We had a Mac that died so instead of taking it to a certified Apple tech in Pensacola, I thought I would do business locally and try Happy Computers. I called ahead of time to confirm they could fix Macs. They said yes. They had the computer for 3 months and still couldnt fix it. To make matters worse, there was never any communication from anyone at this place. I had to call weekly to get an update and there was never a clear explanation of what the issue was or how long it would take for the repair. After 3 months of frustration and still not working, we took it to Tech Advanced Computers in Pensacola and they had it fixed in a week. They communicated with us every step of the way. We will never go back to Happy Computers for anything. The worse customer service Ive ever experienced. They are nice people but dont seem to care about customer communication. I usually dont like to leave harsh reviews, but wanted to share our experience. Take your Macs to a certified Apple repair shop.

Took gaming computer in for repair. They called me weekly about progress, good fix. Thanks. Not the first time Ive appreciated their work. They did great work on wifes work laptop and when moms computer got viruses.

Hard to believe, but these guys are my pc guys and Im 1300 miles away. Now that I know they have a remote option I wont have to wait til snowbird. Very courteous and more importantly, get the job done.

Outstanding work at a fair price!

Paid $75 for the initial fee to have my computer issue diagnosed and I had to call, repeatedly to get a status update (they didnt get to it). I picked it up after almost 3 weeks, I lost out on money trying to support a local small business. The guy at the front made sure to tell me that it was non refundable so I might as well leave my computer there. Zero communication, zero customer service.

Best service around, extremely knowledgeable team of technicians and IT consulting. Brought my personal computer for repair and ended up having full remote management and backup services from them to keep my work computers and data safe at all times.

So helpful, understanding and able to teach me a few things to help us out. I will recommend anytime!

Awesome folks there and they do great work.

ZERO communication. The guy said it he would call me in 1-2 days and give me an update. He did not, so I called him before lunch on the third day. He said Ill call you back after lunch. He did not. I called again on the sixth day. He was upset that I called. On the 14th day, ZERO communication the entire time, I picked up the computer out of frustration with this company. I initiated ALL communication with them. He doesnt understand that my expectations are set from what he tells me. This situations reeks of an intelligent guy that is great with computers, but has no clue how to interact with people. They have a receptionist that can call people to give them updates AS THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD DO. I like the idea of supporting a small, locally owned business but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The computer was not fixed and I wasted $75.

I recently went there in a time when I needed my laptop back quickly. I didnt realize it, but the hard drive was failing, which explained all of the problems I was having. I worked with a technician named Neal, who was extremely helpful. I listened to my needs, and went what I believe was above and beyond what he needed in order to provide a new computer in a timely fashion, with all of my previous data transferred to it.I recommend this place if you have a need for computer repair.

Happy Computer employee, Jason, did a fantastic job in repairing my sons laptop. He does a lot of various graphics, and he was astounded by the huge improvement to the speed and ability following the work by Happy Computers. He is thrilled with the improvements and ability of his laptop handling the software he was running following the repairs. They look for quality parts but the prices of labor are reasonable. I dropped by to see if Happy Computers would be able to repair a broken key on my laptop. Jason and Charles were quick to respond and easily repaired my damaged keyboard. All members of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Finally, prices were incredibly reasonable. I definitely recommend Happy Computers to all who have any sort of computer issue in the greater Niceville area.

Took my old computer in because it stopped running and i didnt know why. Got it back with it working better and faster then i knew possible! and so much cheaper then buying a new computer. very satisfied customer.

Satisfied customer. I was having power supply issues. They confirmed my own diagnosis, which is really what I was looking for. I had a couple of minor concerns after the work was done. When I raised those concerns with Jason, he refunded the $75 diagnostic fee, which is everything they had charged me. I appreciate the attention given to customer satisfaction.

Was looking for a fast and simple repair on my iPad mini. It needed its screen replaced and would die every time i tried to use it. Took it to Happy Computers and it came back with a fixed screen, updated, and a new battery! very convenient and affordable, would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Happy Computers. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my crashing laptop and quickly resolved the issue and now it is running better than ever! The repair was a lot cheaper than having to buy a whole new computer.

Came in when my PC stopped working. Jason figured it out and fixed it, only charged me for labor. Since my PC was already there, I had him upgrade it with a few parts, excellent work and very fast. Over all an honest computer store with skilled technicians. A+ work and customer service, would go Again for sure.

My macbook stopped working abruptly and i needed a fast fix since i use it for work. took it into Happy Computers and got it back all fixed up and running faster then ever in a few days. Very Satisfied.

Took my macbook in after it crashed repeatedly when I tried to use it. After a quick diagnostic and fix from Happy computers I was back online in no time. I was greeted with fast and friendly service that made the whole experience better.

Good job on a hard case. Had multi blue screen deaths (due to some window 10 updates??). And they tried everything and finally the had to reinstall the OS. The worked with me to get MS Office back up and running. Kept me inform through the whole process. Reasonable cost, especially considering I didt have to go out and buy a new computer :)

I went into the shop looking for some older computer cases for a budget/sleeper PC build I’m doing. I ended up walking out with a great brand new case at an amazon price! These guys are awesome!

Nice place, very helpful, not sure if all places have this policy but you pay a $75 deposit that goes towards labor, Im personally not a fan of the policy because labor or parts will typically come out to way more and Id rather just pay the total at the end. Although it is a good way for them to combat online prices in a sense.

Jason diagnosed root cause very quickly. 1TB SSD in stock for similar price as Amazon. Install and set up completed in 2 hours instead of 2 days. My computer is very Happy. So am I.

We had a computer failure of our shop laptop just as we were beginning an aircraft inspection. All preparation, notes and inspection software were in the laptop. Justin, Mike and Charles found a replacement laptop in their shop and installed my hard drive. Then they set up drivers, etc. and I walked out the door with a fully functional laptop. These guys know computers and they know customer service.

My son did something with his laptop and needed it repaired so he could do a school project on it. brought it to Happy Computers seeing it was the closest computer shop to me and they had my sons laptop ready in no time.

I just needed a data cable for a new SSD I bought, and they straight up gave me one for free. I cant speak for their repair service since I did not come in for that, but it is definitely a good place to look if you need anything computer related.

Terrible service! They didnt seem to care about me or my computer. They made feel like I was an inconvenience. I called them back and said the computer still had a memory problem and she said I dont know what you did to it (I plugged it in). I really didnt care what it cost to fix it, I just wanted it fixed. Ill buy a new computer before I ever go back there. I have a SAD computer now! So disappointed
