Our server had a major hardware failure one morning, and basically shut down our operation. We notified Mode5 and they immediately started preparing one of their loaner servers by preloading the necessary software for our environment. Within a few hours, Mode5 was onsite with the loaner server and began the swap-out. By 3PM the loaner server was installed, configured, and the restore-process started. We have A LOT of data, so the restore-process lasted until 8AM the following morning. However, once the restore-process was finished, everything operated smoothly as if nothing had ever happened. We were back in business!! Thank you Mode5!
