Called Eric from Craigslist, taking a chance on his services with my business computers. Responded right away, set an appointment for my business to network 6 machines and printers. Showed up early, very friendly, took my instructions and went to work. Within 2 hours all machines networked, all printers online and functioning. Answered questions while he worked, deleted a lousy security program and installed a better free option. Isnt this the way service is supposed to be delivered?!
