Stay away from Jiffy Lube East Martin town road at all cost. Car was running fine before going in for oil change and then drove like it was going to break down immediately after leaving. An issue that they refused to help resolve. All they kept saying was there was nothing more they could do. Go to see Kevin at precision tune on East Martin town road right down the road. He and his staff are great! Left there with great confidence!

First time going. I always assume places for car stuff will try to rip female off. I amazed . Staff was nice, opened door, explained what they did and recommend some. Even let me know about leak before they even starting work. Super fast and no pressure. Will definitely use them again and recommend to family members. And a car wash !!!

Quick and friendly service. I gave them three stars based on the fact that they told me my license plates lights were out. I choose not to have them changed and when I got home I checked them and they were working. I feel like they were just trying to make another sale on me. I am sure it comes from higher ups to try and pass sales. My suggestion make sure everything works before going so you dont have something changed that doesnt need to be changed. They also sad my battery was bad but my car starts with no issues.

These are kids literally..They were looking so lost..I told them I had no antifreeze and they said my antifreeze looked ok and that I just needed oil. I ended up taking my car to a real shop...I was almost lost my motor because of the lack of fluids. I’m a girl but I know a little something about cars...They were nice but COMPLETELY LOST!

Fast, efficient and followed guidelines for Covid. They presented us with choices and didnt try to high pressure sell. Very pleased.

The customer service was excellent. I had several small issue that needed to be address with my vehicle the clerk walk me through each one, from gentleman cleaning the windows to the clerk put in correct information in computer to get my car up to standard. Their were about 5 or 6 associates that help with my visit and each of them were great.I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Awesome place to take your car to get very important and needed care as soon as possible and they are professional individuals that explain everything in detail, thanks for jiffy lube, just one thing though, I hope that they will bring back the free vacuum, but the upside is that they do give you the free coupon for the car wash, its still a win win for sure 👍

Talk about service! White glove and black tie attitude from the time I drove up! Very professional and courteous. Walked me from the car to the lobby and opened the door for me too. They did a good oil change but they dont vacuum out your car at all. It says the oil change includes this but it doesnt I asked they said because of covid they cant?! Im just not sure what vacuuming has to do with covid.

The lady that handled my daughters visit tried to get over on her by charging $86 just for an oil change. I told her that was just too much for just an oil. Since my daughter was young, she thought she could get over on her. Thank God the manager was there and overheard our conversation and took care of things for my daughter. Than you sir. Young people beware please.

Customer service was horrible! Im wondering was my oil even changed because it was done extremely fast. My car didnt get vacuumed out. Engine light came on immediately after service and I had a take it back. The manager pretended to fix the problem...ILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION!!!! Need an entire new staff. Ghetto and unprofessional!!!

Do not let them rip you off. I was quoted the wrong prices for things. Agreed to have the work done and after i left i looked at my receipt to see that i had been told wrong. I called back to the store to get yelled at and told that they know their prices. I will never go back to this jiffy lube.

You do realize the sign on the door saying Aiken County has mandated masks is not true. Fine to require masks in your waiting room, thats your prerogative, but Aiken County does not have a mandate on masks....Aiken City does!

I have serviced my vehicle at Jiffy Lube for years and I have been very satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got our truck back after getting an oil change and it was leaking something underneath. Which it didnt prior to coming to this location. So the girl holding out paper work does a quick search on the paper and says you have a small oil leak. Then another woman I think the manager of some sort proceeds to come over and tell us its because we have a Chevy. So not only is she being unprofessional shes being rude and insulting the brand of truck I drive. Then another employee comes and tells us its just overflow and we dont have a oil leak. So the two women lied to our face and proceeded to argue back and forth with us instead of being professional and solving the issue like an adult. They never stated that we had an oil leak when they went over the stuff they found wrong with our vehicle.

Came in right at 8 am. Had a simple oil change and stayed in car. I was out in 15 min. Everyone was very polite. They were training some new people and it didn’t seem to slow anyone down. My service was completed by Meredith, Lawrence, Timothy and Ronald. I appreciate the no pressure selling. Didn’t try to talk me in to anything.

This place did not put the oil back in my car. When I got my oil changed. I drove for 3 days with my car sounding like a tractor and making a clunking noise and my car telling me to turn the car off now and the oil light staying on. Which none of this occurred before the oil change. I finally had to leave my car at work because I was unable to drive it home. About a week later I talked to corporate and they sent a lady out to look at my car. The lady fed me a bunch of lies trying to say I had a oil leak and use that as a excuse for why my car was having problems. But I had no oil problems prior to the oil change. She also changed the oil filter on the car. While I was talking to her I explained to her that the oil was not put back in the car. She did nothing but tell my a lie about how she viewed a video of the location doing everything right and putting the oil in my car. After all of this, she had me follow her in my damaged car with no oil to the nearest jiffy lube location and they filled my car with oil. In which the tractor clunky noise went a way and my car stayed full with oil with no leak. But the car has never driven the right way sense the day of that oil change. I felt my story had to be told because this happened months ago but I ended up buying a new car. I feel they did not handle this the right way.

First I go there and ask if they can service my E350 SMALL RV . They said sure. I go get it, remove the car hauler and pull up. They said pop the hood and you are next. Then they came over and said , No we can not do it. Waste of time. Will NEVER visit another Jiffy Lube. TERRIBLE SREVICE.. P.S. it was lunch time, so that explains a lot

I left a five star review but had to change it when they didnt put the air pressure cap back on my front right tire. At least the oil cap was put back on. I payed money to get a flat in the wake of a hurricane. A spectacular failure. It was like going to get your teeth cleaned and then the dentist puts your dog to sleep.

Charged my attic son double

I was promptly greeted. Even though they were crowded it didnt take long to service my car. However, they didnt vacuum the inside and when it was brought to their attention he only vacuumed the drivers side. Also they didnt take the coupons on line for 15 Off. However, the cashier doubled the coupon I had which was beyond nice.

Car drove fine before oil change. When I left my car wouldnt come out of first gear. Turned around and asked the guys that changed the oil AND THE MANAGER if maybe they bumped or accidentally pulled off a vacuum or electric line. They told me NO WAY WE COULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING to make your car not change gears.I went straight to***************************WEEKS TRANSMISSIONS****************************A hour and $350.00 later they had found the VACUUM HOSE that was PULLED OFF BY JIFFY LUBE.Went back to JIFFY LUBE and told them what the problem was and*********************JIFFY LUBE WOULDNOT HELP ME WITHTHE $350 BILL!!!**********************DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE

Went in on December 1st for an oil change. Was suggested several other services by the technicians that would have totaled $150-$200. Something didnt seem right since they recommended a battery replacement (battery was replaced a year ago) so I held off on anything besides the oil change.Was able to get it to another shop for a second opinion about two weeks later. Without telling them what had been suggested, they offered to give their own inspection. Later informed me that no work needed to be done at this point and that the battery was nowhere near in need of replacement. This means somebody was lying to me and I dont think it was the business that told me I didnt need to spend money.

Ive come here several times to get a quick oil change and I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. By that time everything is done and ready to go my only complaint that I have is getting called sir and having asked them not to call me sir I understand its policy but its just something I hate being called.

Was fast. Had to go back because they forgot to reset it. It showed I still needed a oil change.

I bought a used car and after registration drove it there to change oils and so on. They told me that all lights are perfect and they changed the car tag bulp. I night I discovered that headlights not working and their fuses were not in place

They left the power and lights on the entire time they were servicing the vehicle. They didnt tell me they jump started the vehicle until I questioned them after seeing the jumper cables being replaced. If the battery was weak just tell me that. Dont try to to hide things. Going to Jiffy Lube on Washington road from now on.

Go to Wal-Mart if you have time....theyre sales goals are 150-200 and if you buy into their fear mongering....like I saw them do the young lady with kids before me....you will be replacing everything on your car....after I declined all of the extras they didnt clean windshield or vacuum or top off washer fluid...only reason for 1 star is it only took about 30 mins....10 of which was sales pitch.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Not sure but it appeared to be an employees vehicle getting serviced in the bay. No one came to my vehicle and when I got out and asked if I was in the wrong line, the employee said I dont know. The other lane was moving quickly. I asked them to move a vehicle so I could leave and they kindly did so. Hopefully this was an isolated case.

Overpriced Service and Poor Quality Control ! I had the oil, oil filter, and air filter changed in my 2012 Nissan Versa, 1.8. The owners manual states the engine oil capacity is 3 & 3/8 quarts with filter. For the Signature Service - High Mileage, I was charged $81.98 less a $5.00 discount, for a net charge of $79.22. I did not read the invoice at the time of service as I was in a hurry for an appointment. When I got home, I finally read it. I was charged for 4.5 quarts of oil. This means the engine oil was overfilled ! I have taken all three of my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for several years; however, I will never go there again. Their rates are much too high for the service they provide, and I can no longer trust the quality of service they provide.
