Anthony’s was great for our event ! Pick up & drop off went smoothly - would definitely recommend!!

They said they could not deliver, I agreed and asked would the rental tent and tables fit in my pickup they said yes when I showed up they would not let me take the tables because I needed a full sized bed pickup. They refused to deliver and told me to rent a uhaul REALLY!!! THE DAY OF MY PARTY GO RENT A UHAUL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ME

We used Anthony Party Rentals for en event, service was excellent. From placing the order to delivery and pickup, everyone was very professional. They were flexible and helpful with planning a November event with questionable weather (never thought it would be 70 in November). Would highly recommend them for your next event!

Anthony went above and beyond for me, he made sure everything went perfect. The attention to detail was top notch. I last minute threw some changes for our tent being setup and he handled it perfectly. He knew we just had new blacktop put down and he made sure his guys used wood to protect my new driveway which I didn’t even think of. They were super considerate and his employees who did the setup were way more than helpful! They were extremely fast, punctual, and prices were extremely fair. Morgan was a delight to deal with and was on top of everything! Overall my wedding was spectacular and everything Anthonys provided was top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. All I can do is thank them for everything they have done!

Great place for a quick rental for a backyard yard bbq. It looks like they also do higher end stuff like weddings based on the show room, but I cant really comment on that. Pick up and drop off was easy enough.

Renting from Anthony Party Rentals was nothing less than an awesome experience! The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure that all of my needs were met. This included going above and beyond to get me a few extra tables at the LAST MINUTE! When I spoke to the owner, he assured me that everything would be perfect. And that it was! They truly helped to make my family reunion picnic an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your rentals needs!

We had the very good fortune of meeting Anthony and getting his help on very short notice for an event. He went above and beyond in helping us and we planned an event. We were scrambling to pull things together and he was good enough to even call a caterer to assist. The recommendation of the caterer (food and service was excellent) was as he promised. He really took care of us--everything was taken care of professionally and on time--not to mention he has a very good heart.

I had a really great experience with them. They helped my out last minute for my birthday party. The tent was better than what Ive seen previously. Highly recommend !

Everything about this company is exemplary. I attended a graduation party not too long ago and I didnt even realize I was outside is the sweltering heat. From the wood floor, to the size of the tents, everything was done beautiful and no detail was left undone. I would highly recommend using Anthonys rentals if you want a masterpiece to come to life!

Manager is rude... Donna I believe her name is. Owner is super unprofessional and rude. Decided not to use this rental place and put my money elsewhere. If youre considering this place.. check out other places first... Classic Event Rentals .. now thats good customer service. Hopefully this place gets their stuff together

Very rude and unprofessional would love to give negative stars. Incident of either by accident or negligent and a worker couldnt even be honest about it Owner was of no help and was rude about it . No reccomendation here. Give business where people are responsible and appreciate your business not just for the money

Anthonys party rental has truly made planning our big day easier. From the easy going staff to the helpful guys the day of, made the day go by with no issues. I am so thankful that they had everything i needed from gorgeous white chairs to the perfect linens my wife wanted. Will be using them in the future planning our next big event.

0 stars. Unpleasant staff, and I am being generous in my choice of words. I usually write nice reviews, so if Im not happy about a business its truly because their service was poor. Would not recommend at all.Edit: After reading other reviews, I see I am not alone!And per the reply to my post, you initially quoted a $300 minimum, and I was happy to pay the $300 even though I was not even renting enough to get to a $300 value. Other rental companies allow for this in order to help a customer rent what they need-- they will actually allow you to go ahead and make up for the difference if you dont meet the delivery minimum! It also makes good business sense on your part to actually use your brains and allow for customer circumstances rather than simply just parrot its not in our policy all the while being rude and cutting me off on the phone. Also, somewhere in the middle of the convo she upped the delivery minimum to $1k! I dont know what kind of operation they are running but please DO NOT go here, try Party Rentals Ltd. Parties & More or literally anywhere else except this place. Dont make the mistake of being rude to me on the phone!

I recently rented chairs from them for the first time and it was a very easy process. I sent an inquiry online one evening and someone emailed me back early the next morning. When I went in to pick the chairs up, I was in the office all of 5 or 10 minutes, then I drove up the hill and the chairs were loaded into my truck. I returned the chairs and again, a very quick and easy process. No hidden fees or deposits, just the price quoted. Very nice staff too! I will make Anthony Party Rentals my go to place whenever I need to rent items for an event!

As a catering company, you realize that rental companies will make mistakes on the rental orders from time to time. The best you can hope for is that they can rectify the situation asap for the event, and or they will not charge you for items ordered that never showed up - and maybe an apology for the mistake and for putting our client relations at risk.This is the third time Anthony Party Rental has screwed the pooch on an event for us, and they chose to make excuses, deny and argue instead of making the easy choice of rectifying the situation for us and keep the ongoing business. I guess they are doing really well, and dont really need the extra business as we wont be using their services again.Very disappointing

I had the worst experience with them. Placed an order with them, but they never disclosed their cancellation policy while taking the order. They charged my credit card for the total amount of the order. When due to bad weather, I had to cancel the order, they refused to issue any refund, and have not done so up until now. They are the biggest frauds in the area. Please be cautious while doing business with them.

Called to get a quote and pricing. I was very nice I was asking questions about different table sizes and chair styles they offered. They lady (Kathy) who was my customer service rep or sales rep was very rude and short. She was not helpful with getting me a quote on the items I wanted to rent and she was very hesitant about giving me a delivery charge because of where the event would be (Pottstown PA) she said yes thats really far and then just sat on the phone (dead silence) until I said hello are you still there and she replied again thats pretty far we will charge you about $90 for delivery one of her co-workers interrupted and said no its only $75 and then she said yes $75 so call back when youre ready to pay the 50% deposit SHE NEVER GAVE ME A FULL QUOTE AND DIDNT CALCULATE THE ITEMS I WANTED TO RENT SO HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THE 50% DEPOSIT WAS!!!! When I asked her again she said LOL well add the tent cost the tables and chairs plus your tax and delivery and its 50% of thatReally lady lol hahahaha!!! What a joke so ghetto and rude! Ok I will never use this company for ANY events and neither will my family friends or my business associates... Truly sad how the front line can make a huge impact on a companys image. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!!

Omg I had the worst exp with these people, i believe them to be racist and very unprofessional. on 8/23 my party planner & i went to the location to check out their items to make sure it was what we needed. never once were we told we needed a cc to hold reservation. Thru out the week my planner & an employee of anthony rental were in communication & again cc was never mentioned. We went from renting a 64 round table to adding on the purchase of a $70 table cloth & renting a cake plate. Today was the day of pick up for my 4year old party tomorrow & they act like they had no clue what we were talking about. I called the owner my self & he got on the phone extremely defensive & told me that he didnt want to do business with me, the person whos paying that never spoke to anyone from tht place since last week, he said our $10 wasnt worth the aggravation. im at a lost of words. That shows you how much he cares about his customers.
