Brian and his staff were terrific. I brought my truck in thinking the worst because it appeared I was having a rear end issue. Im a shade tree mechanic but when it comes to possible drive train issues I defer to the pros. Im glad I did because as it turned out it was a minor issue with a drive shaft shield/collar rubbing against the drive shaft. Easy fix and not the potentially thousand plus dollars a transmission shop would have charged me for an unnecessary rear end rebuild. Brian and Cissy had me in and out in a few hours. Its heart warming to know you can trust your mechanic and after dealing with a lot of less than honest garages and dealerships it was a B-lessing to find B Automotive. Brian was honest, pleasant and straight forward. You gotta love that!

Employees are professional and informative. The owner Brian goes above and beyond and is exceedingly reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating, timely, and offers reasonable pricing. Ive had nothing less than complete satisfaction for every visit. State inspections, oil & filter changes, check engine lights, tire repair, etc. Ive maintained both my vehicles here over the past 3-4 years (2007 Saturn Aura and 2017 Rav4). I wont go anywhere else and will continue to always recommended their shop to friends, family, and coworkers.

Originally took my car to ford and realized they were trying to pull one over on me so I took my vehicle here. My friend referred me and highly recommended this place and especially Brian the mechanic . I didn’t have an appointment, I just showed up and they had an excellent service and the next day my car was up and running. The gentleman even asked if I wanted to see the old parts. I traveled 130 miles each ways from NC to bring Brian my old 08 Pontiac Vibe. Brian is upfront and not afraid to tackle any repairs. He does great work and explains everything. Highly recommend and will go back to him when I need repairs again.

I m military working for NATO and I had to deal with some issues on my cars. Brian is an honest, communicative and knowledgeable mechanics. I was referred to B Automotive by a coworker. I am new to town and dont trust mechanics as they tend to see a female and think we are gullible. I am the mother of two mechanics, the sister of a mechanic and the granddaughter of a mechanic so I cannot be easily taken for a ride. I found out straight up that Brian is as honest as the day is long and is a straight shooter. He will explain as little or as much as you require and will even show you exactly what he is talking about as he does it. Ive found my mechanic here and am beyond pleased with this shop!

B automotive is great. My camaro had the dreaded tapping sound and it was in fact a dropped lifter. Common in this engine. Called around most shops wanted 5k to fix it Brian came in a little over 3k. He finished the job in roughly 3 days with having to send the heads off to get redone. I had also had an issue with the car not starting again after engine was warm and was taking it somewhere else to have that looked at the dealer was paying for that portion. As I was stuck in traffic car was running real hot. Dropped it back off his shop and on Monday found out a fan wasn’t working. I had recalled only one of two fans spinning even with AC on. He replaced the whole assembly and both fans for a great price. Since then the car starts right up even after a long drive when engine is hot. The camaro is my baby and it will always be placed in Brian’s able hands. He will tell you how it is straight up no trying to get more money from you. Classic example when we were doing the lifters I asked to change the springs he said it’s fine to use old ones I said while your in there would like to change them anyway. It was only an extra 118 bucks he said not necessary but I spent the money. Goes to show you most mechanics would have priced that in without even telling you.

I had an alignment done on my Audi S4 here. I cant say enough about these guys theyre just straight-up honest. Theyre not looking to do anything extra to your car that it doesnt need. If they find anything that needs to be replaced they will tell you how critical it is and the cheapest way to get it fixed correctly. As a result, their so busy that I had to schedule my cars allignment. From my experience with shops in the area, this is definitely the best one.

If you want a honest appraisal of you cars problem with no up selling or lying to empty your pockets go see Brian. He is a straight shooter and you will only leave having your cars problem fixed. Your CAR fixed for a fair price nothing you didnt need and gouged like most othes.

Wow.... Came in with brakes locked up smoking.... Because of a chemical problem in lines.... After lunch he decided he could repair before the holidays the day after. We talked about an inspection sticker but I was not going to push it because he was so busy and he helped me with a huge problem taking all the breaks apart all the lines and repair in anything with rubber. As Im going home so blessed Id lookup and there is a brand new inspection sticker... you never even mentioned he took the time out to inspect the vehicle and to make sure everything was working. He is amazing. Hats off to the most honest and helpful mechanic in the city

Excellent service. Its hard to find an honest automotive repair shop but Brian at B Automotive is just that! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. He had worked on my 1968 Camaro by removing and reinstalling the motor to have machine shop work done. He has also worked on my 2005 Astro van and my 2000 4runner. I wont go anywhere else.
