Paul is great!. I came in a few months back with a celestrium class ring stuck on my finger. It had been stuck for about ten years and I tried to work it off myself one day using floss which caused my finger to swell like crazy. It got to the point where it was starting to dangerously cut off circulation. Now not only was my ring at LEAST three sizes to small, the metal it was made of is a very hard material, and my finger was getting more swollen by the minute. I called Paul and he had me come down and got me taken care of immediately. Not only did he make sure I was ok while he was cutting it off but he worked quickly and all for a great price. I genuinely appreciate his level of professionalism and expertise. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service at reasonable prices.
