Great stay at the Deluxe Inn! Highly recommend! I was on a short business trip and needed affordable lodging for one night and this place fit the bill. Super friendly staff and the owner was very knowledgeable of restaurants to check out in Augusta, GA. My room was clean and most importantly I felt safe. I’m a woman traveling by myself most times so it’s very important that the atmosphere feels safe to me. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Whew, Deluxe Inn Lodging for Business & Workforce came through . I stopped on in as I made my way towards Gordon Hwy to ask about their offerings. It was exactly what we needed for me and my crew. I got to talking with the new managers, they are really doing great things accommodating for business folks. Years of hotel and service experience, they have been trained well. I explained we were a no fuss, no muss needed three things, quiet restful stay, comfortable bedding, and safe parking for duelly trucks/equipment. Done and done. I like that! Thanks to HP and staff. HP and Lara did a wonderful job in taking care of our crews working in the N. Augusta area. They traveled back and forth for several weeks to complete this job and HP stayed in touch throughout the entire job so that rooms would be available upon our arrival. The communication was point on. Now that my most of my family has moved away from North Augusta, I have to stay in a hotel when I travel to the area for business. I have many customers in the area and often find myself attending corporate meetings in Augusta. The Deluxe Inn has become my absolute favorite place to stay during my visits to Aiken county....clean rooms, safe premises and amazing corporate rates! I highly recommend!

I stay here every time I come to the area, its a great and affordable hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Lots of dining choices nearby, I love the Mexican restaurant Montereys and a really great breakfast spot called sunrise grill both less than half a mile away. Great place for an extended stay, I work construction at Savannah River site, they gave me a great deal on a monthly rate. Parking lot is safe and secure, staff is always friendly and very accommodating.

Needed a hotel a few weeks at a time for me and my crew. We had started working in area then got wind of big golf event. I had called around, but kept getting same answer on account because golf event, area hotels not gonna have rooms for business travel people like us, I explained.Thanks Hemal and Laura for helping us out. I have offered IT Support to them for years and it has always been a pleasure working with the management staff. They are always looking to improve the inn and seem to take good care of the property. I would not hesitate to stay here.

Heat did not work. There was a sign on the a/c saying if you need heat get a portable heater from the office. Also no flat screen TV, old crt tv. Desk clerk was very nice, friendly and outgoing. She was great.

They hit it out of the boardroom! I explained that I was territory sales manager and showed my work ID and got a business-elite queen single non smoking room on a business rate. The staff has over 30 years of hotel hospitality experience and it shows. The room was great, fridge microwave, premium cable TV package, Wi-Fi. I also recieved food vouchers for restaurants close by. They also have fax, copy services and shipping&receiving through their convenient UPS Access Point partnership. The parking lot is fully lit and monitored which gave peace of mind. I mean all and all what more do you need in a work first hotel. Thanks again HP and Laura

This is where we always stay when visiting the North Augusta / Augusta / Aiken area. Everything is very clean and the staff is always willing to help with your needs. We come for the Augusta canal, The Greenway trail, shopping and the delicious locally owned restaurants.

I stayed there a few years ago for a week and needed a super budget place to stay at. Has all the motel basics, it was clean and the owner is really nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget place to stay in the area.

Im a C.T.M for a general contractor company. Id like to thank Deluxe Inn Lodging for Business & Workforce.I was Googling area hotels and calling around area places close to where I was sending our over the road crews. We needed two singles corporate, extended stay rate. I called Deluxe Inn Lodging and search was done. I spoke to a very nice manager who was very helpful in making sure the property and services we needed were a good fit. It was!! I was relieved.We had the crews in the large HD trucks; sometimes they take up double spots, they stated it was OK, the parking lot is spacious. Since we were a commercial business, I needed to send payment. I like that they didnt accept payment over the phone. Instead, they had a better more efficient, stricter anti-fraud procedure for the transfer of secured and encrypted payment authorization. I appreciate the extra steps taken to protect all parties. Great place to stay to meet my needs for travel. It was quiet and comfortable. Like the nice and friendly staff, very helpful. I needed hygiene sundries , Laura was helpful directing me to local shoppe. I like priorities for secure and safetyGreat for single travelers. I prefer lodging for grown adults. No loud noise, no adolescent children. Property is kept up well, amentities are modern. I like to watch DW news and NHK TV also. They had many networks for diverse viewing. Thank you for your time. Nice people n great stay. Ample parking for my rig and crew. We were at nearby mill working swing.This place is, quiet out of the way but close to shopping places for me. Cant ask for more than that. Its a old school, throw back hotel but give it a try, you will like it . Its clean, fresh, flat TV and cable with lots of different channels n good Wi-Fi.So needed weekly fax service to turn in time sheet n payroll, they had it. I was fixing to start a three month shut down process at a manufacturing plant near Deluxe Inn Lodging. I called to ask for extended stay rates. Got a great weekly corporate deal. Mention your company for discounts. When Im on the road, I like to support small business. They listen to your needs and offer options. They exceeded my needs, ideal for me as a single traveler. I am a light sleeper, I Googled them and saw they keep property quiet and monitor it constantly. I like that, since I got expensive tools and equipment too. Half way thru my stay, my shift schedule changed from day to night, and manager Hemal switched my housekeeping to evening so my sleeping was not interrupted. I appreciate little things like that. Its a good neighborhood hotel with central location, close to where I bank and shop, grocery, worship, etc. Gonna return in early spring to wrap up project. I already reserved my room and recommend to stay here.

I stayed two nights there and it was very quiet, the room was very clean also the staff were so nice and helpful. They acomdate to all my needs since by big rig broke down while it was being repaired around the corner.I enjoyed my stay, really sweet and outgoing family. If Im in the area i would definitely stop again. Also u must check out Bj country buffet across the street Tks for everything again

Wow! What a great little hotel find! Came down from midlands SC to see one of my favs Patti Labelle at the James Brown center. We were going to just head back after the concert but then changed our minds, we didnt want to drive . pulled into a filling station at the first chance, unusual spot at a hill top on highway 1. We asked for area hotels, was told about Deluxe Inn by the nice attendant cashier.Great recommendation. I was worried at first cause I didnt see much but around the bend I saw the property, and it was all good. Between Pizza Hut and a Carwash. She had said its a well kept up property, clean, n atmosphere is low key, but strict. I didnt mind that...I dont want a loud party same place where I lay my head. If you like me, I choose hotel that is for rest n peace, not a hangout spot.The managers are real nice n helpful. Asked if they did gov. & or military discounts, they said yes. They also offered extended checkout since we got in late, that was nice. It was a great trip. Thanks Hemal and Laura. Cant wait for the next concert .Will definitely return. Bye .

Perfect location for my needs. Had to take care of some inactive accounts from previous manager. It Was unscheduled, booked flight. I Flew Delta, landed at airport in Augusta, quick search of the area, found the property. I prefer niche hotels where they know my needsAnd I do not like using online booking sites, they arent even on property or local, certainly not familiar with area. I called & spoke with a lovely, polite young lady who assured me of the area, services and amentinties. Perfect for my business needs. I grabbed a rental, GPS said was 19 km about 13 min., was even quicker off Palmetto Pkwy, very scenic drive.Got great corporate rate for a business elite room with queen bedding. Quiet and peaceful is exactly what the manager Laura said it would be.Great in room cable tv selections. Movies, sports, news, tons more. Classic tv is my fav.My meetings went great. Employees are completely disrespectful and rude, Im 4 months pregnant and I dont drive, so I asked a friend to bring me a meal, he was cursed at and I was called and we were sent away and refused a refund, this place isnt worth the hassle, waste your money else where.

This is a great hotel to stay. The managers are friendly and welcomed me and my cousin. Managers are useful for international guests like me. We were new to the city and we did not know the streets. We needed instructions for a new job at the chemical factory, the managers showed us the location with the direct access, only 12 minutes were needed ... what an advantage!They had a Spanish television channel and a sports package, I did not expect it. It made me feel comfortable, like at home, our work lasted five months. It had a good location near restaurants, events and leisure activities. Across the street from the Tornado bus terminal. There is no doubt that I would recommend Deluxe Inn.

Hi. We want to thank the friendly and patient managers at Deluxe Inn Lodging. We did not have reservations and they rejected us from other places. I explained that speaking English is not strong but I am learning and the manager Hemal smiled and said: Do not worry, he speaks poorly Spanish badly in Spanish. We both laughed, it was very kind of him to try to make us feel comfortable and our concerns quickly disappeared. We got an excellent commercial rate and then, when my boss said that our manufacturing contract had been renewed, we immediately booked our rooms for when we returned.Many thanks to the staff and managers!

Thanks to front office director Laura for helping me with the check-in. I am a driver of product deliveries and I drive a 20 foot Refrigerated truck. We needed space for one night but difficult to communicate with the language barrier. Using your Phone, we could talk. She was sympathetic and understanding. We have a great room, an elite business double that she called. The room was fresh, modern and quiet. I needed a room with a refrigerator for my medicine store. It was no problem, all rooms come standard with a fridge and microwave. She offered a commercial drivers discount that saved us around 10% off. What a great find. The next time my delivery route requires us to stay overnight, we will stay here without any doubt. Thank you!
