My tire light was on and I thought that I had a nail in my tire. I had stop by several different places and everyone is booked and couldnt take my car. When I stopped my NTB, Phil welcome me with a nice calm voice and a smile. That made me feel welcome. I told him the situation and he said he have cars lined up (they were booked as well) but he said we can take a look at it, it will be about an hour. That was fine with me.James took a look at my car. Fix the problem than he shared everything that he did to the car. I am soooooooo EXTREMELY HAPPY with my service. This place is awesome and Kind⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all the way ✅

I have been a customer since February 2016 for my 2010 Nissan Murano LE and haven’t had any complaints about their services. Phil Zubyk, the store manager, Peanut (tech), Austin (tech) to name a few of the guys there, are always friendly and helpful to my questions. I’m a very inquisitive person and they don’t get tired of me asking questions! They make me feel comfortable and confident in their work here. I alway recommend them to my friends and acquaintances. They are so nice and friendly every time I come back for any services for my vehicle!

I love going to this location Phil the manager is awesome he always helps me out and always gives me the best deals and is very honest about what needs to be done to my vehicles.. The manager Phil is one of the best in the business. Not only is he honest and straightforward, but he is extremely compassionate as well, which is hard to find at an auto shop nowadays! Unlike most shops, he will work with you to make sure you vehicle is fixed without any up selling. Takes the time to explain what’s going on with your car in a way you understand. It really feels like you’re talking to your uncle and not just another shop guy. Also takes the time to shop around for parts to make sure you pay the best price. I always wait for my car and when it’s busy you’ll see good ole Phil out there turning wrenches with the mechanics to make sure everything is done in a timely manner. When was the last time you saw a manager out there changing oil? Talk about above and beyond. Friendly, professional, and hardworking; if you need work done for your vehicle, give Phil a call! I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else.

Nothing short of excellent service. Its not very often you find a auto shop you trust. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Im a talkative person and like to ask alot of questions and they dont get annoyed at all. My daughter ran over a screw (tried plugging it, didnt hold) in my Jeep which meant new tires for me (to be fair, I needed them)! Phil was very kind, listened to what my needs were and was able to get me in the same day. Having the rotation and balancing for life will be a big plus.

My son is in the Navy Stationed in Norfolk and scheduled his vehicle to have state Inspection done was told to drop it off on 01/24/2021 the night beforeit is now 01/29/2021 and was told that he needed two marker lights replace to pass inspection. He told the person on phone to go ahead the vehicle would be done the next day that was on the 26th he was informed today that the technician who is certified to do state inspections did not come into work and that it would be finished first thing in the AM. First of all how does an establishment only have one individual certified to do State inspections. Also the inspection was complete just needed to have the lights installed. Why couldnt another mechanic installed. This has really put my son in a bind for he needs his vehicle to get back and forth to work. This is very piss poor management and a piss poor way to treat our men and woman who serve our country. I feel terrible because I recommended this establishment to him. Will not recommend to anyone again.Very Disappointed....Vance

I had a nail in my tire today. Went to the counter and stood there for 21 minutes and not one person came out. The front phone rang twice and wasnt answered. I called the number and no one answered. I left and went to another tire store on the blvd. I will never come back to this store!

Today was such an amazing day thanks to the heart warming Ms. Sam she helped me understand whats what in my car with a very heart warming personality. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! If you do ask for samantha and she will help you just as much as she has helped me.

Do not come here. Brought my 2018 Tacoma; after waiting over 2 hours for a simple oil change (with an appointment), I pull away, make a sharp turn and something started grinding. I jumped out to look and additional found the oil leaking. I pull back in and they said they bent something and are going to bend it back. They also mentioned that the oil was leaking and they had to change the oil and filter again. Still here at 2:50pm after showing up early to my noon appointment.

I’m giving them 5 stars for the excellent service they provided. I was in Virginia on vocation for a week and I drove from Philadelphia and had to drive back and I was hoping to get another few hundred miles out of my tiers but I kept getting low check tire pressure so I decided to get them wile the wife was at the outlets. I want to thank Brady Erickson for his help on getting up and going in a very timely matter.

I have bought 2 set of tires in the last 2 yrs from this location. This year I was going to return for a set for my truck when the inspection rolls around. I always buy the service package and warranty. Found a nail in the tire . Headed over and was gold it wont be long . So I wait. And wait. People come and go. Still waiting. 3 hrs later Im told the pressure sensor that was working now needs to be replaced. Nope .Never again. Tread quarters here I come.

Had a bad experience last time, thought the mechanic a young black man was trustworthy. Overtightened (did not use a torque wrench), did not honor customer request to rotate and balance wheels, did not lube the (4) grease fittings as customer requested. Not certain Mobil 1 oil that customer provided was used in lieu of standard oil. I was of the habit of giving a gratuity including this visit. Not sure what went wrong.

These guys are great. Terry is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and comfortable while they are waiting. I took a car I had just purchased in for an inspection and was apprehensive whether I would find out anything was wrong with it. Him and the state inspector, Steve, took the time to go over everything on the inspection with me and pointed out some issues I may have in the future. Terry helped me price some things out that I want done to the car soon and I will definitely trust my vehicle to them in the future. As a woman, it can suck taking a car into a shop because guys generally think we dont know anything, but these guys didnt talk down to me, were patient and helpful, and I get the feeling they really care about their customers and are not just out to make a quick buck. They definitely have a new, loyal customer - and I will be telling my friends where to take their vehicles!

Took a vehicle for diagnostic, almost $500 and having to come back 3 times and the issue still not fixed. will not be bring in a vehicle back.

I went there for an oil change that came with a free tire rotation, battery check and a tire pressure sensor check. My car was brought in right away at 1:06 and it was done at 3:12, i just dont see why something you do every day takes so long its really simple tasks to take care of. But thats not really my reason for the one star, i looked at my recipe and found out that they put the wrong oil in my suv, and now my steering wheel shakes when i get up to 40 mph its not shaking violently or anything but the point is that it wasnt doing it before. A day or so after i was looking under my suv, i seen that their was oil dripping off the oil filter that i realized they didnt change and if thats not part of the oil change it should be because thats part of an oil change and they should tell you it doesnt so you can at least have the option. And the oil leak you would think they would let me know about it unless there wasnt one in the first place and its their fault witch is probably the case because in my experience with auto shops they tell you these things so they can fix it and get more money you tell me. When they were done the guy came in and told me that they reset my tire pressure sensor and that i had my tires over filled, i get in turned it on the tire sensor warning came on i checked my tire pressure and it was never deflated to the right pressure, and i know this because the guy said they were filled to 42 and they should be at 32, so i guess instead of doing his job that i paid for he wants me to do it and this is something i told the guy i checked in with i needed to be looked at and fixed. I havent taken it back yet because i just found out they used the wrong oil and i only found out because after seeing the leak and them not changing the oil filter I looked at the recipe so after I see what they do ill see about giving them a better rating.

I am ODUs International Business Student. This is the first time I ever visited any auto shop in the states for car service. I am really impressive with the serves and customer car at this location. I like the interaction that I got at the help desk, the guy wasnt a cheap employee he is actually a very experienced auto mechanic. I like the way he educate me on my car and didnt force me to sale his services. Also thanks to the great management structure.Very Satisfying experience.-Rohit

Took my 2000 Lexus ES300 in for inspection, was very happy to have an honest inspection completed, other places like to come up with Bogas claims of things wrong just because the car is old not this place your in good hand here.

I had a tire emergency and these guys stayed open after hours to put a new tire on my car so I could make it home safe & sound!

Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and was left on hold for 30 minutes. No one came back to the phone. While I was on hold with this location, I called the other location off Battlefield and was assisted immediately and was able to schedule my appointment within 2 minutes.

My family have been with this very same location(Merchant) for years very long years and have always received the same warm pleasant attitudes from the staff.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. I asked them to check my truck over. I was told my brakes needed to be done as well as the roaters and struts. They told me it would cost $1,500 For the struts. I called a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he told me that trucks have shocks not struts and that for them to do what was recommended would cost close to what the mechanic at ntb said it would cost for the shocks. He said it doesnt cost that much for the shocks alone. I feel that the mechanic at ntb was charging me more than was necessary. Also my check engine light had never been on. When I went to leave from ntb it was on. They wouldnt do a test unless I paid for them to check it and get the repairs done. I went to go put gas in my truck later on. My gas cap was gone. THATS why my check engine light came on. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, ELDERLY OR BLACK!!!!

They wont notify you if they wont be able to honor your appointment , instead they wait until you make it there to tell you theyre understaffed. Really poor service

Had an appointment and took 90 minutes to get out the door. However, they have the cheapest oil changes around and I appreciate that!!

Ok so I had work done at AAA who sent me to NTB after doing 1000.00 worth of work and not fixing my problem. John heard all they did and why they sent me there and refused to work on my car. He pointed out the AAA at janaf put the wrong oil in and said the reason they sent me over was just to get rid of me because they couldnt figure out my problem. He was SUPER honest. He could have done what I asked knowing or hoping it would help to get money but he stopped me and encouraged I take my jetta to the dealer. Though I wasnt a customer they let me leave my car there to have towed the next day. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars Im at the mercy of some bad people in the car repair game. Im just grateful for some honesty. I will use them in the future not AAA who damaged my car. Thanks guys for being honest!

Very poor overall experience. Very slow to get the work done (3 days) and very sloppy work. At any given point they had more excuses than they did cars int he shop.

The manager here lets his employees bring kids as young as 2 or 3 sit on the waiting room. Playing around with no knew watching. I felt very uncomfortable there, there were creepy ppl in that waiting room and any one of them couldve abducted those children or they couldve been hurt etc. How this was acceptable I have no clue, but I did ask and got a its none of your business response. The manger Jeremy is a clown and I hope corporate sees this review.
