The cashier was very nice despite a long line. Her register was the only one open, though, so the line is expected. The shelves were pretty bare but there werent boxes all over the store.

Employees greet you as you enter! Theyre very helpful. I feel that they need more workers because there were cases of merchandise stacked everywhere, yet their shelves were bare.

I absolutely LOVE the dollar tree and I do most of my shopping there and have had no bad experiences with the workers. Well today definitely changed that. I called the store to see if they had baking soda and vinegar, the lady who answered the phone had an attitude with me as soon as she picked up the phone, I proceeded and said “hi, I was wondering if you guys had any baking soda and vinegar?” She took no time at all with her reply and said “no”, then hung up the phone immediately after saying no. I’ve worked in the customer service industry all my life so I know how demanding, rude customers can be physically exhausting but I felt as if she put no effort into treating me like a customer.

As expected, everything is $1. Store was a disaster, complete mess. Freight all over the store blocking merchandise to be purchased. The boxes piled up so high to be unsafe. Seems like the store is behind on truck by months. Backroom looks to be completely full of freight as well and is overflowing into the floor space for the balloon and office area. Missing some ceiling tiles and had leaking water from that. Needs a lot of work. Unsafe for children and families and could be an OSHA nightmare.

They need help store is over crowded with boxes. But I love the TREE!!!!!

4 stars because you can still find some great bargains. However, they are still having stocking issues and it is the only one in town, so stuff sells out very quickly.

I love this store! It needs to be bigger because they have hard time keeping up with demand. I stopped going for about 9 months stopping in and looking but NO crafts at all. No ribbon no nothing for almost a year. Looks like new manager because its stocked and ALOT of stuff. Nice crafting. Clean, nice managers and employees.

Man I wish I would have started my Christmas shopping there instead of the other way around. I now know better for next year!

Well this place was an uncalled for disaster when I first came to North Platte and over the first several months. But is the last month or so I hesitantly came in there, and was totally amazed. It must have a new manager, someone that cares about their store and their customers. And it looks very nice now well-organized for the most part. Now I dont mind so much shopping there.

I was disappointed that although it seems like they have a mask policy in place, they werent enforcing it and the cashier was not even wearing her mask over her nose.

I walked into the door with my kids and commented on how cool it was that they were selling hula hoops for only $1. My son proceeded to pick one out and a sales associate named Karen snapped at him and told him that if he wasnt going to buy one, then he cant touch them. I asked her if they were not for sale, or what the deal was. Long story short, Dollar Tree lost our business. She continued to be rude and snarky.

While they generally have everything I need to purchase, Ive never been to a location where the lady manager (?) is so unprofessional and rude. Ive lived here my entire life and the last 3 times Ive been in, Ive been followed around the store like Im doing something wrong. Its troublesome, since Ive never stolen a thing in my life.So I will be shopping elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Seemed like half of the shelves and more than half of the fridge/freezers were empty. There were boxes EVERYWHERE so I suppose they were planning to stock up soon. Was informed by staff the frozen food truck only comes on Thurs. So it being Monday, we were out of luck.

Good size building. Refrigerator and freezer section. Good parking and by Walmart and Runza! And many other stores near by.

Boxes stacked everywhere, I was there yesterday and the same boxes in the same places.. 1 cashier long wait time. Ive been in a bunch of dollar trees and this one is horrible and doesnt have a lot of things the others do have.

Walked some distance only to find the store closed before the posted closing time. This is not the only Dollar Tree I have found closed earlier than the posted closing hour.
