I started with this company back in 2009 when they were still called labor ready. I began working odd jobs for them during college and worked hard through school with temp jobs until I found a company called Evergreen FS.I started at the bottom, and overtime became the location manager of one of The Evergreen locations.That first step lead me to becoming another location manager at a considerably larger company called Co-Alliance,After three years at co alliance I eventually moved on to a company called Gavilon as a regional manager making well over 170,000 a year.It was due to people ready that set my agriculture career in motion.I owe a lot to them and wish I could give back some. Not helpful with me at all. They made up an excuse to get me off a job where the job loved me idk if it was out if spite or jealousy, but they let people I personally know who has felonies. Which I dont have to continue to work.
