I dropped off my chainsaw on thursday, they told me they would have an answer why it wouldnt idle and how much it would cost to repair it by next Wednesday. By the following friday I called them to see what was going on. They gave me excuses why they hadnt called me and said they would call me back later that day with a conclusion as to what it needed. I didnt hear from them. The following friday I met him at the door wanting my saw back and he told me they cleaned and tuned it, then told me they couldnt tune the carb and it was as dirty as it was when I brought it in, and they kept my $30 deposit for doing nothing, lying to me and probably using my saw for 2 weeks to cut wood. The owner was incompetent and rude. I will warn everyone I talk to about this place as it looks like they are running some kind of scam on peoples tools. DONT GO THERE!!

Jerry & his company Tech Central has always been there when I needed diamond abrasive products or service on my equipment. His prices are reasonable and he carries a wide assortment of diamond abrasive products for cutting, grinding, polishing and other masonry, concrete, stone & granite work.Just tonight I needed to pick up some diamond grinding cups & I knew it was late but I gave Jerry a call hopeful hed help me out once again. True to form he was happy to drop everything & come miles back to his shop to get me set for an early morning slew of grinding work. Unbelievable! Who does that any more?
