We are new customers. We didn’t have a salesman come to our door. We have seen their truck in our neighborhood several times this summer so called the # on it and SO glad we did. The Rep who answered near closing time took his time to explain the process and was very helpful! He got us set up the very next day to get rid of ants in our house. Adam came out & we couldn’t be more pleased. He called ahead as requested & was very informative, taking time to explain what he was doing and the bait process in detail. We are looking forward to seeing the final results! He was very professional plus we really enjoyed talking to him and even having a few laughs along the way! He went a step above and asked about wasps which have been a huge problem. He located and removed 4 nests on our house we didn’t even know were there! Pricing was very reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!

Dont use this company. They do not tell you the truth and then charge you a lot of money. First person that came out was horrible and didnt do what they were supposed to do. I was told I could have a refund if they tried one other thing but still no refund. So have paid to much money and not sure if my pest are gone. Not a trust worthy company for sure. They dont even tell you the truth about what time the techs can come to your house. I would never recommend.Update .....They only refunded for the service that they didnt do for August. Not the original amount that I was promised on the phone. Who am I supposed to call because the person that I talked to and didnt tell me the truth said he is the only one I can talk to.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Called with a bee problem & bees inside my home. Dixon who scheduled the appt “got me in” right away and NO ONE SHOWED UP!! Called & said I was placed on the wrong route so they cancelled my appt with no phone call or communication to let me know.Will NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

You guys sent a salesman to my house at 8:20p.m. knocked on the door trying to tell us we need to buy his services cause he was doing houses down the road and he was going to cut us a deal. Wouldnt take no for an answer. Woke my 1 year old up, dogs barking. Never went to anyone else on the street but my house. This is so unprofessional. Dont send your salesman to my house at 8:20pm at night. You guys probably would of gotten my business if it wasnt so damn late. I will never recommend you to anyone. Poor poor salesman you have working for you.

We are fairly new customers but Wesley has been our technician 3 times now and does an excellent job. Hes very thorough and polite, and addresses any concerns if I have them. I always appreciate him calling me ahead of the service, letting me know when he will be on his way.

Adam (Bloomington/Normal Location) was my technician he is so patient and kind. He explains everything that’s he doing in detail and provides great preventative recommendations.

Salesman and engineer Jacob explained in detail each biting bug, carpenter ant, flea, tick, regular ant, unwanted rodent and insects Fox would be getting away from my house and yard. He was able to tell me what products Fox used and how or if they affected pets and desired wildlife like bees. (They are pretty safe.) Fox products are used at childrens hospitals and veterinarians offices. Technicians Andrew and Wesley were on-time, quick, efficient. Gentleman all and decent prices. Application easy. Worth talking to.

Wesley is absolutely amazing! First, he called to let me know the time he would be arriving. He was on time, extremely professional, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and then fully addressed every one. He went above and beyond to make sure our home, garden, patio and outside dining area will be as free from pests as possible. This is only the second application and I have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of spiders and mosquitoes and other pests. Additionally, we continue to have many bird visitors which makes me happy and was an initial concern I had with using a pest control company. I highly recommend Wesley and Fox Pest Control.

Professional, explained everything very well. Addressed all my concerns. Too early to tell on results. My technician, Daniel, was courteous, friendly, seemed well trained, and how often do you get a mechanical engineer as your tech! A new business to the area which is great to see.
