Massage envy does a great job keeping all customers safe throughout the pandemic. Brian is a great massage therapist. He makes you feel comfortable in his care. His personify is great. He could get along with anyone

Trina is my massage therapist and I am always pleased with my visits. She is the sweetest, and very good at communicating with me in order for her to accomplish what I came for. She marks all the boxes for me! I definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting a firm massage.

Dont go there! Find better masssages else where. Terrible costumer service. Tried to cancel my membership months and months before they actually. Would paid for at least 4 messages totalling in 260$ only to not get anything out of it. Never went in because of the pandemic. They never confirmed they cancelled my memeber ship and did not even let me know the messages I had already paid for would or when they would expire. Stole my money and terrible service.

I love it! Hannah was simply lovely. I felt welcomed and completely comfortable from the moment I entered the building. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was quite knowledgeable about products and services. And my massage therapist Brian was wonderful as well. He took great care of me and I left feeling like a million bucks. I strained my neck this week and was in a bit of pain so he worked on that area specifically and now the pain in my neck and my shoulders is completely gone.This is a lovely facility with great people and I do highly recommend it if you want a great massage at a reasonable price.

I had the most wonderful experience today and I signed up for the membership. I had a facial with Skye and he is fun of knowledge and wants you to feel and look your best. He is takes your through the steps so you understand what is going on your face and why it will help you. He makes great recommendations on how to improve your skin at home. I really did enjoy my time with him today and I cant wait to go back to see him.

Massage Envy in Bloomington is awesome. I had a massage there tonight and I had a fantastic experience. The therapist (Joan) was personable, experienced and thorough. The receptionists were friendly when I came in and super courteous when I left. I had a great experience as I always do when I go here. Its totally worth trying out. Also, the membership is the best thing I ever did for myself! Its totally worth it, YOURE totally worth it, get the membership! :)

My massage therapist (Chris) was not great; I would not recommend him. He asked me questions about my personal life while the massage was happening, which I tried to answer with as few words as I could because I was trying to relax and didnt want to talk about things like how I got to my major in school. I asked him to apply more pressure three different times and I dont think it was ever really enough. He also almost seemed scared to touch me; maybe he just wasnt confident. Overall, not at all worth nearly $100.

Jasmine was excellent. I purchased a membership because of the wonderful massage I received tonight. Cant wait to come back next month!

I am very disappointed in Massage Envy. I was a member for over 2 years, paying a significant monthly fee and decided that I was going to cancel my membership at the end of the year. I was given 2 $100 gift cards as gifts this past holiday seasons and had the worker at the desk put them on my account. Somehow the money was not properly put onto my account and I didnt have the physical cards anymore. Only 1 gift card was showing up on my account. I also had points on my account from being a regular customer. When I called in to inquire about how many sessions I had left and how much money I had left on my gift card the manager said $35! What happened to the $200 I was given? I didnt use all of it. In addition to that, when I did cancel, the girl at the desk said I had until March to use any left over sessions and gift cards on my account at the member rate. I was going to schedule 1 last massage using the $35 gift card and the points I earned but the manager was only going to give me the non-member rate! Unbelievable. It was going to be $80 for a 60 minute massage which is actually 50 minutes because they cut the massages 10 minutes short. Do NOT use massage envy unless you want to be ripped off and mistreated. They have no customer loyalty. What an embarrassment. The manager should have done whatever he could to regain my confidence in Massage Envy but instead his customer service skills lacked significantly and for that reason I will never spend another dollar at Massage Envy.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went there for a massage on the Sunday around 4:30pm. I stood at the counter for about 10 min before someone came out of the back with a bowl of food. She asked what she could do for me and I state I would like a massage and she asked what day would I like?? I looked puzzled and stated that I wanted it for today and she said they didnt have any times for today without knowing the length or kind of massage I wanted. The office hours state they close at 8pm and no one was there at the time that I was! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Don’t go here if you are getting Chemotherapy. They were more than happy to sign me up to pay for monthly massages without letting me know. Now keep in mind I’m standing there bald.

I had such an unfortunate experience that I have to share to help others save their money. My therapist took a smoke break right before my massage and smelled heavily of smoke. She popped her knuckles relentlessly throughout the massage, never completing a movement without stopping to pop them. It was incredibly distracting and uncomfortable. My husband emailed the manager requesting a refund and he refused, but offered a free massage instead. When my husband emailed him back to accept, he never responded. He emailed again and still no response. I hate to speak poorly of a business, but I’m sure there are plenty independent massage therapists in town that would be happy to give you a pleasant experience. I regret not considering them first.

Staff is AMAZING and kind. I had a 60 min from Mothers Day and it was perfect!

Ive been going here for at least 1 1/2 years and its great. The therapists ask a lot of questions so they know exactly how to approach your massage. Great place!

I go to the Massage Envy in Bloomington/Normal. Usually I have a massage from Jean or Joan for deep tissue work. The staff at the desk is always friendly, efficient, and helpful, and my sessions with Jean or Joan are always top rate. Im approaching my 2nd anniversary in July as a member at Massage Envy, and love it. Thanks ME!!

I got the intro massage here and found it very relaxing and rejuvenating. The atmosphere was excellent and I was attended to every step of the way. I did feel a little uncomfortable with them pushing me hard to sign up for regular massages, but I guess thats to be expected!

Stopped by on 3/5/18 to check them out. I was happy with what I saw and what they had to offer. I signed up and scheduled my first massage on 3/718 at 6 pm. I arrived between 5:50 pm and 6:00 pm. I was given a tablet to fill out various information. I completed it at 6 pm. I was told the therapist would be right with me. I was told at 6:15 pm that the therapist was still wit ha client and that I would get my full hour massage. The desk person was not sure when I would be seen. I was really frustrated and did not have time to now wait who know how long. They offered to reschedule. I said no and wanted to cancel. They did not even attempt to keep my business that they did not even have yet. Will NEVER darken their doors again.

While the massage itself was fine, their customer service is horrible. They save credit card information even if that credit card is not authorized to be used for payment. They require a credit card number to book appointments, which is normal, but if you book an appointment for yourself and a friend under your credit card number, they automatically save your credit card information under your friends name (even if you do not use the credit card for payment). And they will charge that card under your friends account (again, even if you never authorized that card for payment). This happened to me and while the staff fixed the issue when I notified them of the problem, this business practice does not seem legal and the manager I spoke to was rude and kept talking over me while I was asking questions about this very questionable practice. I will not return as I dont feel my personal information is protected.

Very disappointed. I had a Valentine’s Day massage scheduled and had to reschdule because the therapist called off. I’d understand if this was an isolated incident, but I keep finding myself rescheduling appointments that I’ve already had to wait weeks for. This accompanied with a membership increase and incentives decrease is the reason I will be canceling my membership. It’s really too bad, I have been a member since 2012...

I have been going to this Massage Envy every month for the last two years and couldnt be more happy with the service and value! I had major problems with my right shoulder when I first started going there, and generally have some aches and pains in my knee and foot, but getting a massage every month helps keep my muscles loose and my achy spots generally pain free! My massage therapist is the best in the biz—seriously, Ive never had a better massage and each time I go I feel even better than the last. The front desk staff is always friendly and they always offer water or tea when I get there. Sometimes theres even a hot shoulder wrap to start the relaxation right when I get there! I also love their rewards system and how often I can earn a free session enhancement (aroma therapy is my favorite).Definitely recommend checking them out and if you love massages like I do or have issues in your back to work out—their monthly subscription is a game changer. :)

ME BLO-NO barely scrapes by with a one star rating only because of high quality message therapist - Scott.Unfortunately management of the facility creates an overall stressful and unfriendly customer experience. Caution, no matter what a front desk employee, who could be a manager, tells you they live and die by the contract. Doing what is right by the customer is NOT in their mantra.

I came here in November and AJ was my massage therapist. Long story short she was amazing! I go to relax and I can get every frustration in talking out! She is attentive, she listens and those knots she conquers! I would highly recommend AJ and massage envy for a excellent experience and therapy! Thanks guys you rock!

Bought my wife a message for her birthday, she scheduled her appointment today, went 15 minutes early, and her message therapist was a NO SHOW. I guess they don’t think your time is valuable. I’d try somewhere else for sure. Somewhere that wants your business more than this place.

My God terrible experience lady name Jessica she was horrible whenever should give me a pressure massa her Joint cracking she kept giving herself a break. She did not even use whole hour and Rush me to get out because she have to go. I dont recommended.

I will change this review IF I am contacted by staff at this location. Services were canceled and account was charged anyway, and no management staff seems to be available when contacted to discuss the problem. We are looking for a refund and a call from management. Please respond and we will update the review.
