Very pleased with my new floors! Brandyn was very helpful at the warehouse. The crew of installers were awesome and courteous. They did fantastic work! Everything went to plan which is unusual. They showed up when they said they would. NO ISSUES! Be aware, payment is required upfront which made me nervous. But I’m happy everything worked out nicely.

We shopped several large chain stores and basically received minimal help. Floors to Your Home was our last stop and well worth it. Brandyn was more than eager to help us. He answered every question and was genuinely interested in making sure we got the samples we wanted. We took them home and fell in love with one of the samples from them. After the floor was installed (or at least some of it) we really really were happy! Thank You Brandyn for easing the stress of the ‘all new flooring project’ we presented.

Our floors are beautiful!! Chuys team worked so hard and did an amazing job! They installed vinyl plank flooring throughout our home, including our staircase, and got the entire project done in two days. I would definitely hire them again. This was our first time purchasing vinyl plank, and our salesperson Andy was very helpful in answering all of our questions and checking in to make sure that we were happy with the process every step of the way. Brandon was also helpful in getting our measurement appointment scheduled and answering additional questions we had on a day when Andy was scheduled off. I went in about 11am at the Noblesville location with my wife and kids and had some choices in mind from looking on the website. We were greeted upon entry and asked if we needed any help. I asked where all the vinyl flooring was and Brandyn showed me the L shape of all the vinyl flooring and if we need a free sample just ask and they will simply cut one. We went home with 12 samples made the decision and I went back around 3p and met my dad there. We bought up to 1,200 sq feet for the whole downstairs. We weren’t able to get 15 boxes of flooring due to weight in our vehicles. I was going to come tomorrow after work but Brandyn offered to bring the rest of the flooring after work around 6ish cause he lived around the area and it wasn’t out of the way. He showed up at 6:15p with the 15 boxes and helped carry them inside. I offered a cash tip for the generous gesture and he said no thank you I’m glad to help.From start to finish Brandyn is a team member any company would want to working for them. Great customer service, pleasant, knowledgeable, and wanting go above and beyond for the customer. Seriously thank you! If I ever have any flooring needs I’ll be back!

Cannot say enough good things about Floors to Your Home, but most specifically the customer service I received from Brandyn. When we went in to pick our our flooring, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was working through a contractor, and we had a miscommunication as to who was going to pick up the flooring. On a few hours notice, Brandyn personally delivered the flooring in his own truck and unloaded it into the front door. Shortly after, I noticed the flooring looked off. Turns out I’d made a mistake and told him the wrong flooring. He came back, AGAIN after hours the very next day to bring us the correct flooring, even though it was totally my error. That is service you just don’t get anymore. I will recommend Floors to Your Home and importantly, Brandyn to anyone that so much as mentions flooring to me. Five stars is not enough.

I was very skeptical about ordering a floor from the internet and not being able to touch and see it first. I ordered over 10 samples which came very quickly of all different colors and styles. I picked the Supreme Elite gold series which was a 5.5 mm thick and a 9 inch wide plank loose lay which I believe was called Hickory wagon wheel. It was delivered when promised and I gotta say the floor is everything they promised, it went down with no problems and I have anything but a smooth concrete floor in my basement, I did over 625 sq ft and trimmed it all with a utility knife. Its been down now since January and no issues.

We absolutely loved our flooring installed by this company! I think the picture shown is self-explanatory of how well they do their jobs. Theyre nice people with sense of humors, they get things done less than a day with two weeks notice. I definitely recommend anyone to rely on this company for flooring.
