Just had my laptop fixed by SNECS and would like to add my two cents to the matter. First off, I was greeted with incredibly low prices for my problem and he even added a Norton Anti-virus protection into the mix of things as well as notice that the owner was polite, respectful, and defiantly knowledgeable on repairing technology. Also, the speed and perfection to which he addresses every problem is amazing as he works singlehandedly to take on dozens of computers a week. Kudos to SNECS in Johnston and keep up the good work. I attempted a reformat of my old laptop hard drive and while I was successful in reinstalling windows xp I realized after the fact that I didnt have all the drivers backed up to reinstall.Realizing I was in over my head I took my laptop to the TSNECS and let them finish the job correctly. While they had the computer for a couple of days they only charged me for one hour of actual work time which was fantastic considering the laptop is 6 years old.Their service was great and Im happy that I could support a local worker owned computer repair shop. If I ever get into another jam with my technology I will definitely use them again.
