Very unprofessional place. Kids running around the facility, rude customer service. Leads do whatever they want. No communication whatsoever. very poor quality. Everyone there is rude. Do not recommend coming here again.

EcoTreck did mold mitigation for us after a water event. They were very thorough. They did a wonderful job on both mold mitigation and crawlspace encapsulation. They were very accommodating in doing extras that we requested.

I had some great work done by ecotreck years ago in our old house. We now have some mold issue in our new house. We received an estimate but i had to follow up several times to get on the schedule and the customer service rep has been unresponsive to my latest request. Maybe the $$$ amount is not worth it for them? Idk. But i wont be using them anymore. Pretty disappointing.
