If there was a negative star that’s what I would give. I bought the best denture they have and have had two of the teeth fall out. When I get them “fixed” the denture feels like it’s covered with a film that tastes like glue. I mean the least they could do do is polish them. Not happy at all!!!!

This office has great employees & this was my first time & I will return again & again. I will be referring my friends & family. Being able to offered services with no insurance really helped me out; along with the payment options. Discounts made it affordable. The hygienist is worthy of her title she was awesome

First visit to Aspen Dental Dr Key had to extract a tooth almost pain free. Even though it was not a simple extraction. Will be going back in two weeks for a deep cleaning by the sweetest hygienist who ever cleaned a tooth. Very happy with the service I received and the price was reasonable too.Thanks Aspen Dental.

My first visit today and I was taken care of with professionalism and kindness. Each employee was so polite and friendly. I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment as soon as possible and they saw me today. Each step was explained, I was asked multiple times if I was comfortable and they stayed on schedule. I appreciated the staff and doctor making sure they knew my desires for care and outcomes. No pressure to increase to more expensive plans. Thanks to Charlese for reviewing my plan of care so thoroughly and all her help with the details.

A portion of my L front tooth had broken off. Dr. Key performed, in my opinion, a perfect job of filling the missing portion of my tooth. The color and feel of the filling was much more than I had hoped for. Excellent and very professional work.

I was having a issue with a toothache and needed to have it pulled. Filled out appt online and they called me with 30 minutes. Got an appointment for 2:30 the next day. Arrived and had me back for X-rays in about 15 minutes. Very efficient. Then went to the dental chair and waited about 45 minutes for the dentist to check me out. He fully explained what I already new about the tooth and the rest of my teeth. Then went to waiting room to see the financial manager and she explained about the cost of both procedures. She wanted to schedule me for noon the next day. I asked if I could have the tooth pulled right now. She checked with the dentist and they fit me in right then and it was about another 45 minutes with numbing and the dentist taking care of other patients. Dentist was very courteous and efficient. Will definitely go back once I get my insurance to have my remaining teeth pulled and dentures. Highly recommend the North Augusta office. All staff were professional, courteous and efficient.

Had an appointment here today. Registered online a month ahead and confirmed the appointment. Just to get here the day of the appt and get turned around because she didn’t see my name in the system. She asked I must be new. I said no and showed her the confirmation. I’ve been a patient at Aspen Dental and this keeps happening. Bad business.

Worse place ever to choose a dentist !The dentist was very rude . No compassion for the patient what so ever. When I arrived the receptionist was arguing with a patient about the cost. Apparently the lady was quoted the wrong price as well. The dentist assistant was nice not friendly but nice. They set me up to have a tooth pulled for the 17th of August. I went to them because of extreme pain. They gave me an anti- inflammatory. Nothing for pain! No HELP! AFTER saying something about my visit on a email yesterday . I received a call today saying they made a mistake and now the cost is 800 instead of the 171 I paid in advance. And wanted to push back my appointment to the 24th. I have been taking goody powders and using a mouth rinse just to help ease the pain Im in.. Do not go to these people they are not legit professionals. The dentist acted as if he was a real doctor. Very arrogant and impolite. I hope one day you need help and you get treated this way. Update : I was taken care of by a real dentist the next day, they had compassion and integrity and performed the procedure with the upmost concern and care!

Scheduled appointment for July 7th At 2:00 p.m. I received that confirmation to call back on Friday the 2nd At that time I was told the doctor would not be in on that day And I need ed to reschedule They told me the next available appointment was 6 weeks out When I Advised them that that was too far out They told me feel free to go somewhere else With service like that they wont be around alone

I found everyone to be very professional and very considerate. I am terrified of dental work from a childhood trauma. I went in terrified but was made to be very comfortable by the end of my appointment.

Wow its was very professional up to date clean and wonderful help. I enjoyed the ride over and oh they open on Saturdays. When I got there I was help right away. The doctor came in got right to the point. I was out. That will be my dentist. I would recommend them to all my friends and family members..

The appointment was made to extract a tooth that was broken came into to office had to novocaine shot to gum 1 hour later they told me they had to reschedule my tooth extraction. I feel My tooth should have been a priority to get taken out still can not get a day that is best for me cause they never have an opening to works with my schedule. I agree with a previous review. Go to a family practice if not an emergency.I got roped in here for my mother’s dentures because it was during covid and this place was one of the few taking appointments.The staff is pleasant, the only thing I don’t like is how long it takes for the dentist get back to you. They need to schedule less appointments at one time, to avoid people having to wait two hours for a simple post op appointment.Most places are going to offer financing options since they use third party lenders anyway. Go to a family practice for more personal care!

Was completely WRONG... Really wish I wouldve never done this... now my life is ruined because I cannot afford to replace all the extra work that is needed... Was told after the fact that you can only use one credit company with them, conveniently, now Ill have to suffer because of my choice to trust another dentist office, thinking they really could help me replace and get my smile back... but now its so much worse, barely can eat now... lost weight and will continue to do so.... to add insult to injury, Im also 3000 dollars in the hole now unnecessarily...heart is completely broken beyond words and Im sooo very disappointed I humiliated myself once again just trying to get the help I needed so desperately😔... just make sure youre rich when you decide to go... simply pathetic how ppl in America suffer for healthcare and dental insurance. It shouldnt be so very expensive to get what you need for your quality of life. God Bless.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time because I am terrified of being in a dentist chair. While I sat in the chair to wait there was a tv monitor with a cooking channel that distracted me from being scared. The dentist was very patient and answer every question I had. The staff was very professional and friendly. I left there ready to get all the work I need done from that specific location. I would recommend them to anyone that needs extensive work done. Looking forward to my next visit.

My experience was great! No complaints

I have a severely broken tooth which I told them prior to the appointment. My first “emergency appointment” was canceled by the office, and I was told t needed to call the call center back to try and reschedule sooner then two days later. I called and got an appointment for the same day a 30 min drive away. I arrived 20 min early (I was told 15 as a new patient). The receptionist was more worried about her phone then the patients. I was told when I set the appointment that I would be seen promptly since my second appointment was set as a regular appointment no an emergency on. That was a lie, I sat in the waiting room for an hour and five min from when I first arrived to when I was seen. The woman who called me back just rushed threw my X-rays even causing more pain to my already sore mouth with her carelessness. Once she took me to the room she failed 3 attempts to get my blood pressure because she did not know the proper way to put on the cuff or to have the patient rest the arm while testing. Finally with my aggravation growing I told her how I had learned to do it at home with my own tester and what a shocker the fourth time it worked. The Hygienist both seemed rushed and not caring as well as the Dentist. In the end I am still in pain, nothing prescribed to done to relieve my reason for my first visit and waiting for a second visit to get it extracted. This was the least helpful visit I have had to any doctor.

The doctors bedside manner is lacking. For someone who fears dentist this doctor only made it that much worse. The only help I was offer was not an option bc of an allergy to the medication needed for the procedure and insisted he do the procedure anyways. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say and was treated as if I was wasting his time. I will never go back to Aspen especially after an $11,000 treatment plan. But hey like they said they have payment options so that makes it ok!

The overall exam and experience was good; however there was a time where I thought they forgot about me and I was waiting well over 30 min. But they were busy so it’s understandable.

This staff in this office is truly amazing. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, efficient, and professional. The facility is very clean and modern. Although I had a “basic” cleaning, the hygienist was Extremely thorough, did not leave one trace of plaque on my teeth, and never caused me one ounce of pain. Looking forward to my next visit.

This dental office was beyond amazing to me and for me yesterday. I got new dentures last week in Myrtle Beach and had some very bad pain from the dentures. We left to go outta town and my 2 sons that live in Augusta contacted Aspen to get an appointment set up for me as the pain was unbearable. My appointment was yesterday, Nov 9, 2020, and when they got me back I explained everything going on. The staff and Dentist were absolutely awesome. They come up with a plan, explained it to me, and excuted it and i actually walked out of there with no pain in almost a week. I would recommend this location 💯%. Usually a fearful event, this episode was pain free. A broken crown, emergency appt and temporary crown the same day. Injections were painless. A wonderful experience!

Never again will I give business to any aspen dental especially this one. My experience with them were horrible. They had me finance all my dental work using their financing company and all the work they did went out the door. Fillings came out, crowns unstabled, not to mention had to go back 2 times because they lost the crown to be installed. Their Finances were jacked up. Had to return back to office to fix things that they did wrong on my teeth. Just a disaster. Sometimes the most well known places is the most incompetent.

I put my visit off over a year out of fear of pain, both physical and financial. The office quickly put me at ease, both with the beautiful surroundings and friendly, well informed personnel. Dr Key went through the options and explained everything so that I could make my choices of options. No pressure, no sales pitch - he laid out the information and patiently answered my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed. The financing options - if I had known there were more choices than CARE credit, Id have done this a year ago. I am actually looking forward to getting started with this. Wow!

I had a broken tooth emergency. They saw me that day and were able to extract it. I wasnt charged for the visit or x-rays. The price for the extraction was very reasonable at 240. A couple days later I was in a lot of pain so I had to be seen again. I wasnt charged and they helped me and were very supportive.

They NEVER answer the phone! I have been calling for a month now after they canceled my appointment and closed the office and can not get anyone to answer. The customer service here is horrible and that sucks because the dentist I had was great and going to provide me with what I needed.

After being quoted 2,938$ for my treatment plan, I payed everything upfront. My exam was this morning and appointment was at 1:30 for treatment; my cleaning & gum treatment went great but it took hours for the dentist to start on me and when he finally finished I wasn’t happy with my teeth. two of my composites color don’t match my teeth even though the doctor was trying to convince me that they did match. The two teeth looked better before the composites with the discoloration; the dull/darkness is way to obvious I’ll never be able to take a picture with the flash on again or show my full smile. I regret ever going to the exam, I didn’t leave the office until 6:00pm. I left them a voice message stating I do not want to continue my treatment plan with them & I want a refund on the services that wasn’t performed.they also need to refund me for the two composites that I’m not satisfied with, It wasn’t worth it at all. please don’t make the same mistake I did. Go to a family practice.

Wonderful staff!! Dallys showed so much patience and care with my father. He was very nervous but she eased his mind about the visit. Dr. Thompson came in the the same caring and informative spirit. From start to finish, very happy with the care my father received today!!

The first thing I should say is that we are in the middle of a national pandemic, but when I came in with severe pain from a tooth I needed to be pulled, I was seen a little over thirty minutes later. I saw Dr. Thompson and she made me feel so comfortable and didn’t make me feel ashamed at having bad teeth. She made sure I was properly numbed and checked on me the entire time to make sure I was doing okay. I had a great experience and it made me a lot less scared of the dentist than I normally am.

Wonderful staff. Willing to help in anyway they can. Had some fillings done with Dr. Thompson and Tiffany. They care and made my experience more fun and had an awesome karaoke session. The ladies at the front desk help to get everything set up and always greet with a smile.

Beware of Aspen, they treat you nice but once they get your money ( almost $4,000 cash) they treat you like youre no longer wanted and discard you.

Hands down the greatest experience i’ve ever had at a medical facility, let alone a dentist’s office. Dr. Thompson was super friendly and did everything they could to try to keep me happy. Everyone was super helpful from the receptionists, to the hygienists, and to the assistants just as much. i would recommend this to anyone else three times over.

Great except for the wait time. Loved my dentist and she was very helpful!! I received a phone call saying they had a cancellation and could I come that morning instead of afternoon which was fine with me. They said can you be here in 30 minutes? I rushed to get ready and exceeded speed limit but made it within the 30 minutes. Then had to sit and wait 30 minutes!!!

Ruthie the hygienist was so much fun to talk with, she has great skills and personality. I did not get the name of the X-ray Technician but she too was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope all my visits are this good. Went for my first appointment yesterday and was impressed with the level of care and diligence of the workforce. I was seen to very quickly for initial X-rays and check up. A friendly and competent practice with a well thought out customer experience. The manager was transparent in explaining costs of treatment before work was done and the hygienist Jasmine was really thorough during the treatment. Keep up the hard work!

Bait and switch. I drove from SC to Ga for an opening for an extraction. No extraction performed. Extensive exam. Total to be paid 7K. Staff was very affectionate. I now know why.

Dr. Jimenez and his entire staff are so wonderful! I just read a bad review that honestly didn’t make any sense (his license to practice is displayed quite visibly...unless I’m mistaken, it’s legally required to be for all doctors who practice) and had to write a review. He was extremely empathetic to my daughter’s aversion to the dentist office and, thanks to his patience and gentle nature, helped alleviate so much of her anxiety. He was great at explaining our options regarding the procedure she needed and the pros/cons to each avenue. Truly an A+ experience all the way around!!

My name is Richard Thompson and I was a patient at Aspen dental a few years ago for something simple and had insurance at the time and my experience was okay. I recently returned several months ago to get my initial dentures and I was sold the top of the line dentures for approximately $2,900 I returned to the clinic at least three times because the dentures simply were worthless the uppers would typically stay in but I was unable to chew with them and the lowers bouncing around in my mouth so much that I could not speak I could not chew and I mostly didnt wear them because I was having to take them out every time the phone is answered or every time Ive needed to ask you a question and every time I would go into public and try to speak with then they would pop right out I tried everything on the counter to get them to stay during each of my three visits all I was told us that it would take time to get used to them. On the 29th of December my upper dentures fell out when I was trying to eat with them in a restaurant I began to choke I could not drink water I was about to die and ran to the bathroom at Veracruz on peach orchard road and made myself vomit so that I could breathe AND LIVE BUT my dentures fell into the toilet and during the vomiting and I was flushing as I lostv without knowing that they were in the toilet it was only my upper because my lower what is 100% unstable and not usable. I contacted Aspen dental to see if what type of coverage with replacement I may have had in paying $2,900 for top-of-the-line dentures and they TALKED ME INTO BUYING but they could do nothing unless I could bring the denture in and it was broken and could possibly fix it. Do not go to this facility for dentures it is not their specialty they provide general dentist dentistry at a high price theres never been a better Andre is are part of a national company that is interested in making money more than providing good patient care

I went there to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist did not alert me as to any problems in my mouth however two days later I went to a different dentist to get a cost on implants and that dentist showed me x-rays of one large cavity and two medium cavities in my mouth I don’t know why the hygienist did not alert me to that unless she’s just not doing her job or not any good at her job I feel betrayed I don’t know how long those cavities have been in my mouth and I Trusted Aspen Dental to take care of my Dental needs they have let me down tremendously I’ll never go back there

I was very impressed with my entire appointment. All the staff were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable.I was there almost 2 hours, but 90% of my visit I was with staff members being attended to.I am mainly interested in a top denture only. The only complaint I may add is all 3 employees (2 Techs and the Dentist) were pushing for partials on the bottom. I kinda feel like they wanted to make more money than I wanted to spend. But the financial advisor (Lisa) was extremely helpful and removed the charges I wasnt interested in when we discussed cost/pricing.I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I am considering if I want to go with the work only for financial reasons.

I am updating a previous review of Aspen Dental where they received a 3 star rating because It was my initial visit and my work was not complete. My work is complete with the exception of making sure the fit is ok. The Staff is GREAT, DR Jimenez is very personable. Like any other place where you are Paying for service (with or without insurance) do your research. I was diligent and am very pleased with My results. Know what you are paying for and why.
