Blew a tire hitting a pothole late at night and brought the car in the next morning to get it fixed. Regi was wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire process. He gave me a wonderful quote for the service and later found out that two of my rims were bent and they took the time to fix them as well. The service is phenomenal here so I would definitely recommend them.

Got 4 new Yoko tires on my truck. Had a 9 am appointment, brought it in at 8:30 and they got right to work, took maybe an hour total. Reggie and Eric were great to work with, would absolutely recommend Mr. Tire!

I took my jeep in for an oil change one day, not only did they get it done in a timely fashion, they also did an inspection of my car for me. They noticed my brakes are garbage and told me if I continued driving my car with the brakes in that condition, it was a safety hazard. (Totally explains why it sounded like I was stepping on cheerios whenever I braked.) I took my car back in to get them fixed. They called me a bit after I had dropped her off and they started rambling on and on about several issues they noticed. I told them to just fix all of it. When I went to pick up my baby, I was tempted to hand over paperwork for them to adopt her, given the fact Im used to auto shops charging insane prices, I didnt think I could afford her anymore. They gave me my total and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Not only do they do work in a timely manner, they will call you and give you options before they full on send it and youre left at rock bottom. This will forever be my go-to place when my baby is acting up. Never have I ever seen an auto body shop who have all of the best qualities packed into one shop. Didnt fix a thing but broke something in the process then charged me $150

If I could give zero stars I would. I showed up for my 8:30am oil change and tire rotation appointment with the confirmation page this morning and was told there was no appointment for me in the system (Also showed the employee my confirmation page). After inquiring why not, I was told that since I made my appointment online their in store system does not link with the online system and sometimes appointments crossover and sometimes they dont. In addition, I was told my confirmation came from the online system and not in store; therefore, they did not know about my appointment or what is happening within that store for the day. Ok, so if you know this have anyone tried fixing the system ( IT, Corporate, etc.). What is the point of having a system like this?Thats like ordering online from Walmart and you show up after receiving a confirmation with information detailing when and where to pickup. Just to be told we dont have your order. Smh. I never had any issues with Tread Quarters in Georgia. I always booked appointments online and they ALWAYS crossed over. The employee only offer was, I can drop my vehicle off and his oil change guy does not come in until 11am. Umm, no thank you. I made an appointment for a reason, I have other things I need to do today.

I have been to this center twice. The first time was due to an alternator that needed to replaced and the second was due to a screw in my tire, as well as a state inspection. Both times, I was treated very well and, as most of us worry about, I was not nickeled and dimed into spending more money. They told me exactly what was needed to be done and not a bit more.When it came to the alternator, I called and asked for an appointment (drop off time) and the first thing I was asked was to check to see if my belt was still on the car. When I got to the station, the first thing that was done was them taking me out to my car and looking with me.I definitely recommend them for your needed service. They are very courteous and professional

Been going here for about 4 years. Good guys working there and they pay attention to their products and their customers. I went in yesterday to drop off a tire with a broken belt--my second one since July 2020. Found out from the tech that all of my Yokohama AVID Ascend tires were part of a bad production line and needed to be replaced. He took my car in today and replaced my tires with Cooper tires at no charge. Excellent service here!

Beware of scam prices for some services. Failed my state inspection here due to third brake light out, thats reasonable. They gave me a quote for $100 to replace the bulb on the spot and pass the inspection. I asked why so expensive and Reggie explained its because it was labor intensive. Went to get a $5 bulb at the auto store and fixed the labor intensive issue in the parking lot under 30 seconds with no tools, plug and play. Went back and passed the reinspect. I understand this is a business but no need to overcharge by a ridiculous amount. Just be aware of labor costs.

Good enough place to get tired checked, oil changed and minor car maintenance done. Crew is friendly and works hard to help each and every customer that comes in for service.

Scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change. When I got there the man asks do you have a question I said no, he asks are you picking up I said no. At that point he says what can I help you with then. I tell him I have an appointment for an oil change, he asks if it was for the car I got out of i said yes, at that point he rudely says no you dont have an appointment with that car, you have hood damage. I said it opens and closes just fine. He says that may be but Im not authorized to work on a car that has damage like that to the hood. Now mind you the damage is not that bad and has no problem passing a safety inspection 2 years now with the same damage. Granted they may not have been authorized to work on it but he didnt not have to be so rude and disrespectful towards me, when I was as polite as I could be on front of my 3 year old.

Had a great experience stopping to have a flat tire repaired. I was in and out in less than a hour and the repair was done great.The staff are friendly and helpful with taking care of the service on my car.I highly recommend them for having service done on your car. Even though it was only the repair of a tire it didnt take all that long to get it fixed.

I called today around 9 to ask for some help on my car because I knew I needed new tires and wasn’t to sure about which ones to get but they were super helpful and nice when I came in today shortly after to get the tires. They’re super helpful nice and honest with their prices letting me know which tires would be best for my car. A lot of other car places tend to be rude but they weren’t.

Steve Hyman, the store manager, is always very friendly and willing to help with any problem I have. And lets not forget about the knowledgeable and hardworking staff. This is the first location I go to when I need anything done on my car because I know itll get done fast and itll get done right. I am always pleased with the level of professionalism and the quality of work provided here. I highly recommend TQ at this specific location for any of your car repairs/needs.

Aside from changing a tire and changing my oil I don’t really know anything about fixing a car, and when I spoke to the guys here they were really helpful and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge like other places might. They gave me a quote and stuck with it and my car was ready sooner than I thought! The guys here are really great, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area

So they tried to rob me!My head lights were acting funky. First thing you figure a “professional” mechanic to do is check the fuses but they robbed me of 170 for a diagnostics and still couldn’t tell me what was wrong.(it was a fuse) They tried to charge me 375 for a ball joint and another 350 for the labor. I bought the Joint for 45 and replaced it my self. This place is just ridiculous. Workers are kind but get a friend who knows about cars to help you!

I will never set foot in a tread quarters again, neither will my family. Tread quarters corporation does not do honest business. 2 years ago we paid almost $2,000 dollars to get a part repaired. When we went in to get our vehicle inspected this year, they failed it because the same part that was put in 2 years ago failed and caused gear oil to leak all over the brake caliber. The employee at the store told us they will cover everything because the employee who installed it, did not do it correctly. And has also been fired for doing bad work. Well, a week later they call us saying we have to pay the labor($580) for them to fix it. Even though it was installed incorrectly... by them. Called the customer service number and spoke with them and got nowhere. I was also hung up on by a customer service employee. I do not recommend this company, they do not back their work and all they want is money. They hire employees who will install parts incorrectly and still expect you to pay thousands of dollars. Better Business Bureau has already been notified.

I brought my van in this morning, to the North Military location like I have for years, for a scheduled oil change. The manager on duty, Charlene, was polite and apologized that they were running a little late and that they would get my car within 15 minutes.(To be fair, I was late coming in for my appointment.) As promised, the car was in and out in less than 30-40 minutes-which I thought was great. I will continue to come here knowing I will get great service. Thank you!

Walked in trying to get a new full tire to put as a spare on the back of my Jeep and walked out with four new tires and an alignment. Mark and Charlie worked with me with getting my Jeep into the garage around 1 and out by 3:30 on the dot. As well Mark offered me a ride home because I had to leave the Jeep in the shop. I also appreciate this team of staff here at this Tread Quarters Location. Definitely will be back come time for an oil change!

Went in to get four new tires which I desperately needed and to have a possible ball joint issue looked at. Marcie, who works at the front, and the manager went well out of their way to find me a good price for my tires. I left my vehicle there first thing in the morning and within half an hour, Marcie called to let me know it had already been lifted and there was nothing wrong mechanically with my vehicle and that I just needed new tires. She spent a lot of time looking up tire options for me while I did my homework on them from home. At the end of it all, I ended up buying online and the staff did not make a sale, but what really mattered to them was that I get a great price. I’m having the tires delivered there for installation and alignment and will definitely be returning to this store!

They got me in quickly and adjusted my wiper blades that were not cleaning the windshield on a rainy day. The mechanic came right out to my car and made the repair in no time. the manager didnt charge me and said they just wanted to keep me safe. This was an AMAZING experience!!!
