I came here for a state inspection on a car in great condition that Ive had for less than a year. I was shocked when it failed inspection. Control arms needed to be replaced and and headlamp restoration. $865!! I dont know about cars but figured Id have noticed a change in the way it was driving and you can see if a headlamp is looking cloudy. It was not. I decided to let the fail it and got it inspected elsewhere. Passed with no issue.

Wish I could give negative stars.Our vehicle is well maintained.After being rejected multiple times for different reasons each time we became a running joke. Called ahead of time, got there, and then turned away because they were going to close in an hour. We went to get an inspection somewhere else and they had already knew about us because someone from bingo thought it would be funny to talk about rejecting us a sticker multiple times. 😡🤬

First time visiting this shop. Chad was really personable . I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter and I had Bingo check it out. They were pretty busy but they helped me right away. Very friendly and seemed honest about the needed repairs for her car . I will be returning for future services.

I have tried going to this shop several times in the past 5 years solely due to the location and true convenience of living nearby, however every single time I leave frustrated and with my car being worse off than when I dropped it off. Girls do not go here alone or they will 100% take advantage. Also see reviews below on inspections do not bring your car to be inspected here. Waste of time and money.

Great service. Got stranded with a flat tired coming back from Va beach and they blessed it by fixing it quick and good price.

They are very rude and unproffessional i came in for a simple brake change and ended up not having any brakes at all and my car was smoking, and nobody seemed to know what was going on, one guy told me on the phone they would fix it for free and i got there and they tried to charge me $400 for a $60 job

Inspector informed me that one of the tires failed but they had a 60$ used tire that could go on and the tag lights (15$ each) and one high beam (45$) needed replaced... I was frustrated as the tires were just checked and just passed and I had replaced everything that failed, but told him to replace the tire and to not touch the lights, that they only cost a few dollars and were very simple to replace if blown.Time was dragging on so I went around to the bay and asked how much longer, was instead given a 170$ bill as he had done the lights, I told him I had told him not to, he simply said Im half deaf sooooo.... Guess I didnt hear you... Heheh good for another year!. I paid the bill, but I am extremely unhappy about it... I brought the vehicle in to be re-inspected, not to be ripped off. Would not recommend this shop.

The interaction with the people working in the shop was about the same as Id get from any auto body shop. My issue came about as a result of getting my car inspected. I was told it needed front brakes and a couple of minor issues. I left and took care of the minor issues myself rather than pay a premium for such things as replacing a bulb in a brake light theand adjusting tie down on the battery. My issue came when I took it back to get the front brakes replaced and reinspect. without discussing it with me they replace the back brakes too, although that was not mentioned as necessary to pass inspection. The re-inspect was full cost. I have never been to an auto shop or if you go in for re-inspect to the same place they charge you a full rate for a reinspection. The cost to me was 2X their quote. The lack of communication and the feeling that they did things it may not have been necessary to get my car inspected and then double charge me for an inspection left me knowing I will vote with my wallet and spend my money elsewhere.

Dont Bother!I stopped in for an inspection because I saw good reviews and it was close to work. One guy in the garage, sitting on a chair in front of a space heater, that would not respond when spoken to, with a cell phone in his hand. Nobody at the front counter. no work being done.This is at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning

Came for an inspection was rejected for parking light ($25 to fix), headlight aim ($20 to fix), and loose power steering belt ($100 to tighten). Fixed everything myself and came back a week later. Was told 20 minutes so I walked my dog being that I had him with me. No one called after 20 minutes (my number was on my previous paperwork that I gave them when they asked) so I ended up taking my dog home and walking back. When I got to the shop they were trying to charge me $40 for aiming the headlights. I told them no one had asked me to go ahead and aim them. The mechanic was asked if he called me which was no of course. I was told I didnt leave a number to call in which I stated that it was on the paperwork that I handed to them when I got there. They ended up taking off the $40 and when I mentioned to the guy that last time I was told $20 for the headlight aim, all he could do was grin and say yeah... When I got in my car there were paper covers still in the seat. I took them out and asked if there was a trash can I could use and the rude mechanic said I HAD TO USE THOSE BECAUSE THOSE SEATS WERE NASTY Covered in dog hair, absolutely. Nasty? Definitely not. Hes seen far worse and those paper covers and the floor in my car had dirt stains all over them when I took them out so who really is the nasty one here? Either way, how rude to say that to a customer. Was he mad because he couldnt get one over on me? Everyone ESPECIALLY WOMEN beware of this place.Just looked at my paperwork. They went over my previous paperwork (the one with my phone number on it clear as day mind you) and tried to write $40 on top of the $20 that was previously written there for the headlight aim. Crooks.

Ive had one good and one bad experience here. Good one involved getting my car inspection and oil change done. Service was fast and friendly that time and I liked it enough to come back a second time. This time it was to do that same for my husbands car. It was just this past Memorial weekend. I first tried on Saturday at 5pm. I knew I was coming in a little late so when I was turned away this time I didnt mind too much. But they did say that I could get the inspection done on Monday. So Monday morning, I came in as soon as they opened and I was turned away because they werent doing inspections that morning. It was a waste of my time. So now I had to find another auto shop that was doing inspections. The one I ended up at opened at 7am so instead of being first in line I was now going to have to wait hours to get the car done.

I went there to get my state inspection and I was told I needed a $860 repair and new tires I took it to my regular person quite far away The reason I didnt go there in the first place.... They put it up on the rack and I was told there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car at all 😊 past inspection no problem so bottom line bingo tire got me for $20 for the rejection sticker stay away.

Great, all around customer service, and mechanical expertise! Stopped in on a Saturday, because I had squeaky brakes. The mechanics ran a quick diagnoses, and found that I needed four pads and rotors repaired. In less than 2hrs, I was back on the road, free from squeaky brakes. I highly recommend Bingo Tire, and a big “Thank You” to the mechanics for their quick turn around, and customer service, much appreciated!

I had a flat tire on my BMW 328. The replacement is typically very expensive. It turned out I needed 4 new tires! The guys there were great about helping me decide what was best. They didnt push the expensive choice and gave me a great price. They were friendly and honest. This is the best tire experience Ive ever had!

What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into a nightmare as my plug was stripped and my filter cracked trying to remove it. At 0910, I turned in my key and stated the issue. At 1100, they started on my car. Around 1230, they notified me they had to order the new plug from the dealership. Around 1330, they received the part and installed it. 1400, they finished the oil change. 25 dollars for the change, 15 for the plug (I had my own filter and oil). The next day I drove my car 4 hours back home, no issues. I would recommend this place. Only issue is their limited parking spaces, so drop your car off the night before or before opening.

Bingo tire on granby in Norfolk is awesome. they are fast and very decently priced. i like to shop around for tires and they were the cheapest i could find and used tires were in great condition. the mechanic also has a great attitude and my experience there was phenomenal. they also love the military personnel. i will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future.

Loved the service very fast and reliable and loyal to their customers who is loyal to them. Reasonable prices and discounts and 1 month warranty as long as you keep your receipt. I will refer anyone to them in need of a tire replacement and car service. They even let you choose your tire ! You cant beat that or get that kind of service anywhere .

This place is a rip off and waste of time, heard a light squeak coming from around my AC compressor area, being a A mechanic the Navy i figure it its a pulley that needs to be replaced (inexpensive quick fix) I take my car to them they tell me its a pulley and my AC belt has worn as well so I opt to get them both repaired. 4 hours later they return my car and charge me 205 I drive away car still has the same sound so I check and see I new AC belt but suspect they didnt replace the pulley, so I go to Firestone four days later to get it diagnosed and would you believe they said I had a bad pulley and that none of them new at all? So I go back to this place to get them to fix it seeing as though I already paid them and they have the nerve to tell me its going to be 60 dollars! Im taking them to civil court and getting the problem fixed by Firestone. Also the 10% military discount is non existent when asked about towards the end guy told me he assumed I was military and already applied it without seeing any idea receipts and everything are just calculated up with no fixed prices place is all around janky dont go here.

These guys are awesome! The tire bearing in my car went out on me (as I was going to Autozone) so I had to pull in the post office because I obviously couldnt drive it anymore or was afraid to at least. So after sitting in my hot car crying about it. I decided to walk to the Exxon not even knowing that this tire place was ever there. I walked in and explained my situation to Travis the guy behind the counter. Not only was he extremely helpful but he even walked with me back to my car and drove it to Bingo Tires for me. I have never had any auto repair person be so helpful. Thank you Travis and Bingo Tires!

Went in to find out what was wrong with my Jeep . Turns out my front drive shaft was pulling apart. Im so thankful for bingo tires for being able to help me out . There is great customer service and theyre willing to work with you which is amazing! 10/10 will be going there again.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A STATE INSPECTION! Took my Nissan Versa in and the lady up front told me I had various problems that would cost a total of $700 to fix. Promptly went to Priority Ford for a second opinion and it passed. Bingo Tire is a scam and their staff are trying to take advantage of people. Please do not go here.

Met a friend up there so she could drop her car off to be worked on. We already knew what the problem was since we went and had the code read when the check engine light came on. Apparently she was wrong (coming from the guy at the desk) and they would do their own diagnostic test and see what the problem was. Over 24 hours later, (and no phone calls, she had to call to find out what was going on before closing the same day she dropped it off) they still didnt know what the problem was. A few hours after that conversation, they finally figured it out and guess what?? THE PROBLEM WAS WHAT SHE SAID IT WAS! Pretty sure they didnt want to believe her because shes a woman. WAAAAY overpriced, no breakdown of what exactly she was charged for ($ for labor, $ for parts) and no apologies. Youve not only lost her business, but also mine and everyone I talk to!

I had gotten 3 estimates from a few other reputable shops and they said $750 to do my clutch/flywheel and fluid change on my 2006 acura rsx type s. I told them that I only had $580+ the high performance parts i had already purchased and they said they would do it for the amount of money I had!! Travis the mechanic did an excellent Job my car runs amazing!!! Im glad I went to this place, they do awesome work and will work with you on prices!!

I recently went in due to having a nail in my tire. I took my vehicle in around 10am Saturday to have it plugged and to rotate my tires. I decided to bring it to Bingo since the reviews were so high. I dropped it off because I didnt know how long it would take and there were a few other customers ahead of me and I dont live far. I think I was home for 30 minutes and they called to tell me my vehicle was ready. No up charge. Just the work I asked for. I will definitely be coming back.

These guys are reap off. I took my infinity car repair coz it couldnt start and they said it was Fuel pump. They claim to fixed it but before I could collect now the car was completely dead. This joker said it wasnt his fault, I had to tow it out and they still demanded $300 for fuel pump fixed.The disgusting part is they cant figure what wrong or can fix it. How uu call ya self a reputable car service spot n cant fix a car that got problems in your possession? All he cared was the money I dont have time for battle n want my car fixed so I pay. But still thinking of suing them jokes.

I had a Nissan Altima that required the inspection and some fixes with rotors and there was a leak. It got fixed in a reasonable timing and they charged way less than other mechanic shops that I have been to.

Needed 2 new tires to pass inspection. They sold me 2 used tires. 1 of the tires had a leak, so after a week I went back in to have that tire plugged. 3 days later that same tire was 100% flat. They sold me a clearly defective tire. Will never go here again.

The mechanics were friendly and helpful. They work with you if some work needs to be done.They dont push extra stuff on you that you dont need or want...Love them...

I called and was told to come in the next day. I went in and was told that they would be a min and to wait. I was asking queatuons and the response I got was what you want me to do and making gestures with hands and eyes. He made me feel stupid but the man came in and he did the very thing I was told he couldnt. I turn people on to this shop and the very person he helped. Service ok but felt discriminated against as a female.

I come here all the time! i just bought my nissan here for repair on a thursday after my husband and i hydroplaned, & they said our car would be ready on monday. but they called on saturday & it was done. 2 days ahead of time.

Dont go here!! Seriously! Thought because it was there for so long it was ok but no! Brought im my ford ranger because it was sputtering out. Once they looked at it, they said it needed a tune up. When i asked what in particular needed a tune up they said overall it just needed a tune up and charged me $430. Picked it up and 2 mintues down the road it started dying..the same thing i took it in for. They looked at it and told me a spark plug wire came loose. It was literally the same stuff happening...so basically they charged me $430 for a spark plug change but screw me for not being a mechanic right.......just dont go here. Theyre just thugs...if you even dress in more than a wifebeater theyll charge you everything they can get you for

When ever I have gotten my car inspected it has taken all day. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They did not come back and tell me I needed work done that I didnt need done. They where up front about everything.

Great service, Great people. They will tell you they can fix it, or tell you where you can, not many businesses do that.
