Was involved with Bill Coleman in an analysis whereby Coleman stated product failed due a manufacturers defect due to improper bonding and drying of adhesives. Coleman totally neglected to understand the in situ conditions of said defective product location, ignoring high heat and temperature parameters. Bottom line, Coleman totally misdiagnosed ( stick to metal analysis) and ended up just being a shill for the group paying his bill.
