Ive been here once before to get just my eyebrows waxed while my partner was getting a haircut at Supercuts. Today, he needed to get another haircut and I suggested Supercuts in the Home Depot plaza so I can go back to Java Nails to get my eyebrows done because they did such a great job the first time. Supercuts had a long wait, so I got the eyebrow wax and also wanted a pedicure while I waited for my partner to be done. I decided to go for the jelly pedicure and was pleasantly surprised with how it felt on my feet in the tub. I was comfortable, the massage chair was hitting the right spots, and my nail tech was gentle. She did a great job and even gave me advice on toe hangnails. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Im giving 4 stars because although she was great, she stood over me while I tipped and signed, so that was awkward.

They are so polite, professional. They take there time to make sure they do their work right and that you are satisfied… I will always recommend this place. Thank you

I sent my daughters to Java nails after receiving a good service. They charged both of my daughters $69.12 dollars for a gel pedicure. I did not get charged as much as them( we had the same services done). When one of my daughters asked about the price they threatened to call the police on her. My daughters both speak a Spanish and the employees did not know and began talking junk about my daughters in Spanish. I nor my daughters will be returning. Super unprofessional, not worth your time nor money. My daughters left with their toe nails facing outward. Truly disgusted and disappointed.

I love the service and atmosphere here. Everyone was very nice and I love my gel nails. They look very natural.

It was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was very impressed with how clean their facility is. The women here are very nice and professional. My husband and I got pedicures and we were very happy with the results. I recommend this place 100%. I will be a returning customer.

This is my first time I’ve ever had to write a review but I REALLY needed too! They charged me $69.12 for a pedicure that was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. They had no clue how to do my French gel the woman had to talk her through my pedicure. They gave me a weak massage (really they just put lotion on my legs and feet) they also put my feet in a tub without the plastic lining( not very sanitary). I am Puerto Rican so I understand Spanish very well so when I walked away I understood all the things they said about me. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend. I heard such good things about this place and such a shame that I will never return. Also I have no issue spending any amount of money on a pedicure, but at least make it a good one!

I love Java! I get the same gel manicure every time & it always lasts, never chips. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They’re super easy to make appointments with. I won’t go anywhere else in the north haven area- they are by far my favorite nail salon!

I found a Chinese - owned nail salon where I felt a kinship. We all had a great time talking about our manicure experience. The service is good, the cleaning is clean and the color is nice. I choose to come to this store in the future, because they wont let me down.

I had my brows waxed yesterday and my skin got burnt bad under each eyebrow. Don’t get your brows waxed here. They’re horrible.

I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure and the price was very reasonable. Very clean and clearly marked areas for social distancing. The staff is very nice and friendly, will definitely go back!

Worst nail shop, I went in there with my 2 kids , and myself they charge$300 just for little kids manicure and gel manicure for myself.They basically rob me. They first said$115, then at the end said $300.the lady was saying out loud if I am going to tip her in front of everybody in the salon and it.plus as I was getting my nails done a roach pass by me and the nail tech a normal thing I call several times to speak with the owner they keep hanging up the phone.

The worst gel manicure, poor quality, my nails was so thick, and she was running for take more and more clients she did my nails on less an hour.

Annie keeps the salon very clean and checked our temperatures upon arrival. My daughter and I had mani/pedis and they were very relaxing.

My daughter and I went to JAVA NAIL Spa today. Its a lovely nail shop. Good location and good service. While enjoying, you can even watch your favorite show. love it!

I wish I could give them negative stars. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl must have been new because the wax was almost cold and she only waxed the underside of my eye. I am all about you need to learn somewhere, but make sure someone is there supervising. I use to come here all the time when I worked close by and figured I was in the neighborhood I would go again. I paid them the $10.64 for it and then was questioned if I was going to tip. Here is a tip train your employees right and talk to customers with the decency that they deserve. I will never step in this place again and make it aware to everyone ideal with to never come here.

The worst experience ever!!! I booked an appointment for 6:30 pm. They close at 7 pm though they booked my appointment for 6:30. When they started my pedicure, at same place they were doing manicure. No massage for hands no clean up nothing else, straight away they just removed my nail polish and started doing new one. When I asked them to do, the lady works there was started talking to their owner in their own language and started laughing. The guy who was doing pedicure was awesome and doing his job gratefully. They were rushing to close the saloon. They didnt even allow me to dry my nails. and ask me to leave the place. The owner has ego and asked me to put the tip and forcefully she did that. I will never go again.

They give the best French gel nails and they last a long time! Anne is always friendly and does a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I specifically made the staff aware that it was my first visit. My french pedicure appeared okay. It was late in the day. I returned the next day for needed touch ups due to the rushed painting. I told to wait. They never addressed my issue, I finally asked if I could touch up my own nails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOO MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO SPEND MY MONEY AT JAVA NAILS!

This is my first and last visit to this salon, staff was rude and they dont sanitize (or clean) manicure utensils. Be careful to get some infection from their uncleaned utensils. They take out of a package and you think that they are clean. But after they did my nails the girl did not even sanitize or clean it and put manicure utensils back in a new greenish clear package ( and sealed it making the different costumer think its clean/new). I was in shock.

The absolute WORST pedicure I have ever gotten in my life!!!!!! LEFT THERE NOT WANTING TO PAY THEM. DID NOT TIP (I always leave a generous tip everywhere I go. Anyone who knows me knows they must be horrible for me not to tip). They got nail polish all over my toes and feet and didnt paint half my actual toe nails. I have never left a nail salon so furious in my life. NEVER GO THERE! Completely overpriced for people who do not even know how to do the job right. On top of it all they are RUDE! When i asked the man who did my pedicure if he could paint my full toe nails he gave me the biggest attitude and yanked on my feet. I do not even want to give this place one star because thats even being generous but I cannot post this without rating it.

If you have gel nail polish and want to wreck nails, ho here. I asked to use acetone and he he said ya,ya,ya. So I figured he was just breaking up the top cost with buffer before he put acetone on. Andy doesnt understand English is what problem was. So after growing out tips for 6 months, I have to start over againHe wrecked by filing edges toi, split ends after wrecked bed . Charged$ 32 for destroying my nails. Dont hire people who do t understands

I had my eyebrows waxed they dropped wax in my long blonde hair and on my new blouse. It was quite a struggle to get a refund. It’s a beautiful establishment but they were unapologetic and so I will never be returning here and I will not be referring any of my friends and family.

This post Im going to do in Spanish; Today we visited the java nails establishment where I can understand that everything was going well at the beginning. After doing the pedicure, my partner and my daughter go through to make the hands in which my partner is doing well. But we have a very unprofessional person working for customer service who was the one who attended my girl who has her graduation tomorrow. The service of the gentleman after that unprofessional had a hostile and even arrogant attitude in which the girl nervous and without knowing anything of what they are trying to talk or explain. Speaking in his language about the tip in which with only his attitude and work did not deserve and without finishing the work talking about the tip are two people and that if what was given is for the two in which he wanted that he was tipped to him and was first wrong and with attitude and I leave on the nails something blue to the girl in the end badly badly badly badly that person DOES NOT work with people !!!!!!!!!!! And they even offer you 5 dollars if you mention something good about them in google there is no months when the work is good the voice runs alone
