The staff there was most helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out what the best equipment was for us to rent for our job. I would definitely recommend these guys. They take their time to explain the options and even recommend what they think would be best. Two thumbs up!

I have been renting trucks and equipment from all star rentals for years, reliable company, guys at the counter excellent!!! At the field with the equipment knowledgeable and always have a solution for an inconvenient. For me when they have no trucks available, they look for another place where they may have it available, reserved for me and I’m happy for all!!

Love these guys. The staff at all four locations we have worked with have been, without exception, courteous, helpful, and straightforward. They have a lot of equipment, and the one time we had a problem with one of their machines they helped us swap it out instantly and without any hassle.

These guys are the biggest rip off charging $4.99 per gallon for propane. Talk about highway robbery. With gas prices down every where else it’s less that $3.00. I would not recommend giving your hard earned dollar to this business

Excellent service for a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. I rented a 5hp tiller and it was easy to use and worked great. Delivery and pick up were easy as well. Definitely a good place to keep in mind when you need to rent equipment.

Great selection and friendly staff, but the prices online do not necessarily reflect the actual price. They include a disclaimer on the website about prices changing, but I feel prices should be updated on the web immediately. It doesnt take almost any time, and it avoids setting the wrong expectation. Call and get the price over the phone if you want to be sure.

Great! I rented a jackhammer that didnt perform as I had anticipated and I brought it back in to rent a larger one, and the gentleman that helped me was very accommodating and gave it to me for a discounted rate. The larger jackhammer ended up doing the job right. Definitely will return for my rental needs in the future.

Lousey and horrible customer service.Was not told that a bit for a jackhammer needed insurance. Rented hammer with two bits within less than one minute the bit broke in half, so for 4 hours I had to use an inferior bit.When I dropped off, the guy said Id be charged $35.00 for the broken bit. I talked to manager next day who told me sorry man youll be charged full price for the broken bit and by the way, take your business elsewhere!Extremely rude and unprofessional.If there was a half star or less, thats what Id use. However the exmilitary mechanic was awesome and helpful.
