Ashley Wences is very untruthful and leaves false reviews on other people’s business pages. I have tried to contact her at this business three times yesterday and I get the message system every time. So when she calls me at my business and explains to me why she left a 1 star review when I have never met her or handled a matter for her then I will revisit this review. If she removes her and her fictitious Lydia Wences 1 star review I will remove this review. I await a response.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I contacted Dash Locksmith 5/12/21 and scheduled an appointment at their location on 5/15/21. I contacted them once I arrived in Niles only to be informed that they had an emergency call in Sturgis and wouldnt be able to make my appointment. They offered to do a house call and asked that I text my home address. I never heard anything from them. I texted and called multiple times Saturday with no response. I tried calling this morning and got the same. Given my experience, theres no way I could recommend anyone do business with Dash Locksmith.

Excellent prices and very quick. My son lost his only key to his Nissan Altima and they were able to program a new key fob for half the price of the dealer. They also cut the door key after they programmed the key fob. I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Dash Locksmith, and would definitely use their service again. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. And solved my problem. He unlocked my car and cut and programmed new keys. He was the answer to a very stressful day!

Communication was poor. I was given an appointment time to meet in Niles along with an address. I drove an hour to get there. The location had no sign indicating Dash Locksmith. I texted and then called but got no immediate reply from either one. After waiting twenty minutes I walked into the lobby area to ask someone and found out from a drug testing place that they no longer used this storefront and the receptionist was surprised I was given this address. It seemed a bit sketchy so I left. He texted me almost 45 minutes after the appointment time saying he was busy but was now on his way and would knock $25 off his quoted price for my inconvenience. I told him I didnt wait around and had already left. He did offer to then come to my house to do it but I told him no. Poor experience all the way around.

This is my second experience with dash locksmith. Always quick, affordable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Comes no matter the weather or time and works very efficiently. Superior customer service.

He will not return my husbands text messages after unreliable service. He didnt show up the first day, showed up late the second and hasnt been anywhere hes said that hes going to be since. We wanted a key fob programmed and a key cut. When he showed up he didnt have any chip keys to program which required another meet up with him, but still didnt have the right thing. He hasnt returned a text message since.After my husband spoke to Ashley, they did make things right with the key and key fob, but I do have to make note that he was late again to meet with my husband. Although it is admirable to make the situation right, I would not recommend their service. It wouldve cost more to go to the dealership, but wouldve been worth it because it wouldve saved precious time. Theres a point in your life that time is more precious than money.

Quick reliable and realistic! Dan didnt try to pull my leg about what was wrong when things werent going so smoothly he was honest with us and got straight to the point told us several different solutions gave a several different options and was forward about what it would cost I appreciated his honesty and his reliability you dont find real people like that anymore.

Dash Locksmith came out within 20 minutes and made me a key right in my driveway. Daniel was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to others and i will definitely use them again if the need arises

Daniel saved the day!!!! I ran out to the store during my lunch hour and locked myself out of my car... I had a friend pick me up and bring me back to work, and was then stuck and with my schedule i wouldn’t be able to leave for another 5 hours. Daniel went to where I’d left my car, unlocked it, and delivered my keys to me at work!! If that’s not quality customer service I don’t know what is. I’d give 30 stars if I could!!!I highly recommend Dash and I’ll be telling all my family and friends. Thanks again!!
