On-Site Computer Service installed my wireless router in my home. I had so many things in my home using wireless and the performance on those devices was poor at best. On-Site suggested what router I needed, installed and configured it in fast and professional manner. Works wonderfully.

On-Site Computer Repair is a RIP OFF!! I had a work computer issue after installing Windows 10. I called and spoke to the owner Rod, and he came to the store about an hour later. He had the smell of alcohol on his breath when he showed up, and said he needed to take the CPU with him. He told me that he may have to pull the Hard Drive to fix it. I asked him about a simple storage of data, and then wipe the drive to go back to Windows 8. He said essentially that is what he would need to do.The next day I spoke with Rod and he said that the cost to fix the issue would be around $400-$500. At that point I started checking around with other computer repair shops, and found that Rod was trying to rip the company off with the money he wanted to charge. I went and picked up the CPU, took it to one of his competitors, (MD Computers I highly recommend) and had the issue fixed in one day for $75.2 days later, a bill came from On-Site in the amount of $170. I called Rod and asked him about this bill, and his response was it was for the 2 hours of work he did on the computer. I understand there should be some compensation for his time, but come on, $170 for a computer that was not fixed in any way, and was in the same state as when he picked it up!!While talking to Rod, he was putting his competitor down, calling them monkeys, talked about how great his work is, and how when I said, that he has just lost a client, and that I would not recommend him to any one, his comment was oh well, it happensRod tried many times to talk down to me, insult my intelligence, and make himself out to be able to walk on water. This is a person, a company, that is very dishonest, and needs special attention addressed to customer service. STOP TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF, AND COME DOWN OFF YOUR VERY LOW LYING PEDESTAL ROD! I would not recommend this person or his company to my worst enemy!
