September 12, 2020I inherited a Mini Cooper 2014 from my mother. The car has under 30,000 miles on it as my mother did not drive it a lot. The unexpectedly would not start and I contacted Randy to see if he could help me. I had the car towed there and he said he could fix it. After many conversations and 3 weeks later I picked up my car it started but there were several lights on the dashboard now on like the brake light and the off road light- He said just take it and bring it back September 5th and I did. When I went to pick up my car on the 6th the key would not come out; the lights on the dash were still on and he said that he no longer had the TIME to help me. I tried to share with him that this was not how I brought it to him and it was not okay. He refused to talk any further and I left with more problems. RANDY is The ONLY MECHANIC there, he is OVER WHELMED and MISSES things. I would consider other options if possible. HE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT take the time and precautions to work on such an intricate car: I am out of money and still need to fix my car.

I heard about this place, so I decided to try it out with a 2008 BMW 650i and had some extensive work done to it and so far so good and very happy with the outcome and there professional nice work and very nice people.Thank you again and would recommend anyone to go here to save the money from a dealer.

Theyve always been very helpful and way cheaper than the dealer. Troubleshot an electrical problem and replaced the fuse for just the price of the fuse.

I used to take my care to the dealer and they would charge me outrageous prices and would keep my car for long periods of time. I bought my car here for an oil change and have been coming back ever since. Service is phenomenal and the prices are fair.

Did a great job of repairing my car. Kept it honest & did not charge a fortune. Rick was awesome. I will definitely be back for future services. Also all of their repairs come with 2 year warranty !!!

This was my first time going to Eastern Autowerks. I was glad to see an independent BMW service shop in Norfolk. It was a plus that they are less than 5 min away from my home. I read the reviews, and spoke to my neighbor who owns a Bimmer. All the reviews were good. I needed my sway bar links replaced. They did the job without any extra problems, and it wasnt expensive. My car is driving smoother now. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Randy and his wife are absolutely the best when it comes to an alternative for BMW Dealer service. They take great care of me and my cars whenever I needed to bring them in for service. They beat the dealers cost by a mile for the same services, and am glad they are around. They arent the cheapest fix in town, but if you are gonna own a Beemer, you have to pay to take care of your stuff.

Had my BMW diagnosed and fixed within the hour on a Friday at 430 when no one would even look at it. Very nice and knowledgeable. Good price too, highly recommend if you have a BMW. THANKS Wayne Thompson

I had my 2002 bmw 530i towed their and they diagnosed it, let me know what i needed before doing any work, then once i approved the repairs they had me up and running in no time. It is nice to deal with a reputable shop that isnt trying to get over on you.

The check engine light on my 2013 bmw 328i came on just after arriving in Norfolk for a several month long work assignment. I took it to the local Firestone on Granby St. and they gave me a quote of $3200 to fix it. I knew they were full of s*** because I just had it totally tuned up and checked out by a bmw mechanic in NC. I called Rick and the good folks at Eastern Autowerks and they were quickly able to diagnose the problem and I was out the door for just over $400, and they had it back to me the next day!! Thank you so much Eastern Autowerks for saving me nearly $3000!

The worst place I let work on my car in history!!! Mechanic turnover ratio is crazy. I asked them to fix my left halo light which stopped working and check an airbag sensor. When I returned to get my vehicle my drivers side door lock didnt work, window wouldnt roll all the way up and to top it off a foriegn part was laying in the back seat. When I asked the owner to correct the situation, he told me I thought you brought the car in that way. I was fuming mad. 🤬🤬 Save yourself the headache and take your business else where. Eastern Autowerks Best BMW repair shop in Hampton Roads, I want to write a ten page review about my experience but most people only read the first 2 line googles shows you without actually clicking on the review. With that being said i was impatient and didnt want to wait the week and a half it would have taken Eastern Autowerks to finally get to my car because the were booked out that far(no I know why, there the best shop for BMWs in HR), so I took the car after an overheating issue to DP Autowerks(BAD EXPERINCE!) and he basically said he couldnt start the car i would need a new engine and quoted me $6,500, told him no thank you and got in line for Eastern Autowerks. Long Story Short after a little proper Trouble Shooting Eastern Autowerks got me and my original engine back on the road for $1,600 and my car is running like it did before the overheating issue ***THANK YOU EASTERN AUTOWERKS*** stand up people are getting harder and hared to find but at Eastern Autowerks the building is filled with good people that care about people and they now have a customer in me for life!

I searched the internet for a reputable BMW Shop in Norfolk, Virginia to work on my 1998 E39 BMW 528i. Upon reviewing numerous customer reviews, I found Eastern Autowerks had great reviews. My experience with Eastern Autowerks was pleasant. I scheduled an online appointment on November 3rd 2016 for Check Engine Light/SES Light On. On November 4th 2016, my appointment was confirmed for November 9th 2016. I reported to Eastern Autowerks on November 9th. Tracy greeted me with a friendly smile and addressed all my concerns and questions. She provided a suggestion to replace my front and rear BMW Roundels as they were faded. I let her know I work a night shift schedule and I went ahead and dropped off my keys with her. A day later she left me a voicemail with the diagnostic results. I called Eastern Autowerks back the following day and gave them the approval to work on my car. A day later they left me another voicemail letting me know they corrected the issue and let me know my car should be the running the way it should be running. She brought up another issue that my vehicle had an oil leak. I called back the following day and said go ahead and fix the oil leak. The following day they called me and let me know my car was completed and ready to be picked up. On November 17th around 9am I reported to Eastern Autowerks where I was met by Randy. Randy explained to me all the service that was done to my vehicle. My car had Check Engine Light/SES Light On caused by the vacuum leaks, new roundels installed, corrected the malfunction in my drivers side door speaker, and removed and replaced the oil filter stand gasket. They listed my bill at $682.26, which I gladly paid for as they provided outstanding customer service and corrective maintenance. These folks really make you feel like you can go to them for anything for your Ultimate Driving Machine. I told them I will be back with my BMW for future services.-Edmundo Santos

Best shop period. So long story short my wife and I along with my 3 kids got stuck in VA beach on our last day of vacation. So I looked up reveiws and found some closer shops but Eastren Autowerks had a 4.9 rating. So towed them the car from the ocean front 20 miles to their shop. After picking up a rental we started our 4 hour trip back to WV but first we had to swing by the shop. First impression, pulling into a shop with only BMWs in the lot was the best feeling. Then I met the owners and that sealed the deal. I knew my car a 04 545i SMG was in very and I mean very good hands. They found out my alternator went bad and was cause from saturation of oil. So they resealed my brake booster and cam sensor and oil pressure switch and put on new belts. And from my research they were hundreds cheaper than what everyone else has paid. Now the part that won my whole family over and makes me want to take it 4 hours south to them whenever something else happens. Is they drove it to my doorstep and handed me my keys. Yes they drove 4 hours to bring me my car. I cant express enough how grateful we are for them to look out for someone they just met. I wish them the best and hope for even more succes than I know they already have. If you are in need of a shop that is honest and makes you feel like a part of the family then go here and dont look back. Thanks Eastern Autowerks!!!
