We were very happy with the work that Bartlett did. We did have an issue arise during service that needed repair, but their customer service is AMAZING and they were very responsive to the problem and handled everything very professionally and promptly, we are understanding that accidents happen, especially with a very large tree needing removed. They left our yard immaculate after the tree removal that other than the tree no longer there you couldnt even tell they had been on our property. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bartlett was great- I needed some treatments on some trees and some trees removed. Dave did not try to upsell me on things that werent necessary and he was honest about the ongoing care my trees need. They did a great job with removal- efficient and good clean up.

I had to wait 2 weeks for someone come out and look at my trees. I was very impressed and was actually excited to get my quote. As long as it was within budget then I was absolutely going to sign with them. I was told I would have a quote in the next day or two. I never received it. So I waited a week and called the office who said they would follow up with the arborist and call me right back. I never got a call back. Now I followed up again (over a week and a half later). The secretary told me she will call the arborist again and call me back within a few minutes. Another no call. Theyre obviously far too busy to even return phone calls. Not good business. Thankfully I didnt go with them. I would probably never get the work done

We called Bartlett because we have an issue with ticks and mosquitos. Evan came and gave me pointers on things I can do on my own and the services they offer. He was completely transparent and helpful. They take a more holistic, natural approach - something important for us.

Maybe if you’re going to hire people that blow stop signs and nearly t-bone other cars, don’t put your company name on the side of the vehicle.
