Great Service! I got their Groupon for a Manicure and Pedicure for $23. The service was great. The facility and all of their equipment is very clean and the staff was friendly. Cash only for tips though. They no longer do the artificial (Gel & Acrylic) nails. Their No Chip work is amazing!

The people working the are really nice....but the pictures of my nails: hardly satisfactory, for a professional. Their pedicures are really decent. Normal manicures- not so much. She even filed my nails crooked. Perhaps, their no chip manicure is better. The ladies next to me looked as if their no chip was done nicely. Ill go back for a pedi, but not a mani. Their top coat is trash.... stayed wet for way too long. Totally useless to protect the technicians hard work. I do nails myself. The art of a regular mani requires precision.

I guess they didn’t pay their phone bill or are out business because I try to call to make an appointment and it says it’s not in service lol. I called 3 times on their google page. Imagine if their this cheap or unorganized to have their business line not working what else are they cutting corners on your expense. Don’t come here places like this you should be stay away from.

I was just here for a pedicure and had a wonderful experience. The salon is very clean. Both ladies working there were very pleasant. The service itself was very relaxing and spa-like. They also have great weekday specials. I will definitely be back!

First visit. Excellent service and work. I will be coming back for another Mani Pedi. Great prices $30.00 for both. Much better than ones Ive had in fancy spas.

Took my daughter here so we could get our nails done before her dance recital. They were so professional and did such a great job. They made sure my daughter was comfortable and were very gentle with her. I would definitely go back. Very satisfied with my experience and how well they did.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! PLEASE DONT GO IT WILL BE A WASTE OF MONEY!!!I went to to this place last Saturday asking for gel and come Sunday I had my nails chipping off AND ALSO FALLING OFF! I paid 40 dollars and for what!?!?!?!?!?!?! Just for one day!?!?!?!?! I went back Monday asking to fix it and all they did was file it down to my actual nail and repainted it and that was it!!!! So I had to go to another salon just so they can redo EVERYTHING!!!!!THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT GET A STAT AT ALL !!!

Horribleeee!!!! The lady who did my nails were was falling asleep! And the girl at the counter gave me a attitude because I had a coupon and she wanted to pay full price. Honestly I do not recommend this place!!

My mom recommended this place and Im glad that I listened! The owner is so kind! She did my mani pedi herself. She really took her time. The salon is clean and new. I love all of the plants inside. It feels relaxing. They have nice pedicure chairs! I recommend checking it out!

The ladies were very friendly and the one who did my mani-pedi took her time and was very thorough. Easy to find and parking is free.

Sorry not a fan of how this place does nails. The girl looked new and formal education on doing nails. My nails were filed crooked, and she put at least 6 coats of polish. It was way to thick. I was able it put my toes under a drying and the polish was smashed and smeared by the time I reached home. Oh the Groupon is not a deal, its there normal day price. I gave 2 stars, because i did leave with polish on my nails, not the best job $60.

Just got a pedicure from there and it was very relaxing. The man took his time and I got a very nice leg massage. I used a coupon and it was only $20 for a really nice pedicure. I would reccomend them for pedis!

I was so disappointed since I had gone there several times, not the best job and my cuticles has been cut too much twice (to the point of bleeding) but it was close and price reasonable. But today, I realized what a bad business it is. They advertise a sale of non chip manicure Mondays and Tuesdays for $23 and their pedicure at regular price is $25. So my mom had both for a total of $48. The owner disagreed and explain that since she added the pedicure at regular price she didn’t have to honor the price. I explained that once advertised you by law have to honor the price but her response was this is my business I can charge you what ever I want. Needless to say a couple of other customers try to explain to her that she was in the wrong but for $2 she preferred to lose two customers. It wasn’t the $2 for my it was the principle behind it. So good luck to them but I would never go back, to my principles are more important.

I wish I could give them a zero. I would also definitely check their yelp reviews. Horrible experience! I will never go there again, even if they offer me a free mani pedi. I called two weeks ago and made an appt. for when they opened and was here 15 Minutes prior. I mentioned my Groupon and she asked if I had already bought it and said yes when making the appt and I feel like they dont like when you buy a Groupon. Anyway, I come in and told her about the 2 appointments at 9 am and she argued with me and said it was at 11. I called two weeks ago and confirmed twice the date and time twice and wrote it down. The other customer was not even there. She even toldMe she can start and if they come she can stop and start later again. Very rude and have horrible customer service. I returned my Groupon and found And amazing place called LL nails and spa in Morton grove. Very nice and this is my second time here! Will never go to j nails again!

Very bad experience:( wasting of money! Left very upset and disappointed:( the pedicure and manicure were horrible, when I complained the owner tried to fix the manicure but even her work was disappointing. When two other customers came in for pedicure the owner replaced the lady who did pedicure for me! She left my manicure undone! I was mad! I wish I could post a foto of their work!

Will never go back again. Neither of the two women spoke English. Took 2 hours and 45 minutes for a pedi and no chip manicure and still wasnt done when I walked out. Neither knew how to use the light for my no chip and the woman finally realized she used the wrong polish for my nails.
