I decided to purchase a piece of glass for my newly refinished dining room table. Michelle took my order over the phone.She recommended 1 large piece of tempered glass. She sent Christian to take my table measurements. Bryan and Ian delivered my glass. They were very careful and wiped it down nicely. They applied clear plastic discs in between my maple finished table and the glass they brought. The glass elevated my entire dining room aesthetic adding a more polished feel to the over all appearance.

Ive had Old Town Glass cut a few small panes of glass and some custom mirrors. I love how they treat me so nice and are so helpful even though my orders are so insubstantial. I even screwed up on my measurements and they recut the glass for no charge. Good people, good business and always a great experience.

I was planning to replace my existing metal windows with upgraded wood windows. A salesman, Aaron, came to my home and measured. I asked Aaron how many jobs like mine Old Town Glass did per year. He told me 3 or 4 homes. I was told that I would get the estimate by the middle of the next week. After 2 weeks I still had not heard back from OTG. I called and was told someone would get back to me. A gentleman called me back a couple of days later and said they were finalizing the numbers and would get back to me. After 3 weeks I still had not heard back, and again called was told someone would get back to me. 3.5 weeks after the salesman visited my home, the receptionist called and left a voice message on my cell stating that the job was beyond their capability and gave me the name of a contractor. When I called and talked to the receptionist to find out why this took so long, she said the paperwork had sat on someones desk and was apparently left in limbo for a time. Really OTG? That is your business model?
