I requested a quote for my business and was told I would have it by a certain date. When that date passed I was told Id have it the next day. That deadline also also passed. When VP of Sales Casey Mustion finally contacted me, he informed me he was working on other projects which are consuming all of our resources so he had to bow out of being able supply me a quote. With that in mind I am taking my business elsewhere to Atlas in Springfield as they were able to deliver a quote on time within the exact time frame Netwatch had and promised. A company should not promise one thing and then deliver sub-par customer service... or in my case none at all.Unfortunately the reply from Netwatch is not true. We never discussed any budget or constraints. All my company wanted was a quote. They failed to meet 2 different promised deadlines for their quote. I assure you that they did not originally have any qualms about providing a quote for a possible cannabis business. Netwatch simply failed to meet their own imposed deadlines.
