:30am delivery. Got unloaded by 9am, it is 11:45am now and they still havent handed my driver his paperwork.. also charged a $485 lumper. By far the worst receiver to go to, not sure why its like this in Novi, MI only.. Ive delivered to other CVSs before and never had this issue. Do not take loads to this facility unless they are paying crazy money.

Delivery here is hit or miss. Pull up just far enough from guard sgack, friendly lady. This time i was in and out 3hrs tops. Lumper fees though. I don’t envy the customer I hauled for paying $453

Just delivered here. Over 2 hour wait to unload only 6 pallets and another 3 hours to get my paperwork out of them. Total 5 hours to get 6 pallets out of my truck. Oh, dont forget the $267 lumper fee!!Worst place ever. Stay away.

Don’t mess with their load unless you get pay good,plan +4 hours to stay here. Don’t deserve any star. I have already 4 hours and truck next to me had already 1.30 min before me.....and still waiting. Take my advice drivers read reviews before accepting loads going to this “toilet” places like this one

3.5 stars wouldbe more accurate.***if theres not [adequate] overnight parking, its hard for me to give 4 or more stars, regardless of how good the facility may be. ***Unloading times are reasonable.Lumper fees can be laughable, but hey, they dont come out of my pocket, so i dont really care. 😂Overnight parking is very limited. (Street parking, 4-5 trucks maybe)

I had dry load 9:00 am delivery appt. Checked in and get door 8:15am. Checked out 10:30am. Not bad.

Disaster, the worst and slowest, i came here at 8am, now its 3pm, still waiting.....

My first time here. When you arrive make sure to do a wide turn for the entrance.. There are no signs until you are already in the turn. Then stop at guard gate.

Better than any other retailer warehouses Ive ever been to as a truck driver, I got here about half hour late for a 0900 appt Traffic they checked me in and assigned me a door, I back in take paperwork to receiving I had to wait a few for receiving to come and take my paperwork but only took 40 mins to unload a full trailer 52 Pallets and out of this place that quick, 5 out of 5*STARS baby! Security officer was natural, sometimes you just gotta have positive thoughts in order for a good karma

Security needs lessons on how to communicate. Some signs explaining what to do would help. This place doesnt deserve 1 star.

Dont work here. They under pay for the type of job in all categories. Their upper management relies too heavily on the staff to make up for their short comings. The company for all distribution centers is going through drastic changes, but refuses to update the Novi DC to accommodate the new styles. Their working hours are expected but the working load is inconsistent.Dont even apply here. Youre likely starting out around $12 /hr when Amazon distro is starting out higher nearby. Unsure what they are at but Im seeing $14 something.

Terrible for truck drivers chucked up parking situation... NO SIGN telling you to park down street, then walk to guard shack. .. If you drive in first you will have to back out, back down the street then find a place to turn around and then park. After all that you still have to walk back up to guard shack. And dont let it be winter time. A TOTALLY SCREWD AND ASS BACKWARD PROCESS.... if your a trucker. The bright side is if youve here before then you know what to EXPECT.

Maybe I got lucky, or maybe this place has improved since most reviews were written, but the staff was friendly and they had me unloaded in about an hour with the lumper prepaid by the shipper. Dock lines are really faded, but other than that no complaints!

Didnt have a problem here. App was 9am, I showed up at 8:30am, and I was out around 10am. I was hauling Kellogg load, and didnt have lumper fee and counting..

WARNING WARNING WARNING to all DRIVERS who plan to deliver to this facility....get your detention slip ready...my drivers appointment was at 0630 ( he arrived at 530 and was put into a door at 6AM) He is still there and is being told they do not pay detention and they will not have him out until 1700 this evening! If you find you are taking a load here, I reccommend giving it back unless you are 100% desperate for a load. We would rather deal with a grocery warehouse!PS : It I could put zero stars I would

Horrible place to work. Very high turn over . Lucky if ppl stay a full day job is easy they just on ur back for every little thing. Always writing people up very chance they can . People on there phones . Hi lo drivers playing there music as they driving past . They treat u like crap wist than jail.

5 hours to unload not good place

Ok. Park at curb b4 you walk up to gourd shack..... unloading was and hour for the 4 pallets we had.... lump fee is crazy at 180 for 4 pallets that did not need sorting as each pallet only had 1 product on. They do not take cash but do take most checks and credit cards!!!! Takes longer for them to verify product then unload. 3 is for the outrageous cost of the lumpers

This is the worst place in north America. i was late an hour and a half and they refused the load. the broker CH Robinson which is a good broker had to reschedule the appointment and guss what, they gave them an appointment for three days later. worst place ever! i will never come here again. i wish they run out of business ASAP.

Slow

Not bad place to work, address is correct but the location marker is wrong it led me to a dead end residential street. Got off of 96 W turned on to Novi Rd and was supposed to go straight then turn onto Gen Mar but instead it told me to turn onto Grand River then Clark then Dason straight to a dead end on a residential. Due to this I got lost trying to find my own way drove around for 16 minutes till I found it. Please fix this.

Appt time @0630 got here around 0545 guard wasnt hortiblebut could have been a little more helpful, got door instantly hot checked in and bavk to the truck at 0600 now its almost 0800 and not a single pallet had been touched on the trailer.

Checked in 0915 checked out 1315 made me late to my last stop

6 hours in a dock and still not unloaded. Will never take a load to cvs again. Security is not the nicest. Employes i guess dont give a $#[^% its 12:05 they probably taking union lunch now, Im sitting in my truck.

Would be nice if there were signs telling u to park along curb b4 u pull up to gate to check in.. Guard wouldnt open window but instead preceesed to yell and mouth the words like I can hear her and understand her. Then proceeds to call inside to complain that I was bitchy hmmm wonder why.. When I do park and go in she still yell at me without opening window to come in. Doesnt say anything to me but go to your truck Ill come get u so I say sure u will sarcastically ..now Im getting calls from them chewing me out great looks like all day here. Also love paying $442.76 for a lumper. Load barely paid that much to haul

Rude Security Guard, ignorant employees clueless to truckers needs. 5 hours to unload & they Overcharge Lumper fees. I was empty in kess than 2 hours but even with a verified seal Intact, they wasted 3 more hours of my time counting & stacking. Thats wgat I calk ignorant & just plain stupid.

Never had a problem.. I mean you have to stay on top of the lumper are lazy and make sure you have a check for the fee or else they wont unload you

These folks here were awrsome. Kirk took my trlr n got me checked n as a drop n got me processed rite on thru. Even tho I was two days early they were glad. We had a trailer that was there that had issues they were OK with me working on it there in the back of their blue line facility lot. Even got to cut up n joke with the guys in guard shack a lil. Older gentleman was training a new guy there. Old school outfitt. Like that about yall. I know they both got their workout that day dealing with the unpredictable direction of the planners safety people n coordinates at the comp I drive for. But they were patient n understanding n nice. Thanks guys.

This is the worst. A warehouse at the end of a culdesac, where large trucks make deliveries. No signs on the street, saying what to do. Then when youre totally out of position, they tell you to park on the street. Where 10 other trucks need to park, too, until they give you a door. And the people working for CVS say nothing -- they just keep their heads down and ignore the chaos going on in front of them -- chaos caused by CVS.

Runs by appointment,,, dont drive up to guard shack, until youve WALKED to the guard and take care of paperwork,,, do not show up more than hour before appointment,, limited parking on the streets,,, once in,,, half hour to unload full load,,, 45 minutes to get paperwork back as they count it,,, Lumper for my load $245.00,,,17 pallets,,, scam,,, read all rules on the wall also,,,, they wont tell you about,,, the green and red lights (youll see) or the chocks,,,, or the paperwork,, or the..?..?.. lol,,,, however,, I had 9am,, was docked at 855am,,,was leaving at 1000am,,,, so,,,...

Very very bad experience never had such a horrible experience anywhere else , you see green light when you go inside to get your paper work they say that they are waiting on unloading guys to bring the papers .

One hour for unloading 18 pallets and 3!!! for count product.

Overall bad place to deliver... dock works are wholeheartedly unmotivated to do work...if you deliver here make sure you pester the dock guys

Horrible Security people. Dont know how to deal with a 53 feet long truck.There is no sign to park before check in.Got at the gate then security girl told me to turn around on a 53 feet long trailer and park on street and then check in.
