Their technician Phil, was very kind and compassionate through the whole ordeal. He was on time and got it done in the timeframe we gave him. He even helped put everything back in place.

Just saw one of the drivers of this company driving extremely recklessly on Capital. The driver was speeding and passing people on the right shoulder of the road just so he could turn right onto Douglas. Too bad I couldnt get his plate or driver number. How unprofessional and dangerous. Whoever the driver was should be ashamed. We gotta worry about enough ignorant drivers on the road as it is. I would expect someone driving a company vehicle to act professionally.

I have known Chuck and his son, Phil since 2011, working with them professionally via another business they own and the pest business for my clients. Hands down the best, honest, and kindest professionals I could ever work with. Truly honored to have gotten to know such amazing human beings. Now, owning my first home, I wouldnt trust anyone else to take care of my home but them.

Horrible service. We paid $300 for them to come out and eliminate our pest problem and the problem. We called to complain and they said they would come out to spray again and they never did. We then called over 7 times over the course of two months to get a refund and all we got was the run around. Then finally the owner called me and said according to their call logs they have no record of the numerous times we called. He said if we could provide proof of the calls that he would refund our money. So I downloaded my call log from my cell phone provider and showed him all the calls. He then brushed me off. He also mistakenly sent me a text which was meant for what I can only assume is someone in his office where he calls me some goofy guy. Real professionalism! I would NEVER recommend CE Solution to anyone...real shady people there.
