Nice little laundromat. Always able to get great service and always able to get in and get my laundry done. Large range of washing machines sizes. They also do drop off service.

Today I parked at 545, three hours earlier than the listed closing time online of 9 pm, with only a couple loads to do after work today. I was met by, whom I presume to be, one of the employees children yelling from the door at me that they were closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Do not waste your time with their inability to maintain their advertised hours of business. Very unprofessional.

The place is showing its age, but with that being said; the appliances work great and they do a good job keeping it clean

I have been going here sometimes twice a week for 2 1/2 years and was told today they were closed 3 hours early i will never go back and dont recommend any one to go there if the owner doesnt care that the attendees are running the customers off

The business hours listed for this business both on google and posted on their door is 7:00AM to 9:00PM Mon - Fri. I dropped my laundry off on a Thurs. and was told I could come back before they close; I pay for the service and leave. I make it back at appx. 8:30 PM, doors were locked and an employee in there mopping, preforming closing duties, etc. She sees me pull up and immediately walk off to the other end of the store. I knock on the door and ask this woman to open the door and give me a bag of laundry that was dropped off and already paid for. She tells me that they are closed and she will not give me the clothes. I begin to beg for the clothes and explaining that I dont have anymore clean clothes. She laughs and walk away. I stay for another 10-15 minutes and she starts being extremely rude towards me telling me that she will not give me my clothes. I show up the next morning to pick up my bag of laundry. The attendant gave me the bag no issues. I ask to speak with the owner, he comes up and gives me some generic apology and tells me that there is nothing he can do... Holding employees accountable is something you could do.I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Brought clothes to be washed showed an hour before closing and they closed doors early. Employees still inside would not give me already paid for clothes and I called cops and they did not help either. I offered to pay them more to give me my clothes and they still would not release them. Customer service was awful and I would recommend go anywhere but here!

I put a $20 bill in the quarter machine and realized it only gave me $13.50 in quarters back. I went to tell the owner, he checked the machine and told me it paid me all of my money. He also told me I better not try to do that with any other attendant, basically calling me a liar. There was a nearby patron that told me she also had problems with that machine, but one of the attendants gave her money back. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Clean clothes. $ 3.00 washer machine for 25- 30 minutes. Dryer $1.25. For 30 -35 minutes. Monday nite too not busy. Clean. Nice Employees for any help and questions. Thankyou.

Been coming here for a few years. Roomy, but used to be cleaner. Half the customers not wearing masks, and fans are blowing above. Not feeling real safe during this covid epidemic. Will probably try a new place next time

Nice clean and quiet atmosphere

Was drying my clothes and I went outside to sit in my car none of the attendants was inside cause they was outside and someone stole all my jeans. No cameras to tell who stole them. Very unprofessional. To be outside talking with someone instead of watching the inside.

Easy to use, clean and friendly staff.

The dryers dry your clothes a lot faster than most laundromats. It takes about 25 minutes to dry 2 normal size loads of laundry and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. I dried a king size quilt in 21 minutes. Its a quarter for 7 minutes to dry....That is not stated anywhere in the building. Probably should put some signs up.

Prices kept going up while machines were not being improved nor was anything else. Had to spend more and more each week especially on drying. Seemed like they adjusted the dryers so they would work less and less efficiently, making customers pay more and more to dry their clothes.

Its clean and they have new washers. The dryers do not dry very well. The older lady attendant is NOT friendly. I told her I needed quarters and she pointed to the machine. I said it wont take my money. She looked so annoyed she had to help me.

Just went up to door was rudely told its closed at 7:55pm but states its open until 9pm she said last load in at 8pm it wasnt even 8pm. But allowed a van full of kids to come in and out mean while being closed. We wont be back

I was pretty happy with this laundry matt. Not to crowded. The machines work great, they are fast and they even have a machine that will fit your large items like comforters ECT. They also have set cleaning service.

Staff isnt very friendly, they do not have air conditioning and the customer base is pretty sketchy but the facilities are clean and they are always adding new washers and dryers. The prices are also always going up. Compared to the other laundry mats in Niles this place is OK.

2/18 Went and did my laundry today and as I was leaving, 2 of the workers were standing in front of the doors smoking. I have severe COPD (emphysema and asthma) and I asked if they could please move. They responded well your car is right there I stated that I knew that and they took their time shuffling off about 5 feet the other side of the door. I still had to cover my face to leave. Thank goodness there is another laundromat in town. I WONT AND CANT GO BACK.6/17 Dropped off my clothes picked them up, took them home to pack for vacation. Bra and undies pink. Blouses folded and in basket not hung up. Very very dissatisfied.
