Horrible experience they need to learn how to properly do taxes. Had to go to Jackson Hewitt to fix the mistakes made because they wouldnt return my multiple phone calls. Big waste of time. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They were very patient and helpful and answered my questions and the staff are all professional, and I left very satisfied with how smoothly everything went, from start to finish.

Ive done my taxes many year and this year was just an awful experience here i am coming up on the 21 day mark and received nothing ct was sent almost 2 weeks after I first filed I have yet to receive anything all I know is if my refund takes longer then 10 for ct and longer then 21 for federal I want a refund of the money that I paid to have my taxes done its bs im still waiting every year never a problem received before the 2 week mark now we in the 3 week mark and I still have nothing i paid almost 400 for a return to be late and to continue to have problems im finding a new tax place next year this place is ridiculous

I was pleased with the speed, explanations and suggestions I received.

Id give leas than 1 start at this point. Decided to do the drop off service and theyve had everything for over a week now. They called last week for me to come in and sign papers, yet everytime I show up (which has been 3 times) the front desk says the papers arent available because the tax preparers didnt print them, so theyll leave a note for my tax preparer. Three days in a row I showed up, and still no papers to sign and they wont return phone calls

Tax preparer knowledge ( lack of) pricing

This is not the first time we used H&R Block to do out and each time they do a great job. Some years we have a complicated tax year and other years the taxes are rather easy to complete.
