URGENT Please Read before you Go to these butchers!On October 6th I visited your LabCorp location in Niles for a routine blood draw. The phlebotomist drawing my blood stuck the needle so deep that my entire forearm got swollen and started bruising within hours of the visit. The pain grew worse by the day and had to take ibuprofen and ice it for the swelling to go down. At night my arm started throbbing which prevented me from sleeping.Until now I still have pain in my forearm and elbow area thats prohibiting me from my daily activities. This is simply unacceptable that one has to suffer from a blood draw, this was extreme negligence on your employees’ part!

First time to try labcorp and really disappointed, wish quest offer the one i needed. I waited too long for the customer only to be cut off, then need to call for themTo fax the result to my physician.

Sat in an empty waiting room for 45 minutes while I hear the phlebotomists chatting the whole time with the door open before Im called in for my blood work. Desk staff had to ask twice how much longer it will be. The third time she went back there to ask when Ill be called the tech said we are leaving early, stop harassing us!. I finally got called back with 3 phlebotomists standing around and the tech was super rude.
