Very nice set up with friendly staff. Call ahead as they are often fully booked, a little pricey in comparison to other nail salons in the area but I was very pleased with my results. Photo taken 5 days after service, I got mood polish.Edit: As time progresses this business can’t seem to keep up. I make my appointment three weeks ahead but still am forced to wait over a half an hour. I find it disrespectful for a business to not honor your appointment as they would if I had not showed. I had to reschedule my fill and my entire work day. Don’t book more appointments than you can handle at a time. Very disappointed.

I come here once a month and have always had great service. The place is very clean and I am pleased with the results each time. I would recommend making an appointment because they get very busy and may have to turn you away if you dont have an appointment.

Love this place!!!! So clean beautiful. You don’t feel cramped in their wonderful pedicure chairs. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. It’s absolutely worth the extra money. While my nails look amazing , I couldn’t care less about them while they’re doing the hot stone massage

Kathy was very good. I love going there. My sister took me there the night before my wedding on May 7th and my experience was wonderful never have I had a hot rock experience before it was amazingly soothing. Very clean business. I have been since and will continue going there to see Kathy will all my appointments at work station 17. Thank you for a great experience.

So my wife talked me, big tough guy, into a pedicure. It was fantastic! I guess its like Lt. Dan said, you gotta take care of your feet. They did a great job and Ill definitely do it again.

I just moved here in April and my first experience with having my nails done somewhere was a disaster, they ruined my nails. I came to star nails in hopes they coins fix the damage. I saw Ty and he worked miracles. He not only fixed my nails but they look beautiful again. He had a client for life. Thanks Ty😉

When I called for an appointment I said I wanted the French powder dip. They said no problem and made me an appointment. Wanted manicure and pedicure. They did the pedicure and used gel polish which I wanted regular polish. Had an appointment for 5:00 and left 7:00 finally. No one was scheduled to do my manicure. I had to wait for Helen She had to stay over to do my nails. She was very nice about it though. I went home with pointy nails and did not want that. I went home and filed my nails the way I wanted them. THEY ARE VERY PRICEY ALSO. A regular person couldn’t afford them.

New to the area and looking for a new go-to salon and this most definitely is it. Ive been going to Jack for about 5 months now and i am never disappointed. He is the best and super sweet! My nails always look amazing and last an eternity.

Went in for a pedi, received sub par service. The drilled off my polish, they didn’t soak it as they should have. I asked for a basic pedi, I was charged $70. Not a good experience and will not be going back

Always quality and friendly service. I have had several different technicians take care of me over the course of my time patronizing this business, and regardless of who takes care of me, I am always more than satisfied with the quality of my service. The atmosphere is amazing. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon. Highly recommend!

Service was quick and my nails look great.

Beware of dirty tools. This nail salon is great accept I have twice now gotten an infection in my toe as a result of the pedicure I received here. This last time I also got an infection in one of my fingers from my manicure. I also dislike that they only do gel polish; I asked if they would begin using regular nail polish as pandemic restrictions decrease and the manicurist said no.

It is a beautiful place but way way way to costly .. just painted nails , a pedicure and eyebrow wax cost me 150 without tip added yet ... Insane ... Sadly I wont be going back ... Lower your prices and you will have tons of repeat costumers

I do not like this star nails. I like the one on elm road.i spent over 60.00 to have a full set of nails that didnt even last 1 week.3 of my nails broke opening g my car door!! Who knows how much its going to cost to fix these 3?!

DESTROYED my natural nails within one visit. Used the dremmel on my natural nail because they were too lazy to soak off my gel polish until they were so thin you could see the pink skin underneath. Two months later I am still trying to get my nails back to decent and not painful. State board needs to come in and do something.

I went for a new set of dip nails yesterday and all of the work was extremely rushed, they cut me twice to the point I was still bleeding when I got home. Not to mention it is less than 24 hours later and two of the nails have cracked and chipped at the edge. Also workers do not wear gloves or ask clients to wash their hands between people like other salons I’ve seen. Will not be back again.

Wouldnt recommend had really bad nails done here. Thick sloppy chunky. Inconsistent in shape size and texture color was pretty but everything was extremely disappointing... wouldnt give me a refund even after I complained and I paid over 70 dollars for them. Will NOT be returning because I dont want them to fix them so now I have to go pay someone else to remove these horrible nails and out new ones on... NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Got my nails done 2 weeks ago. Two broke off, one cracked and the acrylic is turning brown. Disgusting. Will never go again.

Got my nails done yesterday. The gel nail polish is peeling off, no nail polish remover was applied. The paint job was very bad, very bumpy and polish left from my last polish. They rush and try to take as many people as they can but do not care about the outcome of the nails
