09/23/2021 I went in there the first thing the gentleman in the front told me is that the wait is about 3 hours ,and I ask him why so long,he told me its because they are full at the moment when I look around it was only 2 people seated in the waiting room plus he said 3 people inside 1 doctor.OMG.....so I left and went to an other urgent care not far away from them an the service was great and fast.

Today is August 17th 2021. My chart id is 4013354. And FIN: 40019657968. The attending physicians name is Reyes Velazquez Yarelis. Dr. Reyes disregarded three of the reasons (severe swelling, headaches, and pain)for my visit even when I brought them up to her more than once. I assume it was because the COVID-19 test dominated her head space or something. Staff is lazy and incompetent. They show little to no care for the patients well-being. The gentleman at intake is sloppy and demonstrates poor attention to detail. He has everyone’s personal information spread out across his desk where anyone can easily view it and He obviously did not review my contracts and signatures because he would’ve seen that he had to give me a LivingWill packet because I requested one. He also didn’t realize that I removed part of the contract. They are however attentive to the monetary side of the visit. After waiting about two hours, I waited around another 1 1/2 hours to be told that my COVID-19 PCR test will not be submitted because the rapid antigen test according to them is suffice. Therefore completely ignoring my entire reason for visiting the facility today. Aside from that the triage nurse failed to update my chart as to which medications I’m currently taking and pharmacy I am using. Thus, sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. In short.. thanks for nothing! Photos below show the swelling in my feet and the ID numbers that I was given today.

Went in today with someone with elevated blood pressure, nausea and dizzy. Patient needed BP meds, apparently upon arrival was told they do not RX meds or do simple blood work. Its urgent care. Now the statement that they never give meds is crazy we were here last year to rule out a fracture which turned out to be muscular pain and they prescribed an Nsaid for my mom. Ive referred people and always left with meds prescribed.

Quick wait times. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were thorough in my visit, making sure I was okay, and helping me get better. Definitely would recommend for urgent non emergency medical needs.

My experience at Jackson Urgent Care with my Daughter that is 6 Years Old was amazing!!! great Customer Service Skills, the service was Fast everyone was very helpful... clean waiting area....clean room.. the Doctor was very patient and nice! Weve been here 3 times over the last year. The staff was kind and patient. The doctors have been so great! They answered all of my questions and tried their best to keep my kids calm. My only complaint is that the front desk staff can stand to be a little friendlier considering people are usually stressed when coming in.

I usually dont write reviews but it was my first time at this Urgent Care and Zurelys the nurse was amazing, caring, and so kind! Dr. Stephen Henry also took his time to discuss my concerns with me, he was so chill yet knowledgeable. The Resp. Therapist/ x-ray tech was very nice as well. Overall great staff! Although I was there for a pretty long time, I am satisfied by the level of care.

DONT TRUST THEIR HOURS! Apparently they are NOT open until 8pm. Our child had a high fever this evening and we arrived at 7:41pm tonight and the doors were open, their were other patients inside..... they told us that they were closed, without even asking what was wrong. They could not have cared less about our child. They only were interested in getting home. Personally I would not trust them

This place is an amazing with a great staff and very clean. It was the second time I used this place and I was not disappointed. I had dropped a heavy object on my toe and was in excruciating pain. I was at the door at 8 am and by 815, I was already checked in and talking to the doctor. To make the long story short, I was out of there by 855, with my toe all bandaged up and ready to go.😊

No patient privacy! horrible horrible nurse Latiya saw me and just gave me the cold look. She was talking to somebody else on her airpods while getting my health information so whoever is on the other line was listening to me giving my informaton. So much or patient privacy. I would never entrust my health information here ever again.

This has to be the worst urgent care clinic in the world. I walked in with 2 little boys passing out with a fewer. The first thing the gentleman at the front desk said was; the wait time is 3 hours. Terrible terrible terrible experience if you really need urgent care do not go there.

Took my almost 90 year old mom to this UM-Health / Jackson Health urgent care with an injured ankle / fracture after a fall.The quality care level was Excellent from every person we encountered. The RN, Zurelys, Dr Su & the X-ray tech showed great professionalism & empathy to an elderly person with acute pain.I greatly appreciate the superb care & based on our experience, can only highly recommend this center.

I came to the Uhealth Jackson Urgent Care Keystone Point (North Miami, FL) because the website indicated the wait to be 20 minutes. I have been in the lobby for one hour and 35 minutes so far and there’s no end in sight. If your matter is really urgent this is not the place to come.

I live near by and have visited this Urgent Care twice. The staff is great. They are very polite, kind, and understanding. The wait has never been long, less than 30 minutes if that. They listen to you and provide quick efficent service. I highly recommend.

Gave me the wrong medication that couldve seriously injured me if I took it then sent it to the wrong pharmacy, basically was rude over the phone they said they would call me back after they fixed it. they never did, when I tried to explain I had already called back four times for a different pharmacy they didnt care. Barely tried to fix this issue for me that they created due to not listening to patients. Plus I was even asked while I was there being treated which pharmacy to send it to I said the one I wanted multiple times. Still no changes and now I have to risk having a serious episode tonight because there is no way to get my medication.I will never be going back and if you guys do go please be cautious. oh I have a different email on this but if they see this my name is olivia I was there this morning im sure youll remember me.Lastly do better you put an already sick person more at risk with this lack of care and listening skills.

I walked in with back, shoulder and arm pain. The first thing I am being told is that the wait time is an hour. Two patients in front of me to go in with two already inside. The hour wait time did not push me away. The pain I have is unbearable but I can wait my turn. 20 minutes after I arrive a couple comes in, the wife advises that the husband is dizzy. The wife was advise it is an hour wait time. 45 to an hour wait time the two patient in front of me are called in and following them is the gentleman who is dizzy. I get up and I question why was I not next. I am being told that he is called in first because of his condition. When I asked how do you know which condition is more of an urgency I am advised he has chest pains. You can correct me if I am wrong: but you don’t give out medical information to anyone unless it is the patient . Secondly if you have chest pain the first thing you do is go to emergency via 911 or someone drives you there. Nevertheless if he had chest pains why was he advise it is an hour wait time and not to call 911. Why would his wife put him in harms way by accepting to wait an hour. This is so not acceptable....

Zero stars. Awful costumer service everybody is in a bad mood and rude, the wait is ridiculous total opposite of “Urgent care” which is very ironic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here…

I have a lump on my neck was hurting me bad and I am scare about it and pain on my hear and inflammation my eye like pink eye..They prescribed amoxicillin and steroids for possible infection. My question is infection where? Couldnt they do a blood test ? How come you prescribe meds to something so delicate to se what happens..and she Sayd if this does not relieve the problem see a primary dr.So they prescribe randomly to see if they were right? How do they know I have an infection and if thats the case..why they didnt tell me where the Infection is.and the girl was young she looks more like a nurse practitioner.. I am still in pain problem is there..I dont know if stop meds and go to the emergency room..they I dont want to get covid there. Disappointed!!! Zero starts

I am really disappointed in the Urgent cares around Key Stone area. I went to UHealth with a cold I had for 3 weeks. The Dr. Or Student practicing to be a Dr told me I needed the z pack. I went to my Dr next day to find out I only needed Flonase. I dont have insurance and they charge 400 for a 5 minute visit. You spend more time waiting. I dont recommend going to Urgent Cares!

Wonderful, efficient, and effective staff. Great at communicating with you regarding your ailments, effort was made to maintain my privacy, and the services rendered were done so in a very efficient manner. Cannot recommend highly enough. Whereas compared to other urgent care clinics in the area, here, they try their very best to treat you instead of my past experiences where Ive been told you should have gone to the ER. Not everyone can afford that, time or money-wise, and thats part of the point of urgent care!!! Superior marks all around. A special shout-out to Dr. Fish, who was my treating physician. She was great! The rest of their staff was equally wonderful. Thank you all for your services.

Efficient and kind staff. Excellent explanations as to why they were doing what they were doing. Andrew and Dr. Eloi demonstrated such patience and compassion with my son. I feel lucky to have this center in our neighborhood.

That is a bad place to go as a urgent care I was waiting 3 hours in a room after a while and took the money I gave them without any help they just told me to go to Jackson hospital and that is it. They took $220 from me just to tell me to go to another hospital I am very frustrated I want my money back!!!

Took awhile to see the good doctor but worth the wait. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. The doctor was kind and spent as much time as needed.

Rude employee and unwilling to help. I’ve been coming here for years but all it takes is 5 minutes to ruin a good reputation. Say thanks to the bald guy that was at the door.

Doctor refused to treat me. I came into this facility having first called to confirm they can do an IV. I was severely dehydrated with the flu and hadnt eaten or taken in much fluids in 48 hours. I was in terrible shape, laying in the fetal position on a bench in their waiting room. When the doctor saw me I told her I need an IV, but she refused to give it, saying it wouldnt help my abdominal pains. I was clearly dehydrated but she did not care and suggested I go the to ER, which I did. The first thing they did was put in an IV. Im no doctor, but neither was the female doctor at this facility. They were happy to take my money, but to offer me treatment to a clear case of dehydration... she had no interest. It was a total waste of time as I lay there unable to function and then have to go to another location. This fake doctor needs to be fired.

First time trying UHealth Jackson Urgent Care. Went because they had X-ray machine and could evaluate if none was broke or something else. Very friendly staff. Clean. Quick. Dr. Fisher was great. Will definitely go back in the future, if need.

I brought my daughter in with a very painful migraine. Although we arrived right before the office was about to close, Dr. Stephen Henry and the staff serving that night were amazing. Dr. Henry welcomed us and evaluated her quickly. He was so understanding of what she was going thru. They were very caring and professional doing everything they could to alleviate the pain. My daughter stated that she felt very comfortable with the doctor and nurses. We are grateful for the nurse MS. MIRIAM PEREZ. Ms. Perez gave my daughter advice to prevent future migraines and accommodated her to feel relief.

It was my 2nd visit to the Urgent Care and I was STILL IMPRESSED and APPRECIATIVE!! First time was with my son and they took great care with him. It makes a great difference when you feel at ease with medical issues and your child!! When I had to go to urgent care, I immediately thought of my previous North Miami experience. These people are scammers. I went to there urgent care in June of this year, and doctor didnt do anything. I was better off going CVS mini clinic. They took my $75 co-pay then I received a bill for $80 which is sent to collection.

If you go here and have insurance make sure your insurance is in-network. They will not tell you. They took my $30 co-pay and didn’t tell me I was out of network. I then received a bill for $280. They charged my friend $150 without insurance and said if you have insurance you are billed differently at $406. Such a scam. Seems like a pricing scam to rip off insurance companies and collect cash from the uninsured.

Courteous and fast walk in urgent health care facility. I was treated faster for my health issue than going to my own doctor office.

I had a serious asthma attack , when I arrived to the Urgent Care , I was greeted by the admission person who was super pleasant and amicable. then he rushed me to the back for the nurse to treat me, the Medical Assistant who was working that day (Saturday April 21st. 2018 ) not only felt like she did not want to working but also was very disconnected, non friendly and lacked the knowledge to treat patients with my health condition (astma), I felt outraged and decided to leave after waiting for more than 25 mnts. I was contacted later on by the Director of the UC, apologizing for what was done. I told her I would not send my worse enemy to that place and that I was planning to write to the main hospital Adm. to insure no other patient is treated the way I was treated. I ended up going to another UC down the block from this one, where I was treated with respect and kindness. I pay high money for my insurance, therefore i expect to be treated medically according to my medical needs at a time of health crisis. Never again!!!!!

Doctor didn’t do anything, came in with a huge attitude and charged me $150 to tell me to drink lots of fluids. I had high fever, body aches, but because the rapid flu test came back negative (a test with a high false negative rate) he didn’t prescribe me any Tamiflu. Will never be going to this urgent care again.

I went in to get a bursitis on my elbow drained. When i walked in i spoke to the front desk staff and told them specifically i need this drained, the front desk staff said you sure do. They put me through the entire process just to have a doctor tell me that they dont do that procedure. I obviosly complained about wasting my time and billing my insurance only to have another member of there staff treat me in a sarcastic and mildly aggressive manner. With so many choices in urgent care why would you go somewhere so incredibly disorganized and incompotent. To make matters worse after i told the doctor that i didnt want medication and the staff knew the procedure that I needed prior to my intake he still prescribed me medication just to complete whatever they needed to justify billing my insurance.Dont do it.

I went to have stitches removed and the staff here could not have been nicer or more efficient. I hope that I dont have to go to Urgent Care often, but if I do again, Ill have no hesitation about going here.

Call before coming and ask how many doctors are available. I wait almost 3 hs to see the doctor there was only one doctor and I had 9 patients before me.

They were so lovely and Professional,I was not feeling good,I came inn with a cold and Im pregnant at this moment with 14 weeks,reason why It was a very worrying time for me,They took care of me in the most gentle way and see me even having Medicaid which is really hard to find a place that does it.

Awful customer service. 1) They gave me the wrong person prescription 2) Once the doctor gave me my prescription did not even apologize for 3) The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Never again.

Had to go to the doctor during my trip to the USA due to tonsillitis. At this place it was my turn (without appointment or similar) after 10 minutes. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the nurse and doctor who treated me. Basic fee to see the doctor is the usual $ 150 + possibly additional examinations. I would have imagined the procedure worse (longer) and was therefore pleasantly surprised.
