Sharon went out of her way to get something for me that they had but didnt display yet. Great employees here. 4 stars just bc theres usually only 1 register open and sometimes theres a huge line with no help. One time she even called on the intercom for register backup 4 times but no one responded so she had to deal with a huge line by herself along with ppl needing help with balloons and other stuff on the side. Not her fault and i felt bad.Also, theres not much price signs other than $1 so it makes you assume that everything is $1 but its not. Most are, but not all.

Loved this dollar tree!! It’s pretty far away from where I live but totally worth the drive! I loved how they kept reminding people to social distance and everything was pretty well stocked compared to other locations. Overall loved walking around and shopping.

Went today. The store has changed alot! Everything has been moved around and not everything is a dollar anymore. They added alot of items that are priced above a dollar, similar to Dollar General. Liked it the old way. Seems like stock of dollar items has decreased to accommodate higher priced items. Great staff though!

Im trying to think of something unique to say but I cant come up with nothing. Its a dollar tree seen one seen them all the difference is there employees. This store has a very nice staff, willing to help when needed and answer questions about there products are what they did this morning. The store was clean and fully stocked and a big plus was the parking lot. Big plenty of room to park where you choose well lit for stranger danger . Now the closer. After a hour at the dollar tree where everything is truly a dollar and 35.00 dollars later the liquor store is a few shops down for a well deserved cold beer and a bag of dollar chips that actually aint that bad .

I found some great new items this trip. I think they had just replenished & restocked the shelves. I would have given 5/5 stars except the cashier was really rude & would NOT shut up about having to check another customer & myself out still. I understand it was 9 & she would have liked to be completely closed, however you dont bi$*h & moan in front of let alone to the customer! HORRIBLE customer service!!

My family member was in line at this store wondering what was going on today at 110 pm. The line was 20 people deep. So I called seeing what was happening. The person who answered was very very sweet. With all that pressure of being the only cashier there, and having angry guests. I believe the person who answered the phone has the best customer service. Especially in such a terrible situation. So if you know who was working today 12/30/2020 at the time above. Give your self a hug and thank you for not ripping my head off. You’re amazing.

I noticed that some things are no longer just $1.00....some things are now $3 and $5.

They only had two cashiers and it was busy. And I was in line for had about 5 to 7 Minutes in it was in pain but the blonde headed lady she really moved fast so I went to her register so that I could get out of there

When you need to save money this is the store you need. There are some name brand items dirt cheap. I found the items I needed in stock. If you want to save money come here to Dollar Tree!

This one is well stocked and kind workers. Just the people in the parking lot can get a little sketchy some times.

Terrific friendly staff and excellent selection. For example, we needed birthday balloons and they not only had a terrific selection (more than other stores) but already had a bunch inflated so I could grab and go!

It was clean and stocked.This is the first time Ive been in the store for along time that Im able to get the stuff I needed.

The daytime manager said his name was D who knows if that’s true or not I couldn’t really understand him him but we asked him to fill the helium balloon that we purchased at another store on top of buying six other balloons and he denied us the simple service then when we said we would pay for another balloon he’s still put his foot down I think that’s a really lame on top of that he appeared to be really uneasy as if he was on drugs or something odd and there was a line out the door instead of him putting another cashier on the other line he just sat there as if the guy was like his own personal servant or some thing didn’t even put another person to help as a cashier so people had to sit there and wait for no reason plus no one was wearing their mask

Love that store in northglen shelves are always stocked and they always get you through the check out line quickly?

Love this place for greeting cards, household cleaners & cheap activities & toys for grandkids. They must have started using a new greeting card company, as their was a huge variety of cards & they were well organized.

Love it. Everything is one 💵 dollar.

Went for wrapping paper and cards for money.they always have and cheep cause all people do is rip the wrapping paper and cards and just trash them when therecdone.

They never seem to have the regular larger mirrors in stock

It’s my store neighbor, they need to hired more people to stock the merchandise or if you have enough crew they need to get over!! I was there 4 times this week and they have the same boxes, in the same place🙄i have to drive to Thornton store.

Went to this Dollar Tree just the other day.. Out of the four I semi frequent this is probably my second favorite.. I can’t really put my finger on it - but the Dollar Tree s in the north sub- burbs don’t seem to have as much stuff as the ones down South.. but it’s fine . In and out real quick ..

Great prices, an even better selection, and the staff here are typically rather friendly compared to other locations.At first the lines were long and I was not having a great experience, but they quickly opened a new register. I had a good experience for having gone to a dollar tree.I would recommend this place to anyone looking to save some money.

One of the employees was very rude, her name was Cristiana I believe.

They do not even deserve one star. they are very rude. We went in to get he family size boxes of lucky charms that were there. The manager said they could have the only banana nut lucky charms the remaining 50 boxes she was taking home to her family. She said they get them for half price and she was taking all the other flavors. When i asked why she did that she said because she can. I feel like taking a few boxes is okay but all that is shipped to the store is unfair. When i called the store manager Daidra (she confirmed she was the store manager)the next day she basically said i was a liar and that did not happen. Very disappointed. Oh yea almost forgot the bathroom is disgusting. I wouldnt let my dog go to the bathroom in there. I only gave one star because if you do not give at least one it will not let you post.

Hard to believe 5 stars for a Dollar Tree, but this is by far the cleanest, most well organized, and most well stocked Dollar Tree Ive ever been in. Not only that, but the staff are super friendly, helpful, attentive, efficient, and they have a tidy appearance. Dollar Tree might consider using this example in other locations. Our checkout clerks name was Christine (or Christina), and she was very kind.

I was here yesterday to pick up a vase for my daughters party. I found one here, that I hadnt seen at any other dollar tree. While there, I heard a woman with a raspy voice badgering and speaking rudely and belittling her new trainee about stocking shelves.Luckily when i called this morning to ask for more of these same vases, the same woman (Dee) answered and told me she was completely SOLD OUT of these vases without even taking a second to check. She was super rude and short with me.My better judgment figured she was lying, so I came to double check. I am here now and of course, there atleast 2 dozen of these vases on the shelf.THANKS DEE FOR BEING RUDE AND USELESS. The other stores I called after were so gracious and helpful.I mean, had the sku#, i wasnt asking for much Dee, just for you to do your job!!

They had black mold in the coolers that they are selling pop out of. They should clean it up.

My husband and I just walked out of there. The store was in shambles, the line(yes 1 line) was backed up half way through the store AND there was a very heavy police presence. There was one man and one lady( she finally made her presence known) and they were allowing people to cut back and forth from line to line because one was going faster than the other. When it happened to us we left our basket right there and left. One of the worst shopping experiences ever.

I love strolling the Dollar Tree! I always find something I didnt know existed for the right price. Many times I find everyday items and stock up. Thanks Dollar Tree!

Usually no problems but when I went to get some last minute birthday party supplies the store was not open. Given that there was a time change I came back in an hour and still nothe open. I was kind of upset I had to spend 17 dollars at another place for three items when I would have rather gotten more bang for my buck and probably would have spent just as much here but couldnt because the employees decided not to show up today.

For a dollar store it is great. One of the bigger ones and is kept well stocked. Lots of parking as well.

Visit was approximately 1515 only one cashier 6 customers in line, store looked better then Ive experienced cashier was very speedy and friendly... Overall visit was 8 out of 10...

Clean and neat. The sales person couldnt answer question on items they may have in stock.

The people were very nice I found what I needed and then a few extra little goodies that are new in the store Im always pleased pretty much with Dollar Tree I buy too much stuff though I have to admit haha

Not a bad location- although they shorted me one whole bag of items I purchased. I couldnt turn back because we were passing through town hours away.

Ok place to buy cheap stuff however its very dirty I got sick from shopping there. Just be careful dont go here a lot of stuff was open when I told the store manager she rolled her eyes and laughed at me.

I have shopped at this Dollar Tree for some time, it seems to have gone down hill as far as clean. Asked for the restroom key and Tammy told me it needed toilet paper and hand soap. Ok I understand this but when you have 2 cashiers and only 3 customer you would think she would have gone and taken care of this. I went back up and asked again and she told me sorry but still has not been taken care of and to go across the parking lot to the restaurant and maybe they would let me use the restroom. To me this is NOT ok. I left my cart with about 25 dollars worth of merchandise and left the store , I will go to Walmart and pay the extra forthe stuff I need and that is what I did.

My kids and mines favorite store its super close to home and has pretty much everything!!!!! Ive had great customer service so far with them thankyou!
