The team went above and beyond to replace my old concrete window wells that were not up to code. Cutting out concrete wells seems about the worst possible job. When I told Neil that I had a very important phone call during the installation (I was not able to use headphones for this one) he adjusted the crews schedule so that I did not have to compete with loud construction noise during that meeting. That kind of care and consideration left me speechless. The new wells are great, pricing and reliability is top notch. Would DEFINITELY recommend Window Well Guardian to anyone needing wells.

They started on time and finished on time, cleaned after the work was completed, refiled the rocks around the window wells which made our yard look so much better. The new windows wells look great. What a great experience! I was looking for some window well covers and reached out to Neil for a quote. He responded promptly and provided a good price for 2 window well covers. He came out the following day to do the measurements and the final product was finished 2 days earlier than expected! I will definitely reach out to him the next time I need work done to my house!

Neil came out to give me a cost estimate and let me know his timeline. Due to weather concerns and some concrete work I was having done, I asked if it would be possible to move the job up at all. He was able to squeeze me in and went over and beyond to get my job done. These guys are awesome! They were on time, neat and tidy, super hard workers and they were also really, really nice guys. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the window wells look great! They had to partially tear down some block that had been glued together in order to install the window wells and they stacked the blocks neatly and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!

Replaced window well but did not provided covers that were contracted for two windows. Have called several times since June to find out when the covers would be provided. No response. Finally spoke to owner in early Sept. Promised to have covers delivered and placed. Still has not been done. Cannot recommend this company

I had 4 seven foot deep egress window wells that needed to be replaced. Knowing how complex and difficult the job is, Neil from Window Well Guarian was the only one that gave me the confidence that it can be done. I couldnt believe how organized and skilled his crew is. Since the space was narrow and no machinery can be used they mounted the cranes and manually dug out the old wells. It was an impressive feat of skill, labor and overall organization. The job was done in two days, which was impressive given the complexity. This company is an example how to do things right. Its a rarity these days with everyone trying to make a cut corners and surprise homeowners with additional charges.

Neil and his team did a great job. They were $1000.00 less than some of the quotes I received. They were punctual and completed two window well replacements in one day, although they thought is might take two. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I am personally vouching for the Window Well Guardian company, as they installed top-notch covers on my own home, and NEVER, did they EVER attempt to defraud me or act in any other way but complete professionalism, so here is my advice to the competition that did this: If you cannot compete head-to-head, and must resort to such shady tactics, how in the world do you believe that it will not come back on you?? Call it karma, call Him God, whatever you choose, all I know from being in business on my own for almost 40 years is: YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!
