I dropped off a box containing an item I was returning that already had a shipping label. The person working said to place it on the floor and he would take care of it. I politely asked for a receipt and by his reaction, you would think I asked to borrow $100. He said I cant give you a receipt, but I can give you something. He proceeded to write down some info from the box, enter it into his computer and print out a sales transaction receipt for $0. Without saying another word or looking at me, he put the receipt on the counter, picked up the box and took it into a back room. I picked up the receipt and walked out. I had read several other reviews about this place before I went there, so I wasnt too surprised by the rudeness of the guy working there. Im not likely to return.

Avoid at all costs! Drive the extra distance to Fishers or wherever else you can find a FedEx shipment location.I dropped off my package with a return to sender request, however it was delivered to me again the next day. Again, I went in with the same request and had to explain what return to sender means...but now they needed my FedEx Acct#, which Ive never had.The item was eventually shipped back the sender... wait for it...WITHOUT ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE, an empty box. Theft - somewhere along the trail!

If Pack & Ship is affiliated with Rowland Printing, then AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The sign on the door said to take labeled boxes next door, but the guy at Rowland acted like I was asking him for a ride to the airport... it was shocking how rude he was. They wont ever get my ANY of my business, FedEx or otherwise.

The hours are displayed on the door. I saw the man at the counter and then he disappeared. It is after opening hours and he has not opened. I called the store number but no answer. Fed-Ex should really consider banning this place.

I went in to get a quote for an international box. The man acted as though I was torturing him for doing his job, exclaiming how (sarcastically) he just loves to do international shipping because its so quick and then looked at me and told me I should sit awhile because it was going to take forever and be ridiculously difficult. I was pretty sure this was a store literally dedicated to shipping items, but the man acted as though I was a thorn in his side. After explaining that USPS told me it would be $75 to ship, he exclaimed that itll be well over $100 through FedEx and take tons of extra fees. Im now shipping it through FedEx with at home pick up for $45 after doing it myself online, no thanks to this awful storefront.

I thought I would search on Google and be surprised that this place had positive reviews after I had a poor experience, but clearly Im not the only one! The man was very rude, not friendly, and acted like I was putting him out just to ship something that was already prepaid and packaged. I literally did his job for him. I wont ever go here again. I would rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Its a shame someone like this gets any business at all.

The owner of this place is most unfriendly customer service person I have ever met. He gets extremely irritated if you ask any questions about shipping your package or ask for a receipt. I cant believe that FedEx lets him be a drop off location. I drive 20 minutes in the Fishers at least I know that I can ask questions and feel comfortable with what Im doing. Dont recommend it all

I went in there with a Fed Ex Corporate Account number to have them box and ship something. The thin dark haired guy working told me he could not help me. I went to 96th Street and got serviced right away, no problem. I will not be back here, ever!

Horrible customer service. Rude. I called back to ask to speak to the manager or owner to convey that I am driving 10 miles to 96th street to buy services from them due to the poor customer experience. Employee that answered the phone both times refused to give me a contact for the manager/owner.

I needed to ship a prescription medication internationally, and this came up as the closest location for FedEx. While the staff were friendly and I had no issues shipping it (which cost $120+), the package has become delayed at customs due to not having all of the required information with it.When I tracked the package today and saw this, I spoke to FedEx customer service directly to find out what we needed to do, they told me we need to provide a copy of the recipients passport and prescription. The customer service rep apologized that I wasnt told this when I shipped it, and advised me to only use an actual FedEx location when shipping internationally.Unfortunately, my father-in-laws medication was supposed to arrive to him today, and now we have to contact him and track down these items - who knows how long it will take. I would have expected a shipping business to be aware of what theyre doing when shipping something as important as medication, and make sure everything was done correctly so it would arrive on time. :(

Ive very rarely experienced such poor customer service. I asked them to ship a package, and advised it needed to be there in 2 days. (Shipping on a thursday, needed to be there sat). The person behind the counter kept trying to get me to ship it overnight, and when I asked why, he basically yelled at me that Fedex ground doesnt deliver on saturday. Found out later that home delivery does in fact deliver on saturday. I walked out. Not doing business with someone who would get angry at a customer over such a trivial matter. And they were wrong on top of it. Do not recommend.

I found this to be one of the most deplorable, rude customer service fed ex businesses I have ever been. I will never go back and will drive out of my way to avoid this Pack & Ship. Does not deserve the business, and is totally unprofessional. Does not even one star! Horrendous!!!!! Had to give one star to post.
